A favorite bar I recently discovered. The absolute COOL. The bar and the bar woman I saw resemble a beach cantine on a non-touristy beach. GREAT DJ sets. Limited selection of beers. Didn’t try the drinks. The absolute must-go in Athens if you re on the hype side of things.

Great vibes and amazing bar tending by Eri, Nicole & Eirini. Great drinks and lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this cute little, local bar if you’re staying in Athens, or close to the city centre.

They hate strangers. Totally uncool and hostile. Everyone is looking at you like when you arrive in a new high school. Not open minded at all and corny music, they think they are avant-garde ahaha When you say « martini » twice they pretend not to understand. I had to show the bottle ahah Music industry guys, shoegaze lovers etc don’t believe the reviews that’s a total joke. They must buy good reviews I definitely don’t know how one can say it’s friendly bar! Any case this is for Greeks only. So old school way of thinking, I can’t. Next.

Staying at the nice but slightly soulless Stanley Hotel opposite and spotted this welcoming little place opposite on my way home. Decided a beer was in order and this did not disappoint. Eclectic crowd, local and international, excellent music, great welcoming decor. And the beers are half the price of the hotel!

Super cool place ! I stayed in Athens for 4 days and had so much fun there! I ended up going there everyday. There you can party till late at night even in a plain Wednesday! Super cool and friendly people and excellent prices! Would totally recommend!
