I couldn't possibly love this place more!! Seriously! Food is out of this world! Friendly & helpful staff. And the room was sooo well decorated & cute, with a large open window to enjoy the Greek sky (there was an awesome thunderstorm the night we stayed) & you just feel like you're home 🥰 OH, and the shower head and pressure?! It is literally perfection! It was like the most cozy hug! Lol truly my favorite place ever. Lastly, the location puts you right where you want to be. You can walk nearly anywhere (farthest walk would be 25 minutes, but not necessarily somewhere you have to go). Oh & make sure you inform yourself of local taxi scams!! They are very good at getting you to pay extra. Seriously just Google it, you'll be happy you did 😉

It was my mums idea to come here and she was absolutely right. Its such a cute place, we didn’t see the hotel since we only came for breakfast, but the deli was incredible. Trendy yet elegant, they have all sorts of products. The staff was friendly and helpful in selecting what to order. And boy was the food tasty. It was one of the best bagel with salmon of my life. Totally recommend for any time of the day.

We stayed at the hotel for the last night of our honeymoon before our flight, and it was a great experience! We weren't there very long, but the staff was super nice and they brought us a great bottle of wine as a welcome bottle (my favorite from the week of welcome drinks!). There was also a really cute welcome set-up, with local foods waiting for us. My husband loved the view of the acropolis from our room too! It was hard to beat that- plus great location for exploring right from the hotel!

Food is good but the place is over rated for sure. It was our last brunch of our trip in Greece and we were very disappointed. The portion are very small for the price it costs and not super elaborated either. We had many excellent breakfasts in Athens, this one is not in my top list. They also need to work on staff training (mistake in the order). Great location and beautiful set up of the restaurant.

The space contains a small marketplace and the restaurant. The market contains what you would expect a high end food market to hold. The restaurant has an interesting menu and a friendly but slow staff. Everything I got was good. The Lahmazoune is probably the best bread I had in Athens, but I wish service was more attentive especially as the restaurant was half empty when I visited (it was a late lunch)

I recently dined at this place, and I must say the food was truly outstanding! The waiter kindly suggested some delightful dishes for our last night in Athens, and they were a must-try. While the wine didn't quite match up to the food's excellence, it's still worth giving it a try.

Great location in the heart of Athens. Perfect central hub for all the tourist attractions, neighborhoods, and restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel was one of the highlights of the hotel too.

The restaurant is so good we went back twice. For breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. Great price and really fresh food. The special brewed coffee is so delicious here and the chocolate hazelnut croissant is also a must try. Greek yogurt is fantastic. Dinner gets busy after 7 so it’s better to book in advance. We had octopus, squid, anchovies (they are so good), some pasta dishes. The various dips here are so well prepared and flavoursome. We had an amazing time here and would defo want to stay in the hotel next time we are here! Great service and bright dining area. Beautifully decorated with wall plants.

Went for Breakfast/Brunch to the restaurant and was asked to be seated some where on the half-floor, and after seated at the table, we were asked to firstly keep the chairs as they were before (which is fair) and after 5 min the server came and told as that the table was reserved (no bottle or reserved sign placed) and we can sit only at the table nearest the elevator (had a bottle on it, no view at below & outside). As we were displeased at this, the server left for 10 min and came back again to ask us to switch and we pointed out that the table didnt have any signs of reservation, and she told us she doesnt have enough time to do it, so the manager came to resolve the situation. Manager basically told us the same thing and we left very annoyed and disappointed. I think the illogical handling of this situation stems from the Traditional Greek PR stereotype of wanting people with nice-looking/formal attire to be seated in the nicer seats and the casual customer must seat somewhere else. Very disappointing service as the dishes were looking very tasty with a sizable portion!

Best food I've eaten in Greece so far. Creative food and amazing taste. More expensive than others but worth it. Has Michelin guide stickers

One of the best restaurants I have tried in Athens. Everything we have ordered was 5/5 I wish I had more space in my stomach to order more. It’s a restaurant and grocery store with fresh items. It’s part of a hotel. The location is amazing. The prices are fair to the quality giving food and service. Highly recommended!

Super slow service and super high prices. Location looks quite nice but the prices for the food (especially when looking what you get on your plate) are way too high for Athens. There are plenty of nicer locations around for grabbing something to eat. So definitely no recommendation.

