Worst service we experienced in Athens. Took over 30 minutes for three drinks to arrive - when they did we only got two. Staff said "okay" and walked away. Waited another 30 minutes - to be ignored and nothing else to turn up. Decided to just give up and leave. AVOID AT ALL COSTS A shame - as the view is quite nice if the service was less poor

Great viewpoint of the syntagma, we sat outside at first but then it got too cold as there was no heating so we had to move inside. Good coffee and good service.

I would not recommend this restaurant if you have food allergies. After clearly communicating nut allergies to the server, my daughter was served a dish with nuts in the sauce. We had to spend the night at the hospital.

Very nice place to have coffee, a snack, brunch or a light meal when you are in the area. If the weather is good you can sit outside, at the veranda, and enjoy a great view of the Syntagma square and the parliament from the 5th floor of Public’s store. If you decide to stay inside the environment is modern and enjoyable. The menu is rather good for a place like this and the prices are reasonable.

If you are into rooftop cafes with awesome view then Public Cafe is a must visit for you. Great view of the Syntagma Square!!! Particularly beautiful this time of the year, as the Syntagma is all decked out for the holiday season. The interior is always beautifully and tastefully decorated with subtle elegance. Reasonably priced food! And enjoyable to the palette too! Service is great! Polite and courteous staff!

I visited the coffee shop at the top floor. Menu doesn't represent the truth. Greek coffee is supposed to be served with Greek sweet ( koutaliou) they called. Never got it, and when I asked, they told me they were busy. I asked again and they told me it finished but no one informed me about that when I ordered. Its not about money. I just don't like staff to play tricks with customers . I tipped the waitress even if she didn't deserve it.

Lovely experience on a very hot day. The view was marvelous and the service relatively fast.

It is great to sit outside but the waiters were useless and the food poor. Ordered pancakes with bacon and got chocolate and banana. We protested but the waiter insisted that this was with egg and bacon so the English was not good enough.

Great location, but the service is TERRIBLE. We ordered 2 same dishes, and purposely repeated it to the waiter. Eventually, got only 1 dish, and my friend just waited for another 20-30 minutes due to stupidity of a service worker, sorry to say this. Imagine we have time limit or anything else. Very irresponsible.

We were given free beer tickets with our bus tour to come here. It's a nice marketing idea. We ate really delicious burgers on tasty brioche buns. I would come back for the waffles that filled the air with their aroma. Reasonable prices too.

We provided drinks vouchers for the cafe given by our tour bus and only 2 of 3 drinks were brought to us after an extremely long wait. We asked for our third drink and after another 10-15 minute wait there was no sign of our missing drink

Cool place, too bad orange juice is served without the bits. Yes, they actually filter out the juice after is squeezed and this is in the homeland of oranges! Doesn't make much sense 😖🤷🏻‍♂️😂

As always, a great place to peer over Syndagma Square while having a cold /hot drink or a snack. Staff is friendly and they have a stable WiFi node. The perpetual issue is that most of the local patrons smoke like a coal-fired power plant. But even on a sunny day there is often a breeze to clear most of it away.

Excellent location with one of the best views in downtown Athens. If this was like Barnes & Noble where you can read the books for free I would never leave.

Excellent roof top cafe and if you take the red bus sightseeing tour you get a free beer, a great beer at that.

We went there to have an espresso whilst shopping. Had to sit outside with 42 degrees because we were not fully vaccinated and there is a free covid protocol which I know is not their fault. But they could at least respect the order of orders and also have some kind of fans outside as we get to see pretty much everywhere in Athens in places where they charge you way less. We were there for so long just to order our espressos and we saw several people ordering inside and being served. I went inside to order and pay and they just needed to bring us the coffees outside. Apparently, it was not an easy task. We just left after 20 minutes outside because we were about to faint in the heat. The guy apologized and asked if we wanted our coffees to takeaway. I appreciated his gesture but honestly, it was a mistake that could easily been avoided with no need for apologies.

Excellent roof garden bar-restaurant at a price of course. They also try to enforce Covid prevention measures.

All the employees were super lovely and helpful, the view is amazing and the place looks great, had an absolutely amazing time there and I'd absolutely recommend it to others!!
