One of the oldest 4* hotels in the district. From the outside, it looks very imposing and modern at first. From the inside, however, you notice that the hotel has fallen into disrepair. The furnishings for a 4-star hotel unfortunately lack a clear style. Pictures, sculptures or reading corners are very different in colour and style. There were three of us and we received a friendly welcome. We got a room with 3 single beds on the first floor in the last corner of the floor. The carpet and furniture very dated and stained. The bathroom was clean and that was the most important thing. The mattress was worn out and far too soft. The service was also rather questionable. After checking in, we went up to the pool bar. Here, all the poolside seats were already taken. We asked the waiter to let us know if one of the guests counted, we would get the seat. In the 90 min two seats went and other guests got the seats. At some point I got angry and the manager immediately took care of the matter. The staff urgently needs service training, at least at the bar. Ambience 2 stars Room 3 stars Service 2 stars

Extremely dated hotel. It’s like stepping back in time. Worn carpets, small everything. Don’t try to fit more than one person’s belongings in a room. Apparently there are three tiers of room styles. I moved to a higher tier and it was much more comfortable. I have added two stars for that. The hotel bar on the roof top is nice. Some of the front desk staff are pleasant, some are not.

Overall good experience. Hotel is perfect for big events and large business meetings. Rooms are good, breakfast offers a variety but not that rich. Pool on top is superb with an amazing view of Athens. Bar by the pool at evening is a must, very nice. Location is a bit on the downside.

It was an overall bad decision to get this hotel. I just wanted a nice hotel with pool, so my Basic needs were met. But first thing to start, the pool is only open from 10am to 6pm. I’m just sitting here at 6:50 with the best weather and over 30 degrees outside. So why can’t I go into the pool? I payed like 100€ per night and I just don’t want to start with the room. You can hear the street noises even with closed windows in the 5th floor. And I had two different rooms, both were last renovated like ages ago. Didn’t had breakfast or anything to eat, but that’s probably better. What’s good is the service personal. You’re doing a great job to keep that hotel alive. If the pools open, and you’re able to get a lounger, then it’s very nice. But without any shadows on the whole rooftop terrace, parasols are closed due to wind conditions. Maybe you’ll think about something else? Interior of the rooftop bar is nice and the views are great.

The rooms are outdated especially for the price. The food was alright. The pool on the roof was the best thing in there. The location is not the best because has a lot of traffic and it took me a long time to get there. I was expecting something better since I've paid 417€ a nigh. There is a lot more hotels that can offer you way more on that price range than this one. That's my two cents, I'm not ever going back in there.

Breakfast hall was cold and some of the food too.....but rooms clean and tidy....getting in and out of the shower was a bit dangerous as toilet too close and no floor area to step onto.....bars and restaurants we're excelent ....with great views and hotel a 10 min walk to nearest metro line

This is not a 4 star hotel. There is one plug in the room far away from the bed. The room was very dated and I was in a ‘refurbished’ room. The wall mounted air conditioning unit did not work properly so the room was hot. Breakfast was poor. I asked for an iron and ironing board to be delivered and was told that they couldn’t guarantee it as there was a long waiting list. Upon entrance you think you are entering a decent hotel, but the experience does not deliver. It was a shame for the one night I was in Athens with colleagues. The pool and rooftop bar weren’t open. Find somewhere else to stay!

Just AVOID this place!!! Don’t make the mistake!!! There are top places at Athens with 70-100 euro top 5 stars hotels. 1) 0 hospitality from the staff, front office manager he is speaking loudly and he feels proud! 2) Old rooms you feel uncomfortable inside. 3) Super noisy from the main central road you cant avoid this! Even from the room i heard the conversations from the room next to me. 4) 4/12/23 i went there for one night tired and when i pay the receptionist told me is noisy because every day we have some maintenance issues… And i ask her very polite if you can move me from this room because i am really tired and i need to sleep! (Capacity was 25%) Her answer you need to pay more! Darling of i want to pay more i will go to 5 star official hotel! Any way i paid 62€ and I didn’t sleep properly during the night. Wow just one more issue ac was almost broken and not healthy… I asked to speak to the general manager because everything started from the top… and i felt responsible to give my feedback. And from the reception the didn’t give any contact even email! So unprofessional! This place is like there is no senior management team.. You have red card from me. No more comments !