I went there twice for breakfast as it had been recommended to me from a local colleague. I was not staying at the hotel. The food is really nice and plates are quite big. Good choice of eggs recipes, salty plates and sweet options for the breakfast. Coffee is also very good. The picture is a traditional Greek bagel with poached eggs, salmon and avocado. Really yummy and quite filling. The second day I had salmon on sourdough bread (2 big slices) with cream cheese and (a lot of) salad and a cappuccino. Price was around 17€.

I'm only reviewing the restaurant portion as I didn't stay in the hotel. The food is excellent and the portions ample. Try the cheese pie with a glass of the rose they offer. Portions are excellent and all the meal options interesting. The manager is very helpful and kind and one can turn up and get seated. A great quality meal in the centre of Athens.

Rooms are small but very nice, clean, new, and everything you need! The made-to-order-breakfast (anything on the menu, plus coffee) being included makes this an exceptional value! Great location within walking distance of transportation, landmarks and attractions, as well as more restaurants and nightlife than you could visit on one trip! Staff was very helpful with recommendations in the local area too!

Rooms are designed minimally with hints of Japanese and Brutalist elements, really unique. They are clean and spacious. The highest value proposition of this hotel is the breakfast and restaurant. I don't think there is any other hotel in Athens can provide food and breakfast with such high quality ingredients and skillful cooking. If anyone needs to stay at the center of Athens, with minimalist, clean, spacious rooms with incredible breakfast and restaurant, this place is blind booking. I will definitely come back.

Everything from reservation until checkout was better than what we expected. We extend our stay in Athens and moved from a near by hotel. Reservations team (phone/email) were extremely helpful and supportive. Reception were very nice and accommodating. Room was bigger than what we expected. Simple, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of options. They also have v60 coffee which was amazing. We had to check out very early on our second day to catch our flight and they had breakfast boxes ready for us with boiled egg, bread, juice, jam and butter etc Recommended and will come back 💯

What's not to love about Ergon House Hotel and Deli. Booked via Mrs and Mrs Smith Hotels website, this stands firm in the Plaka district of Athens..chic cool vibe throughout the establishment. Staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and helped us with local tours and recommendations for bars and restaurants to try. Rooms are modern, contemporary with an industrial twist. Clean and spacious. Restaurant is set in the food market. Brilliant concept with exquisite food! A roof top bar with spectacular views of the Acropolis is hard to beat in the area. Highly recommend and will definitely return

This is one of my favorite hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying. The rooms were beautiful, the shower was the greatest ever. the staff were wonderful and the breakfast was one of my all time favorites. I love the whole idea of the hotel with a market inside. We will be back...maybe for my birthday. I loved their plates and wish I could buy them and have them sent to me in the US. Thank you Ergon house!!!!

Nice place where to have brunch or lunch. They have two different menus. The place is settled in a modern nice way. Most of the staff is nice. All the dishes we tried there were lovely. The coffee is quite expensive compared to the dishes. However, the coffee size is always pretty large.

We didn’t stay at hotel but did eat lunch - and so glad we did. The brunch menu looked good but we recommend the lunch. The spicy feta and eggplant dips were amazing especially with the sliced flat bread. We followed up with an eggplant lamb dish and a handmade pasta dish. Absolutely amazing. We plan to visit a second time on our trip. Also, as far as Michelin prices go this was so reasonable. I think our total was $90 and we left quite full and had drinks.

Very nice ambient in the center of Athens with good service and friendly stuff (in our case) but it was quite expensive for such mediocre food quality. The boiled greens salad was a bit sour and our main courses ( mushroom risotto, sea food orzo and spaghetti with feta pesto) were very salty. The freshly baked bread with olive oil was very good and we enjoyed the wine and the coffee at the end.

The review is for the Ergon house restaurant. It is a modern place that coexist together a grocery, a market and the restaurant. For sure, its a different place with many products and nice decoration. As regards the lunch, its taste can be improved. The brunch was much better

The terrace is nice althought very quiet there is almost no music. Drinks were ok nothing special. The cheese plater with cold cuts was very simple..very poor and for 16€..it’s quite expensive..The staff was kind of rude which was the worst of all. There are better bars/terraces in Athens. Overall the experience was very bad..

Nice place with a view of acropolis but unfortunately the drinks didn't worth for the price. A bloody Mary of 12€ which had only tomato juice and a bit of alcohol not even some spices. Very poor presentation. Quite expensive for what they offer.

