The staff won't leave you alone and as if that wasn't enough they don't even know anything about makeup.. How do you ask me to tell you what I want when you don't know? They look at you strangely as if being a saleswoman is something big. Relax a little.. Let people fool around for a while, it doesn't cost..

I am a frequent customer of this store. I had an unfortunate situation at checkout today as I was charged for an extra item which luckily I saw and returned. However they didn't give me a single apology and I had to wait quite some time for the issue to be resolved as the pos had a problem with the return. In the end they refunded me the amount in cash. The above star for the girl downstairs who is always very helpful and smiling!

Minimum staff. The girls downstairs are very polite unlike the ones on the ground floor.

Unacceptable staff, especially the saleswoman who comments with the security guard about the customers who try the perfume samples and gets annoyed as if they are hers and they take them!

Many times I have bought cosmetics. Service store.

The worst!!! on holidays, those who would pay by card immediate service and those with cash, I left last!!!!