Front of house staff are the best thing about the hotel. They are extremely nice and pleasant. The breakfast was good and very well priced but that's about it. Room itself was very small with the air con on the opposite side and not reaching the bed. The service staff in the hotel are the reason I would not recommend. The staff at the pool are rude and have terrible attitudes. Lifeguard also gave or seats away while unattended for 2 minuets with a fairly poor attempt at an apology. If your absolutely stuck for a place then it will do but do not have this place as your first choice.

The hotel is going through refurbishing. Mine was an already refurbished room but still missed on convenience like bedside charging port. Toiletries are of poor quality (smell). Better to bring your own. Very large smart tv in room, lots of eateries nearby, easy to get a cab, friendly staff. Suggest to skip the very basic breakfast.

So far, during this stay, the WiFi has been terrible (cutting out, slow, and many websites not loading), the sounds from the neighboring room are obvious, they said no outside food and drinks were allowed, including groceries and restaurants/delivery, and the room service food has been terrible tasting. They have a restaurant at this hotel that operates most of the day and provides the room service. An interesting policy considering they don't check for vaccination/negative covid test and are okay with hotel guests going to their restaurant or to other restaurants where there are numerous people. However, they say no outside food can be brought in. The presence of a delivery driver at their entrance is too much exposure. I ordered room service a couple times during the stay. Once, they did not bring half the order. Also, I ordered a dessert to be delivered one hour after the food arrived and, instead, it came shortly after the food. Then 30 minutes after this the correct other half of dinner came. By then the dessert had melted and was ruined. The whole meal was a mess. Nearly all the food is disappointing in taste. The pizza, pasta, chicken sandwich, and gyro with chicken were all bland or lacking complex flavors (similar to airplane or elementary school food). The texture is like they were cooked in the microwave. The chocolate cake was the only flavorful dish of many. I cannot bring in outside food and they cannot properly bring me quality food - this is disappointing. Further, the cost is high for their food. The tasteless chicken burger with potatoes and 2 bottles of water are 22 euros. The room cleaning was mixed. One day they woke me up when the Do Not Disturb sign was hanging on the door. Another day the sign said to clean the room and they did not visit. The bathroom lacks proper lighting for shaving or makeup application. This hotel could benefit from several changes. One important change would be matching the quality of it's products and services to it's name. On the surface it appears luxury - don't be fooled.

Very disappointing experience for a 4 star hotel. We paid what we felt was a lot of money for a weeks stay in Athens and we basically paid for the view from the rooftop bar. The view was lovely, however there isn't much else I can say we enjoyed about the hotel. The location is poor (about 2 miles from the center), WiFi is terrible, the bar is expensive, the breakfast is poor, the rooms are absolutely NOT soundproof and the room decor is extremely dated unless you're willing to pay an extra 48euro a night for a premium room. I'd recommend staying closer to the center for a nicer hotel for a similar price.

There are no words to explain how bad this hotel is when go beyond the main entrance. Furniture like in 70s, bad pillows and beds, air conditioning only has mode to freeze you to death or you can't sleep from hotness. I checked in yesterday and today I am feeling like I have a cold from sleeping under AC. Also despite saying pool opens 1.06 before it is still closed for renovation. I have been to hostels with better quality.

In reality. The quality of the hotel is less than expected. It appears that it has been recently renovated. The rooms are very old. The bed and pillows are completely uncomfortable. The bathroom is unprofessional for a place classified as a hotel. Split type air conditioner. Coffee corner Paper cups with two envelopes of coffee??? There is no water for the coffee stand. The mattresses in the corridor are old and dirty. I hope the hotel will be renovated as befitting the capital, Athens.

Although this was a highly rated hotel. I had room booked with a cancellation policy just in case. My flight got cancel on American 4 hours before departing. I gave them a over a 24 notice that I will not make it. American and the hotel states they would work it out. Hoping to get some relief from the hotel. Well the hotel charged me the entire stay and did not help with an reimbursement. Hope they gave my room to someone that needed it since I paid for it!

A cavernous hotel with impressive public spaces designed to attract the city's high social life --which interferes with the needs of the resident clientele. Small, uncomfortable rooms, with dated 1960's decor and amenities. The parking facilities operate as a separate entity, with no inside access to the lobby and room elevators. Be prepared to haul your luggage over half a city block of uphill street climbing to get to the reception desk... And that is their idea of a four star hotel! The location is good if you are using public transportation.

Pros: Exceptional staff. Professional, very polite and eager to assist. Cons: Rooms (Beds and cleaning service). Roof garden and bar closed. Received far less than payed for. Far from an adequate visit. Definitely will consider twice booking again. Stayed in this hotel several times in the past. Last, was the worst.

