Absolute
waste
of
time.
I
set
an
appointment
by
phone
to
discuss
hair
thinning
and
possible
transplant.
They
gave
me
an
appointment
for
the
next
day
which
was
a
day
on
which
I
was
on
vacation
in
Athens.
I
was
happy
to
be
able
to
get
a
professional
Consultancy.
When
I
reached
the
office
they
made
me
wait
in
a
small
room
and
closed
the
door.
Then
the
girl
came
back
after
10
minutes
and
gave
an
ipad
and
asked
me
to
fill
my
info
and
went
away.
I
filled
the
form
in
3
minutes.
But
she
came
back
after
10
minutes.
Another
waste
of
time.
When
she
came
back
she
continued
to
fill
the
form
with
me
for
another
5
minutes.
Then
she
said
the
doctor
will
come.
When
the
supposed
doctor
came
she
asked
me
what
service
I
am
looking
to
get.
So
I
explained.
I
said
I'm
interested
in
a
possible
transplant.
Then
she
told
me
that
I
will
have
to
see
their
specialist
surgeon
who
was
not
in
that
office.
She
asked
would
you
like
to
go
to
the
other
office?
I
said
ok.
She
went
out
of
the
room
to
make
a
call.
She
came
back
after
5
minutes
while
she
was
on
the
phone
with
the
other
clinic.
She
said
the
doctor
was
not
in
the
country
and
he
can
see
me
in
a
few
days.
I
said
I
won't
be
in
the
country
so
it
will
not
be
possible.
So
then
she
went
out
of
the
room
and
closed
the
door.
I
waited
for
another
5
minutes
in
the
closed
room
and
no
one
came
back.
So
I
put
on
my
jacket
and
walk
out
towards
the
reception
where
I
saw
her
chatting
and
laughing
with
another
person.
When
she
saw
me
she
said
oh
sorry
are
you
leaving?
I
said
yes
thank
you.
She
said
the
doctors
office
will
contact
you.
And
I
walked
away.
I
wasted
an
hour
in
a
closed
room
for
no
reason.
The
disrespect
of
leaving
me
waiting
on
a
room
unnecessarily
was
not
professional
or
even
ok
by
any
means.
That's
my
experience
with
them.