Excellent tasty food, friendly staff, beautiful location; bonus a deli where you can buy some of the food you eat. Even the prices are quite reasonable for the quality of the dishes. What more can you ask? Will definitely visit them again.

Nice place with spectacular view to acropolis from an atmospheric roof garden. - quality&quantity: probably the ingredients were fresh and the dough of peinirli that we ordered was quite tasteful. On the other hand the portion was small for the price. - price: outrageous! More than 12€ for a peinirli? Is just a peinirli, dough cheese and small pieces of other ingredients which apparently are not diamonds. Beer you could have from 5 or 6 euro. - service: polite friendly with sense of humour but it took some time to have our peinirli, probably due to the price order was delivered by national guard

The people were friendly and polite. The food was tasty, its quality was high and its quantity was decent. The environment was pleasant. The fifth star is missing because it was a bit pricey and they didn't treat us anything, despite our considerable total.

Amazing!! Everything about this place is phenomenal ! The decor, the organisation, the smell, the food, the ambiance and so much more.. Everyone was so friendly ! We were given a menu with many options to choose from. The food is more in the pricier side but I honestly think that it's worth it ! The place wasn't too busy. The food was delicious! I honestly have nothing negative to say about this restaurant! Keep up the good work ! I will definitely be coming back here the next time I'm in Athens!

One of the best views of the Acropolis of Athens. One waiter had a blaze style but another one was very nice and polite. It's a quite busy roof generally, so a reservation would be a good idea beforehand.

I am writing this review while I am in the restaurant and finished lunch with friends and family. Everyone shared starters and mains. Every dish was a culinary orgasm. Everyone was so excited with the food that said we will need to visit again before leaving Athens. A must visit beautiful restaurant with friendly staff and exquisite cuisine 10/10.

Fantastic place! Ergon has the most amazing deli in the center of Athens. You can get fine Greek products and cold cuts. Also they have a great lunch spot to grab something nice to eat. The place is also a hotel and a cocktail bar on the top. Highly recommend!

Reviewing the restaurant: Good: 4/5 good, not spectacular. Would eat again Ambiance: 4/5. It’s nice and has a pleasant vibe Price: 2/5. Quite expensive for Athens and in general Service: 1/5, abysmal quality of service. Super slow and some undertrained staff.

I have visited the ERGON house twice. The rooftop had a great view, but you have to wait long for a table with view. The restaurant provides a unique experience. It is admirable that they make so many quality products on their own. The Greek salad was probably the best I've had!! Yet it was a bit overpriced.

Positives: Food is excellent. We ordered the Arugula Salad, the Chicken and Slow cooked Lamb Plates. They were unexpectedly exceptional. Negatives: Service is very friendly and helpful with the ordering process, but it seems that they are not quite well organized and it can take a while until they will take your Order and bring the food. However, it is all worth it at the end.

Easily our favorite restaurant during our stay in Athens. A must visit, good variety, fresh produce, a cozy place, and food that taste great. Most of the menu consisted of new dishes for us but the waiter helped us pick some very good platters.

You feel at home in this hotel. I have stayed many times. Comfortable beds, excellent location, in the very center. cons: strange air conditioning system that you can’t control. The room is either cold or hot, and it doesn’t depend on you🙄. They decorated magically for Christmas🎄

We went at their restaurant for lunch. The food was really tasty and the staff super friendly. I had just a bit too much cream with my bagel. The place in itself is beautiful and it is also really nice that they have a little market with local products.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the center of Athens. nothing like this town. We were a 12-30 minute walk from any important and/or touristy part of Athens. The hotel staff was spectacular, I have no words to describe the kindness of all the hotel staff as well as the restaurant staff during their impressive breakfasts (included in the cost of the room). Each of the breakfasts we enjoyed were a delight to the palate. It is a place that for nothing in the world should be excluded from your agendas if you come to Athens.

Great location, very stylish hotel with attention to small details - complimentary coffee, teas, water in room. The breakfast choice is fantastic as they have the deli downstairs. This was best hotel breakfast during our trip in Greece. Rooftop bar is great for views of Acropolis and the snacks are great too. Would highly recommend. Our room window faced into the atrium so didn’t have window to the outside but we didn’t mind as we only stayed one night.