Rooftop garden bar is Awesome. Very friendly and accommodating on a last minute family get together. Our group got bigger and they brought out more seating no questions asked. The view is fantastic from all sides. The suggested Zombie cocktail was to die for no pun intended.

RIP OFF! We have booked on their website a "Classic Double" room which supposed to be "re-designed to offer our guest a memorable stay" according to their website description. In addition, we requested a room far from the elevator as we have a high noise sensitivity condition. When we checked-in the receptionist gave us a "Standard Room" next to the elevator (so close that the room's door is 30 cm next to the elevator's door). We told him that this is not what we paid and requested (Classic Room is more expensive than Standard Room) and showed him the booking document. The receptionist started to argue confused justifications like "for a classic double room we had to paid 40€ extra per night even if we already paid" or "all the double rooms are full" and we don't have the choice. After minutes of discussion, he magically found an available "standard double room" few meters away from the elevator, but we cannot be reimbursed or compensated for this room which is cheaper. As we already paid, we bitterly accepted.

We were so happy to leave at the end. They told us the room isn't renovated, but I didn't expect it to be this bad. The smell on the first floor is terrible, in the room as well, like mould. The safe needed batteries, the AC made loud noises, the shower head broke on the first day. Thin walls, so loud neighbors disturbed the night peace. The staff is very friendly though and tried its best to fix the problems. We asked for someone to fix the AC, however that wasn't fixed. To use the pool beds you have to pay 10$ per bed for 4.5 hours, which is really expensive. Extremely high prices at the bar. We ended up going to the beach which was a cheaper and nicer experience. The only positive thing was the staff and the location. Will never set foot again.

The room are close to the picture they post, but so tiny and uncomfortable. We can not sleep because of the noise outside, like there is open window but it’s not. Some floors have been renovated, but when booking we were not asked exactly which room we wanted to stay in, so the corridor at floor seven is like a bordeaux. We try to eat at the roof bar and restaurant but there are prohibitions that you are not told about until you order. So disappointed!

I had a great stay I would recommend this hotel to anyone because it has a wonderful breakfast service and the rooftop bar and pool is amazing. The view from the rooftop was also amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was the balconies because they were very dirty and the bathrooms didn’t have proper showers.

I’m pilot, I had to make a 9 hours rest between 7am and 4 pm in that hotel. They started to do building works in the room next door at 11am. I asked them why they put me in that room while they knew that I had to rest during day (my crew and I were in uniform and informed them that we had short day rest) but no answer. So I asked them to postpone works at least until mid afternoon so I can have a bit of rest but they refused and they only offered me to change room in what was the middle of my night. To pack and unpack everything would have make things even worst. It was very unprofessional, they should have anticipated and put us in quiet rooms that day. Very disappointed…

Very nice and helpful front desk. Large dated rooms. Very difficult to enter and exit the shower due to the strange location of the toilet (picture). Breakfast has good choice but many of the items are not filled to supply the demand. Rooftop restaurant has good (chicken) and suboptimal (burger) food.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. We booked a “renovated” standard room. Well you can see the photos . Toilet dirty, mold on the walls and a smell of an old moldy cellar. When we complained about that the only option provided from the rude personnel was to upgrade to the classic room paying 40 euros more per night. We paid the difference and changed the room. In the new room, the situation was livable, but nothing to justify the super expensive price. And we entered the room at 10pm. No one even tried to apologize during the whole time. Not even slightest gesture to make the visitor comfortable. I tried to contact someone for the management to talk but a week after and still no one replies. Pure shame! People going on holiday for relaxing not for fighting with mold and rude employees.

My room was on 11th floor, recently nicely renovated. Very clean, comfortable & quiet. Great view over the city. The breakfast had a lot to choose from, from english to continental. Service friendly. Location on one of the main streets in Athens, few metro stops from city center.

A wonderful hotel very well located near two Athens Metro stops! Staff and porters very polite and jerk, rooms very clear and modern the dinner is dinner great! Also, the rooms had a very nice view almost all Athens, Rouf Garden had a wonderful view. Also the water was crystal clean without salts.

I stayed in a simple room. The bathroom was unacceptable. To take a shower you had to wet the entire floor no matter how careful you were. Outside my room were the external units of the air conditioners and due to the poor insulation of the windows I could hear them all night. I paid 115 euros per night, a lot of money for such a room.

