I
visited
this
place
on
the
"recommendation"
of
a
family
member
(my
sister
had
done
semi-permanent
on
her
hands
to
point
out)
for
a
semi-permanent
pedicure
and
choosing
"a
specific
technician".
Overall,
the
technician
is
very
kind,
thorough
&
patient
but
unfortunately
the
environment
does
not
help
her
(sloppiness
in
EVERYTHING
&
limited
possibilities
e.g.
minimal
and
unprofessional
care
products,
tools,
etc.)
&
in
the
end
how
satisfying
the
customer
is
the
whole
situation?????
I
was
given
the
impression
of
the
"grabber"
&
casual
service
so
to
speak!!!!!!
More
specifically:
The
chair
is
completely
unsuitable
(salon
please
&
not
for
a
pedicure
place
as
other
professionals
in
the
area
usually
have)
for
the
client
(you
get
caught),
let
alone
the
deceitful
technician
huddled
in
her
Lilliputian
chair
as
there
wasn't
even
the
right
height
between
us,
enough
heat
in
the
mezzanine
(it
was
hot
at
that
time)
I
was
with
the
fan.
I
mentioned
all
this
very
politely
&
elegantly
to
the
owner.
She
listened
attentively
to
my
confession,
gave
me
a
typical
smile
&
pointed
out
that
her
employee
had
put
in
a
lot
of
time
(2
hours
she
said,

pointed

her
bluntly).
Irrelevant!

pedicure
.......
i.e.

should
I
do?

both

us

owner
tried
to

the

my
sister

NOT
push
it
further.
The
icing
on
the
cake:
When
I
asked
for
the
well-known
oil
around
the
fingers,
to
my
great
surprise
the
technician
put
me
baby
oil
(super
or
Hondos
at
best)
where
the
brand
sticker
on
the
bottle
was
also
missing
🤣🤣
as
if
it
wasn't
would
i
understand
?????
🙄.
In
general,
non-existent
professional
products!!!!
I
didn't
mention
this
to
the
owner
(I
would
have
lost
my
words
I
think)
but
only
to
the
girl,
where
I
understood
a
lot
from
her
style!!!!!
In
general
I
felt
ashamed
&
alienated
I
confess.
However,
I
also
booked
rdv
for
semi-permanent
in
hands
(thought
of
giving
a
2nd
chance).
The
following
period
of
time,

I
regretted
it,

forgot
to
inform

that
I
would
not
be
going,

The
specific
service
of
the
salon
in
question
needs
significant
IMPROVEMENT
so
that
it
"charges
€20"
for
a
simple
semi-permanent
pedicure
&
an
additional
€5
for
removal
😡.
Bad
lies,
we
all
now
have
EXPERIENCE
&
are
able
to
compare-evaluate!!!!