We could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was so helpful with emails and coordination for our international trip in advance of our stay, and so welcoming and flexible during the stay. The hotel is in THE perfect location and was beautifully designed. Room is quiet and spacious, luxurious and so perfectly laid out. Bed was very comfortable, coffee in room was great and the breakfast was unbelievable. Best of our trip and we travel I lot. I also work in hospitality and have travelled my whole life to high-end and average hotels and this experience blew us away. Stay here if you are going to this city!!

Fabulous stay at this hotel. It was in the perfect location, the room was modern and spacious, with a comfortable bed and great facilities. The staff were really helpful and friendly, particularly those on reception. The breakfast was amazing, the hotel was great value for money just based on the breakfast alone! The rooftop bar was a lovely addition and we found ourselves back there most nights soaking up the sight of the Acropolis whilst enjoying some tasty cocktails. Would definitely stay again and will be recommended to anyone we know visiting Athens.

The hotel room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated. It was sparkling clean and the bed was very big and comfortable. Everything is very well designed and there are these beautiful touches and details that make your stay there unique ( great products in the mini bar, soaps, shampoos, shower-gel). The breakfast which is included in the price is the best breakfast i have ever had in a hotel. You are allowed to choose anything you want from the menu and everything is delicious and made with greek, fresh ingredients. Make sure you get some local products and treats from the shop downstairs

Perfect exception to noisy Athenian hotels in the city centre N37.97497 E23.73165 In the top 10 hotels in the centre of Athens on TripAdvisor, despite their high ranking, almost all of them suffered from three common problems: street noise during the night, poor internal sound insulation and loud rooftop bars, restaurants or nightclubs. Many TA reviewers did not understand why these hotels with terrible sleep quality were in the top 10 of TripAdvisor at all. A warning to TripAdvisor’s readers: read reviews of other reviewers. Ergon House is one of the few that does not suffer from these common failures. The Ergon House is well located in the city centre within walking distance from the main historical sites, bars and restaurants. From the airport, take the blue metro line 3 in 38 minutes to Syntagma metro station and walk 5 minutes to the west. Ergon House is a combination of a food court, delicatessen, restaurant, a Greek-Japanese interior boutique hotel and a rooftop bar. The car park with car lift at the rear is at -2 (-2F) and -3 (-3F). On level -1 (-1F) are the kitchen and toilets of the restaurant. Ground level (1F) and first floor (2F) is the Ergon House Agora restaurant. The hotel reception with lounge and rooms is at first floor (3F). Second (4F) and fourth floor (6F) of the hotel have a kitchen/meeting room and the third floor (5F) a fitness room without outside view. The well-insulated rooftop bar Retiré on the fifth floor (7F). Our room 207 in September 2020 was a medium sized room with separate shower, toilet and washbasin. It is slightly larger than the smallest hotel room. It is a quiet hotel room, away from the street noise at the back of the hotel. No noise from neighbouring rooms, street or rooftop bar, common problems in Athens city centre hotels. We slept like babies. We paid €135 per night including a la carte breakfast for a small room. We booked by email and avoided the costs of online travel agencies. Our room 207 was as a free upgrade from a small sized room. The room is the product of an interior designer with tasteful design touches and material choices: breeze (Besser) blocks, grey marble and wooden fittings in a minimalist style. Nowhere near the usability of a business or chain hotel. The bed mattress stands on a wooden platform, so you have to crawl around the bed instead of walking. Who said boutique. The room had an excellent shower, noisy minibar fridge (we found the plug to disconnect), desk, radio, television, safe, Nespresso coffee machine and hairdryer. The air-conditioning worked very well. The room was serviced every day with fresh towels. Breakfast al a carte is in the food court downstairs between 8am and 10.30am. Order everything you want from the menu. The breakfast items were well prepared and enjoyable. Good juices and coffee. Very healthy start of the day. The Ergon House hotel is a modern luxury boutique hotel. It may be more expensive than other city centre hotels, but when choosing between fleeing your noisy hotel with a loud rooftop nightclub in the middle of the night or enjoying a good night’s sleep, we go for the Ergon House hotel every time. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Ergon House for a couple of days while in Athens to escape the generic feel of the local five star hotels which were underwhelming. Ergon House has a modern, boutique feel - much like Soho House. We were drawn to stay there after eating in their restaurant which has really delicious, well thought out options on the menu. The hotel is clean, and the room is well stocked. Maria, the manager went out of her way to make sure our stay was great. I would stay there again if I returned to Athens - but I'd choose a slightly larger room.