I do not recommend AT ALL. Awful service and policy. The day we arrived we noticed a terrible odor in our room. We asked to be moved, but there were no other available rooms. We had to get another hotel because the smell continued to the next day. We asked them several days into our stay if we could cancel our remaining reservation and refund us because of this unbearable smell. The hotel took 4 days to get back to us even cafter we called several times and spoke with managers at the front desk. They’re response said that house keeping didn’t think the smell was a big enough issue to leave, so I’m their opinion they believe we shouldn’t have left at all, so I’m conclusion we were going to be charge the full amount! All the while they checked in new guests to our room ! We were shocked when our keys stopped working… they were getting double the money for that room. There simply is no logic behind their greedy actions. This is beyond outrageous and unimaginably terrible customer service! I hope that people stay away from this horrendous place. The lack of sympathy and professionalism displayed by the President Hotel Athens is abysmal.

Please do not go here. It's beautiful to look at, but the way the elevators work is enough to make someone want to jump off the the very picturesque roof. The service in the restaurant was truly terrible and ridiculously overpriced. Working the air conditioner in the room was difficult and I was already losing my will to live from the sweltering Athens heat and elevator jackassory. The worst part was having to pay an extra 250 some Euro because of their mistake. Do not go to this awful place. I would sooner stay at the Overlook Hotel before I would stay there again.

Rooms don't look ANYTHING like the pics... AC is weak, elevators slow, NO view of the acropolis (actually difficult), pool is part of the restaurant (award to swim while everyone is watching you and eating), pool closes EARLY too (7pm is unacceptable). Location IS fairly close to the metro, and the coffee nearby is amazing.

Good part: excellent breakfast with many options and great tastes, good enough space in the room, big tv screen, very comfortable mattresses, good air conditioning for the room temperature, big and clean bathroom, good location, nice view from the roof restaurant. Not good part: dirty swimming pool (you see it only if you look underwater), bad air in the room (no air exchange unless you open the window, letting fresh air but also the street noise in).

As an American I'm used to comfortable beds and water tight showers but these things are rare in Greece. I've stayed in 10 different hotels in Greece. Leave your American expectations at home and enjoy the history and the scenery.

We stayed here one night b4 flying 2 santorini. The hotel looked very nice, the staff was friendly. One thing is though, the showers in the EU. They have this like half glass so water will spill out. And you can tell the carpet right outside the bathroom looks to have a little mold in the corner. Oh and the hair dryer was duct taped and looked about 40 years old. Those things aside we liked it here. And we used this app called efood delivery 2 order food from parormou flavors which was really good.

The deluxe rooms above the 15 floor are really modern and well decorated to be in tune with the public areas. Rood top pool is great when the temperature rises as it's nice and cool. Breakfast can be hit and miss as the staff struggle to keep up with those taking breakfast

15min by foot from the nearest metro station. The rooms were a little outdated and the breakfast was poor. They have a pool on the top that has a great view over the city, but if you want to lay down you have to pay 10€ which is ridiculous

  • 2/5 Anne W. 8 months ago on Google
The hotel is a decent 3 star. One thing to note is that it is NOT written anywhere that the hotel charges guests 10 euros per bed at the pool. We had stayed there recently for 4 nights and it cost my family and I an extra 160 euros for 4 days of pool usage. It is absolutely ridiculous and a total scam. You can stay at other hotels, with rooftop pools, that are closer to the center (and nicer) without having to pay to sit by the pool on a bed. No impressed and horrible way to start our holiday.

  • 4/5 Luke N. 7 months ago on Google
We had a terrific time at the President Hotel in Athens. It was decently close to the Metro and since it was one of the taller buildings, the rooftop yields a spectacular 360 degree view of Athens from the mountains and white buildings to the sea in the distance. Our specific room on the 5th floor was a bit outdated but it was clean and suited our needs. Food here was good too but a little pricey. I would recommend this hotel.

This is such a poor hotel. We had meetings there and while the meeting rooms are fine, the sleeping rooms are disgusting if you get one of the standard non renovated rooms. The carpets are stained, the furniture looks like it is from 1975 and the rooms are dirty and smell. My first room the air conditioner didn’t work and my colleague found a bug in his bed. The renovated rooms are slightly better but nothing to write home about, and the fact that they even sell the non renovated rooms for over 150 euro a night is insane, and then they charge you for a renovated room. The customer service was also poor - one woman was very kind and helped us but we had several other staff at the front desk who were rude and unapologetic for any inconveniences. The rooftop is nice though.

