As you can see the mat was my almost 9 dollar meal. 5 small, overcooked and chewy little boneless wings. A small handful of fries some kinda undercooked. Then as I sit down to eat this, there is ants crawling around the window and wall. Won’t be eating here again. Update, I contacted as asked and no reply back.

I drove 20 minutes to get 4 meals from zaxby's and they didn't add chicken fingers to one of my meals. Called them and they said come get the missing chicken and we give you 2 more fingers to make up the drive i said that wouldn't pay for almost 40 minute drive there and back home. The guys that's all I can do.

The place next and clean got hot wings chicken strip kid meal and cheese curds. The funnel cake was good as long it was very hot then after that no good but we got to try it so if it eat it fast very good then. I didnt like the carmel sauce it came with. Its a cheap kind so not that good. Everything else very good and the people working was wonderful and polite. Place very clean

Is that what boneless wings look like these days? It used to be almost twice the size. Oh boy. Also notice it was barely tossed in sauce if at all, they probably used a brush to make it look like it’s tossed. Didn’t even try to cover up the cheap, dry quality of chicken. Been a huge advocate of Zaxby’s in the past (ask my friends and family), now I’m embarrassed i ate here. Edit: Both ice makers were empty.

So you run out of ice…..instead of telling customers, the kids keep selling customers drinks, leaving customers to find out on their own that there is no ice, this resulting in frustrated customers that will voice their displeasure. The response from the kids behind the counter is to laugh and shrug their shoulders, telling them to eat elsewhere. Pretty embarrassing if I’m the manager.

I’ve seen videos and pictures of people finding like feathers or chicken heads but never thought that would be me one day…. Nope today was that day. I got 5 piece wings and got to the last one and found it still had a feather attached (see pictures) literally made me want to puke. Safe to say I will not be coming back.

It's really sad to watch "managers" treat employee like trash. Screens full, lines at drive thru and in dining but when they ask for help your response is "I've been trying to eat for 30 min" not only did this put the young employees in an awkward situation it made the customers in the restaurant not want to ask for anything they may need. then a second "manager" walks in only worried about criticizing the job the young man working is in the middle of doing this is the poorest example of leadership I've seen in a long time and shows why this store is short staffed. NO ONE deserves to be treated the way they were during my visit today. As a manager in a restaurant I showed the 2 young men working the front the appreciation they should receive from their leadership making sure they know not everywhere will treat them that way and people do see their hard work!

I've always liked zaxbys but the service lately has been atrocious. Cold chicken and the BBQ was hotter then the Buffalo wimpy sauce today. I'll be back eventually but they need to up their game again. Disappointing.
