AMAZING food. I've always loved eating here, not too many steak n shakes around anymore. The service was great here, unfortunately had to deal with some nosey customers, like we were some celebrities 🥴 But, overall we had a great visit for dinner and plan to come back more often when we are free.

The customer service is very pleasant. I was welcomed well, served with care and the woman over there made sure to check on me and know if I liked everything. I ordered the royal steak burger and classic chocolate shake. This is my first visit to any steak n shake and I am glad. If every steak n shake is like this, they are doing good job. Customer service is the reason I am giving this place 5 stars instead of 4.

Chris was the gentleman who took our drive through order on Monday Dec 11th and was extremely helpful! We were on our way through Athens after having an extremely rough day. He was super polite and put a smile on our faces as well as our dogs’ faces too! It’s the acts of kindness that truly can change an outlook on life. We also got our food later in the day so the fact that his attitude was so positive for it being so dark and gloomy outside was impressive! We will now continue to stop through Athens on our way through Ohio and get a delicious chocolate shake and fries combo that’s unmatched!

This crew went above and beyond to make sure my last stop in Athens was a great one. On the way out of town to move back to Florida, I stopped at this steak and shake before making the drive. When we told them we were headed to Florida, they made our drinks a large, gave us a large cup of water for our dog, and were just super sweet and attentive. A great last stop in Athens.

The self-serving thing really threw me off. It was nice, but at the same time, I like people who come to take your order. But, I have to say it was a fun experience to see and do that. The food was good, and ready quickly even tho it was busy. Staff took the time to complement my tattoos, which I love that they are friendly.

The food was good. I ordered through Uber eats, and they failed to deliver, so I went and picked it up. The girl there was rude to delivery drivers. She thought I was one, but it was my order. We ordered two chili pasta meals and a burger. I asked her if there were forks in the bag, and she said yes, I put them in there. I got back to the hotel and nothing in the bag. I figured it was her way to get back at delivery drivers. She was rude, eye rolled, and the whole treatment. She needs to get another job. If she doesn't like that one, move on.

It was my first time here and I got a bbq bacon cheeseburger with fries and a cookie dough milkshake. It was AMAZING. The customer service was nice, quick, and attentive. Every time I see one while traveling, I might have to stop through!

really good food. my friend ordered the butter burger and we are scared she will die, so that is a downside. there was like, Hella butter, left a pool. besides that, I enjoyed my fries