It is my fourth experience in the President hotel. It is an excellent 21story building hotel with some floors recently completely renovated. I enjoyed a great triple room at the 10th store. Super efficient and kind staff, good breakfast, clean, beautiful furniture and decorations in the common areas. The beautiful rooftop with swimming pool and restaurant is unfortunately closed for renovation. The hotel is strongly advised if you want to stay in a strategic position in an elegant place.

Dis agree, management was so, harsh. Room service not good. When I called 44 for the room service he said me I have to contact with Reception. They Don't want the luggage bring at room. Not so cooperative.

Rooms and cleanliness very good. Breakfast staff cold and unwelcoming. Fruit salad from a tin not fresh as I expected .mini croissants cold and bland definitely the worst experience in any hotel. Cheap and a disgrace

We had a room in the non-renovated floors. Carpets were dirty and there was an overall stuffy smell across the whole floor. The restaurant at the top was great, food was good. Service was average, but probably understaffed.

Warning Warning Warning ⚠️ ⛔️ Do not stay in this hotel. The hotel was incredibly dirty and the food was terrible. We requested a superior room and when we arrived we were greeted by an extremely small stuffy smelly dirty room. There was no storage for our suitcases other than an open rack as you walked in the door. The air condition system was from something from 1980 blowing hot air into the room and not even a window to open. The hotel is in a terrible location, miles away from everything and we didn’t feel safe in the area. We travelled for a two week vaccination and specifically requested a swimming pool which was specified on their website as being open from may to September. We arrived to find out that it was closed for renovation. The first person said it would be open in a few days, then the waitress said 10 days and then finally receptionist said June. We requested after 5 mins of being there to have a room change. When they gave us the new room again you couldn’t swing a cat in. There was two tiny bed side tables and only one plug on one side of the bed. The bathroom Was dirty and not what you would expect from this star rated hotel. We checked out after one day and the hotel charged us in full for the 10 days we were there. I requested hotel to refund us but they have ignored all emails and have also deleted this review which I feel guests should know about hotel. From start to finish this hotel was a complete disaster. Highly recommend staying near Plaka and also visit astir beach resort.

We had a 2 night stay, our room was with view off the city if Athens. The rooms and the corridors need to be renovated ASAP. The lobby, the lounge and the restaurant area are really amazing with a sense of luxury. The pool at the roof top is really beautiful with great panoramic view of the city of Athens. The hotel location is not ideal if you want to walk downtown, you need to get a taxi or the subway.

Overrated. Location good, staff profesional. Not good value for the money. Breakfast not good. Coffee was disgusting juice watery. Food selection not great. Parking available for the 17 euros per day. AC in the room took forever to chill the room, water pressure very weak. Bar at the top need more staff, only one person worked there.

One of the historical hotels in Athens. Located in a very convenient location in the center of the city. The service is very good, exactly what someone would expect for a 4 star hotel with prices like this one. The rooftop bar is a great choice for a cocktail in the evening. Breakfast was adequate. The internet speed could be improved, since it was limited to 2-3 Mbps.

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your stay. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rooms much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the best in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you for sure will love it I'm sure! Wonderful Staff. Excellent Rooms. Great Bar. Great Restaurant. The Breakfast is outstanding and it's a quick cab ride from the Acropolis and Parthenon. Highly recommend.

2 night stay in deluxe room on 18th floor. The staff are the hotels greatest asset, helpful, pleasant, efficient and non intrusive. Very comfortable room, well appointed. Large extremely comfortable bed with superb linen. Very Clean. Good breakfast, large selection which was continually refreshed. Ideal for central Athens, parking under the hotel. We will definitely stay again.

