I travel a lot. My favorite quick bite is the Wendy's spicy Chicken sandwich, so I stop at a lot of locations. This was by far one of the friendliest trips in the past few months. The service was great. It was very busy but things kept moving quickly and the food came out hot and fresh. The bun was soft, the chicken was hot and crunchy, the fries were crispy, and the drink was cold and not at all watered down. It's definitely on my list to stop at when I'm in the area. The girl that took my order lady night and was working at the window prepping my food for take out had pink hair and i brought up that one of my kids hair was the same color was so nice and asked me if i needed extra for everything that would've needed extra. I didn't think to pay attention to get her name or i would call today just to tell her bosses how helpful and quick she was while still engaging in a polite small conversation about how pink hair dye messes up your shower!

Hayden saved the day for us. We reached this Wendy’s location just two min before the closing and the drive through ordering system was closed for the day. We were hungry as we had a long drive and almost more than 100 more miles to go. We drove through the counter hoping they would consider taking our order; to our delight, not only they took our order but also offered options as if we were in the regular business hours. The guy who went above and beyond for us was Hayden! All these efforts with a smile and helping attitude. We’re thankful to Hayden for saving our day.

Service and check out was excellent! Attendant was very nice. Food was piping hot! We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries and drink and Pub fries with lots of cheese and bacon! Very very tasty food! I will definitely be back!

We arrived here at 10:27 am and tried to order lunch but we’re told our order for lunch would not be accepted for another three minutes and told to leave the drive thru so that we didn’t hold up traffic. There was no one else in line. We didn’t see another car even after we were leaving. We pulled around and watched the employee flip the signs and waited until 10:30 on the dot to order our food which was ready so quickly that it had to already been prepared before we ordered. The female cashier (she’s wearing a managers uniform) with red hair was incredibly rude and disrespectful towards us. She was not wearing a name tag and spoke and minimally as possible to us.

Wendy's is my favorite fast food burger restaurant. I had a burger, fries, and drink....a combo, as some may say. The fries are always on point. Not as salty as McDonald's and has that crisp that you'd expect in a French fry. The burger was made with care. As I bit into the burger, I could taste each individual condiment and produce. Just absolutely amazing!

Great job, Wendy's! Family of 5 after church, busy atmosphere and we got our food before we could even fix our drinks. Food was great. Service was great. Everything clean and well stocked. Keep up the good work!

We went through the drive thru tonight for baked potatoes and chili. One of our potatoes did not have the sour cream it was suppose to come with. Then while eating the chili, we noticed it didn’t taste right and upon further inspection we realized that the meat was RAW inside the chili. We will not be back at the Athens, AL location. Disgusted!
