I went to this particular clinic after a gift from our friend for a free facial treatment. After a long wait they put me in a room to tell me how much my skin urgently needs to look better. After expressing several times that I was not interested in any other service, but was only there for the gift I had received from my friend, I was made to wait quite a while longer, with apparent rudeness, until I came in for the treatment. During the treatment the esthetician insisted that my skin is not healthy enough and I need additional treatments. I left the clinic with a headache. If you are in a period where your self-confidence is most vulnerable, I would not recommend this place under any circumstances.

My first experience happened in 2021, when I had gone for a cleaning with my Panhellenic card. I was informed that I had to have my wisdom teeth removed, although I had no pain. All came out normal and healthy. Today, when I went there again, they called me to say that I have a facial as a gift. I drove 1.5 hours to get there instead of resting at home. I was told that my skin cannot be treated because of my acne, even though I have had similar treatments twice before with no problems. The employee didn't want to help me at all, just judge how and when I use the products on my face. He offered me an alternative body treatment, and it seemed that all he wanted to do was promote the "medical cleanse" which cost 80 euros. This was not at all accessible to me, and when I brought it up, her demeanor changed immediately. I just leave the article here: Sebum production slows down the rate of dehydration by forming a protective film but the belief that oily skin does not need hydration is wrong. Clearly, oily skin also needs moisturizing care. According to the American Academy of Dermatology, people with oily skin tend to have thicker skin and fewer wrinkles but should apply a moisturizer daily [1]. Not only does excessive sebum production not offer the skin more protection, but sometimes your glands produce more sebum than normal due to dehydration.

They will pressure you to prepay for at least 3 treatments in advance, going so far as telling you that the payment has to be made immediately or else the price will be more expensive. No other laser clinic has engaged in this sort of blackmail, and the manager got increasingly rude when i said i was uncomfortable giving them around 600 euros within 15 minutes of meeting them. Not to mention i wasnt going to start treatment until next month. It is a shame so many greek businessmen are rude and think customers are not smart, this is one of the many reasons greeks have a bad reputation and are not trusted in other countries.

The treatment went well, the dentist was good, but then a scary elderly lady, with impolite manners, tried to pressure me to pay right away for treatments that I didn't need! But it's not only their fault, it's my electric providers telephone centre who persistently insisted on me going to the clinic as a gift to me! It's a scam, stay away.

I went for a "gift". Before I sit in the chair, I inform the staff that I want the person who will do the treatment to wear a mask. Indeed, a girl came, wearing a mask. She puts cream on my face and tells me we should leave her for a while. I had informed that my time is limited due to an appointment with a doctor. They didn't care at all. They left me with the cream for 10 minutes and then a girl came to take it off, without a mask. I refused and she ridiculed me. I waited another 15 minutes for them to tell me that there is no protective mask in the vf, while there is a paper as soon as you enter for protection and safety from diseases. Finally, because I had to leave, they told me that if I want to take it off, someone must take it off for me without a mask. I forced myself to accept it and left.

Very annoying...they try to pick off customers, saying how bad looking you are....You go for information and leave offended. People with low self-confidence are persuaded to pre-pay for treatments. This kind of approach needs attention.

Based on my previous experiences at other centers, I incredibly appreciated that I was given instructions for the laser and there was full attention from both the estheticians and the manager! They are all kind and efficient, I have seen a difference in areas where they persisted! I use the Arion laser (although they also have the candela) and personally I am fully covered and happy! I also go straight to appointments with rare waits. I leave in a better mood and with a perfect result!

The staff are very kind, if you exclude the people who give you an assessment, the offers are good and they are interested in the course of the laser. Unfortunately, I've done 7 sessions and even though I'm consistent I haven't seen any results... Something they confirmed to me as well. As I was told I don't even have 90% hair reduction. And for that they suggested me another package, better to get the result that I have already paid to get...Your conclusions!

I discovered them myself. What they suggested was just what I needed. They gave me a better price than other similar centers for the same recommended treatments. The girls are excellent. Polite and professional. I do laser in three areas and facial treatments. I am very pleased. I highly recommend.

Trust them with your eyes closed, the people there are all professionals! I will talk about my personal experience. Every question I have has been answered immediately, even over the phone. I've been doing lasers on my back for 3 months and already in these 3 applications there is a huge difference that the truth is that I didn't expect it at the beginning because I found the clinic by chance. A big thumbs up to most of the girls who do the laser because they are good at their job but also always willing and cheerful. Thank you and I hope we can continue like this.
