👍👍 Such a perfect stay, all of the staff have made us feel so welcome, our room is perfect, and the view from the terrace is amazing. Let me tell you- it’s the best hotel ever. We loved absolutely everything- super friendly receptionists, total cleanliness, amazing rooftop, lovely and cosy room. Breakfast is served downstairs and you can order from the menu. We tried couple of things and everything was fresh, delicious and portions very large. Our flight home was cancelled and lovely reception helped us find accommodation for one more night (they were fully booked) I will go back there for sure! ❤️ greetings from cold and snowy 🇵🇱

Such a perfect stay, all of the staff have made us feel so welcome, our room is perfect, and the view from the terrace is amazing. I don't know how anyone could give it less than a five star rating, especially at such a great price and in such a good location for food, drinks and history. We got the half board, and the meals in the restaurant were all fantastic, with a nice variety of classic greek food and delicious breakfasts.

If you want to stay somewhere super central with style and a great vibe, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. Above a great restaurant, up a very steep staircase (luckily they have stairlifts and VERY helpful staff), The room was very stylish and comfortable, if bijou. Walk in shower, Fluffy bathrobes and slippers provided. A Steamer, very unusual, and appreciated after arriving with very creased clothes! The roof terrace (up in the lift) is amazing, fantastic view of the Acropolis and the streetlife below. A great hang out space. Breakfast, served in the restaurant below, was excellent. Can't recommend highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

I swear if we ever do go back it'll be here. The staff were SO nice and accommodating. There's a connecting restaurant and the food is to die for. My husband and I like to walk and there is a ton to do and see within walking distance. The Parthenon was visible from our room and it was absolutely stunning to see at all times of the day. If you enjoy a little bit of a hike you can walk to it, however, do not recommend if you're not in the best physical condition. There are a lot of old brick streets/walkways, steep inclines, and depending on the time of the year gets HOT! We LOVED this place and I hope the staff gets the recognition they deserve ❤️

October 2023 The extremely vertical stairs caught me off guard when we arrived. If you have bad knees or trouble with stairs, this hotel is not for you. The only way to enter is up a steep flight of stairs. They do have a chair elevator thing for those who cannot climb stairs but I’d just assume to not bother and find someplace else to stay. Our room was clean but tiny and we had very little room for our suitcases. We had a porch but it was cemented in so the only view we had was up at the sky. Also, the way the shower was put in causes the floor to get wet each time you use it as there is no door. If you do stay here I recommend requesting a balcony on the front side of the building. Those rooms are bigger and looked more accommodating. The hotel is very small and the is usually only one person working but the customer service was always wonderful. The area of the hotel is perfect if you like food, shopping and crowds. The restaurant downstairs is where you’ll get your free breakfast and it was amazing! They treat the hotel guest wonderfully! The staff there are very nice… we made a few friends and the food was delicious!

We stayed on the first floor above the front desk - it was a pretty busy area so the noise was definitely noticeable if you're a light sleeper. There isn't really a lobby area. The front door is located on a pretty busy street and you walk up a tall flight of stairs to get to the desk so just a heads up. It is locked by security code so it is safe. The service at this hotel is amazing by the way - we were greeted separate times by a man and a woman. They were so incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating - huge plus. Room amenities were fine such as the bathroom area - everything seemed newly renovated which is nice. AC was strong and worked really well. Biggest issue for us was the bed sheets, we did find issues with the bed, and the top blanket was small and thin that it wasn't the most comfortable but then again, it is a budget hotel so need to know what to expect. The room was really spacious with a lot of seating which is a plus. Biggest issue we had was with breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. We sat down and were served water and the menu. We waited about 25 minutes for someone to come take our order, nobody seemed to be around so we got up and left due to being in rush. We walked out went to grab a quick breakfast next door. Would have told someone but didn't seem like anyone was around.

My fiancé and I stayed in the top floor suite for one night and loved it. The reception staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area with great recommendations for us. The room was beautiful. Great view of the Acropolis from the corner table of the rooftop balcony! Perfect location to be able to walk to the monuments, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay in here again.

Given my one night experience the hotel is overrated and future guests need to know what to expect. The location is great at the heart of Monastiraki and within walking distance to the metro station. Being though at a such full of life central location comes with the cost of noise until late. Access to rooms and first elevator level is through steep and narrow stairs (of one floor level then elevator + stairs). The room although well equipped, clean and recently renovated was uncomfortably small. Noise insulation from the main entrance, staircases and the elevator is non existent with unpleasant disturbances throughout the night from noisy guests to reception phone ringing. There is a reasonably pleasant view from the rooftop open seating area however with this hotel name a guest would expect some kind of view from the room. Instead opening the window there was a dark wall within a fraction of a meter and no light at all like within a well. Maybe bad luck with the room given however there should be some information on that together with a very generous discount (the cost for one night was 100€). Then the mosquitoes was the last disturbing surprise before giving up sleeping and an unpleasant (scheduled) early start of the day being almost totally sleepless. A plus the helpful and kind receptionist.