Having stayed at the President Hotel several times previously this was a huuuuuge disppointment. The hotel was undergoing extensive renovations which the hotel nowhere informed of either directly on their website nor any of their booking agents. This was also not informed at the point of checking in so when I asked if I could have a renovated and quiet room I was told they could give me a quiet room and part renovated room. The room I was given was next to the lift so not quiet, was part renovated however soooo cold with a heater that did not work unless an engineer stood next to it to restart it every time. I went to reception to ask to move room expressing as I had explained upon both booking request as well as when checking-in that I had a medical procedure so quiet and now also a warm room was more important than a renovated room. Was then moved to another room which was freezing again without the heater working. Third tile lucky I went and spoke to the reception and was then told that apparantly they did have 2 renovated rooms available but that I would have to pay for it. The lying about availability and the inconvenience of moving rooms so many times and being insistent to charge the 22 euro extra to a previously loyal customer was beyond me and I said it was farcical at 23:30 to be having THAT convesation but the night manager said he had no authority to waver that and I would have to discuss it with the mnager next day… Why I was not initially told that there were renovated rooms available was at that point beyond me and all this moving around was a waste. It did however at 8:30 next morning become crystal clear why they had avoided those rooms as there were renovations going on and it sounded like they were drilling in my room. I had accupuncture booked to take place in my room which was impossible due to the noise so once again complaint. They did kindly allow me to use another room which was freezing but at least away from the noise. I was assured that by 16:30 the works would stop for the day as I explained I had another follow up accupuncture session booked for 17:00. The drilling however did not stop until 19::15 when I called down and complained about the noise levels. I also had lunch in the roof top restaurant which had massive works going on and should have been closed based on the renovations. I spoke to the Manager and expressed my disappointment with the lack of transparancy of the works going on both when speaking to staff as well as it being nowhere on their website. I was still charged the 22euro for the renovated rooms which is what it is but what a poor poor service and I will advise anyone considering the President to reconsider as the service is just poor and the staff clearly have no authority to make any decisions. My medical procedure did not go as we had hoped for and likely the stress of having to complain along with the moving around, cold rooms and noise levels could all have added to the disappointing outcome. I will be back in Athens soon enough but I wont be staying in the President again.

Nice and professional business hotel at the heart of Athena. Close to Ministries and the US Embassy. 45min by taxi/Uber from the airport, same for the metro. Rooms are okay, great views from 28zh floor and the roof terrace on 20th. Breakfast so-so, downstairs in the garden restaurant with no garden.

I am writing to formally express my concerns and disappointment regarding my recent stay at President Hotel Athens from January 30th to February 5th. As someone with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), which includes hypersensitive hearing, I found the lack of communication and accommodation regarding the ongoing renovations at the hotel to be significantly distressing and detrimental to my overall experience. Upon booking my stay, I may not have noticed a warning about the renovations taking place on the hotel's website. This oversight on my part meant that I was not fully aware of the potential for noise, information that would have been crucial for me to make an informed decision about my accommodation needs given my hypersensitivity to sound. It was only upon my arrival that I was formally informed of the noise due to renovations, which proved to be especially disruptive. This situation put me in a very uncomfortable position, as I was completely unprepared for the level of noise that I encountered. While I accept that I may have overlooked the notice about renovations on the hotel's website, this oversight on my part underscores a broader issue: the essential need for hotels to embrace inclusivity and diversity in their service. Specifically, when I arrived and politely explained my situation and the distress caused by the noise due to my hypersensitivity to sound, the opportunity for the hotel to demonstrate their commitment to accommodating guests' diverse needs became apparent. It is in moments like these that hotels have the chance to actively adjust and provide solutions that ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, especially those facing unique challenges. The response—or lack thereof—to such requests for accommodations is a measure of a hotel's dedication to creating an environment that is truly welcoming and accessible to everyone. This experience has highlighted the importance of not just passive information sharing but active engagement and flexibility in addressing guests' needs as they arise, which is fundamental to delivering on the promise of inclusivity and diversity within the hospitality industry. The noise from the renovations, particularly on the 7th floor where I was staying, was exceedingly distressing. It was so loud that it felt as though the work was being done right next to my room, despite being informed that the renovations were occurring on higher floors. When I approached the reception to express my concerns and the distress the noise was causing me due to my hypersensitive hearing, the response was underwhelming. I was informed that I had been placed on the lowest floor possible as an attempt to mitigate the noise, but no further action was taken to address my distress or find a suitable solution that would make my stay comfortable. I believe that the hotel's handling of the situation did not meet the expected standard of customer service, particularly in accommodating guests with specific needs. The inadequate response when presented with a guest's distress signals a need for improvement in how such situations are managed. I am bringing this to your attention to highlight the importance of sensitivity and accommodation towards guests with diverse needs. Whether it be through improved communication about potential disruptions or more thoughtful consideration of individual guest needs, especially those with sensory sensitivities, there is a clear opportunity for President Hotel to enhance its service and care for all guests. I hope that by sharing my experience, President Hotel will implement measures to prevent similar situations in the future, ensuring that all guests receive the care and consideration they deserve.