The atmosphere was nice. However, customer service was quite poor. We ordered food on the rooftop but the table was so small that it didn't fit anything. We asked if we could get a different table since we would order food but they weren't willing to help. I felt like the business is owned by kids. At the end we asked for the bill and the waitress came but she left us in the middle in order to assist other people. When I complained politely they replied in a rude way that they have only one POS!!! A huge disappointment for such a nice place. It literally spoilt my night. I do not recommend it at all.

Really cool venue with a lot of different things going on - cafe, restaurant, pantry and deli. We bought some souvenirs from the deli as well as some fresh fruit. Also had dinner and stopped for coffee. I definitely think it’s worth visiting and the food was good - the deli staff were also really helpful. The coffee was pretty bad and the waiting staff in the cafe/restaurant weren’t the friendliest or most helpful (especially compared to everywhere else in Athens).

We loved this hotel. The location is very convenient to many great restaurants and near Plaka and the Parliment. The staff was amazing! We arrived early and they quickly made our rooms available. Breakfast was delicious and the staff recognized us and greeted us. They even remembered who was in our party and what we liked. We saw the staff outside of the hotel and they recognized us. The hospitality was outstanding. We were impressed. The room was good size and we liked the shower. The rooftop bar had views of the Acropolis, but make certain to get reservations for a table.

The views from here of the Acropolis are really nice, similar to any other rooftop place close to the area. The food was tasty. My friend and I ordered a hamburger with fries and a long pizza folded plate, both very good. However, we felt customer service was not polite enough and the waiter confused the order. So my friend asked for the plate to be changed for what she originally asked for. The waiter was not willing to change it straight away and manners were not the best to acknowledge the situation has been a misunderstanding. Anyways, good place to go with friends or a dinner with your partner.

The food was amazing, big portions so take it easy on the starters. The dessert was a decadent experience and we were full to the brim when we left. The place is good, but the service is terrible. I'm not that picky at all, but this is something else. It might be that they need to hire more people to cope with the amount of customers, or some other reason but in any case the end result is still very poor.

It’s hard for me to feel like I am rating this place (the restaurant on the first floor) fairly. On the one hand, the coffee (both V60 pour-over and espresso from their LaMarzocco) is some of the best we’ve had in Athens, and the breakfast was delicious. On the other hand, the service is like molasses, even for Europe. They are friendly and helpful, it just feels like there is one server doing a job of four. I guess I would come back, but probably only for coffee and probably only to go.

we went 5 pax for lunch. the quality of the food and the taste was great. the ambience also is great. everything is ruined by the service. we were seated for 30min and we had to ask the waiters to bring us the menu. we gave our order and we were waiting for our wine for 20 minutes and then we called the waiter to tell him that our wine was on the bar for 10 minutes (we could see it) but nobody was taking bringing it at the table. the waiters were coming with our order and they did not taking the empty plates. we had order a main course after the first order and they brought it with the starters and when we told them that this is on of the main courses there was no reaction. guys you need to work on the service big time. do not take granted that because you are in a good location and the quality of the food is good, nothing else matters. the service and the people make the difference

We went there for an evening business dinner. The venue is refreshing. Unfortunately the food was subpar, compared to our expectations. Fava reheated, liver & grilled meat with too much pepper & oregano, respectively. The shrimp perirli was bland. Service was excellent, and so were the two desserts we tried. Wine list very poor. I wish they paid more attention to their kitchen and menu, as they do on the design of the place.

I had high expectations on the food quality, service and overall experience, but was quite disappointed. The pita bread was good, but I found the rest somehow "wrong" (portions were too big, probably to justify the higher price, but they were also too salty and overall not very special, so in the end you feel heavy and unhappy). I have the impression there is still need for some fine tuning, because the concept per se is not bad.

Iconic restaurant in the Acropolis area. One of my Greek friends recommended me this place, and it was excellent! However, you should make a reservation up front, since in days like this (Saturday) it’s quite packed, and they only had an available table in the back. The hosts speak English, menus are English, so it’s easy to order and get around. Inside they also have a supermarket that includes fresh fish/seafood/meat/etc.,so all products are super fresh! We went for a pasta, one with seafood and one with pork/beef and beer. Prices are very nice for the quality (~12-14€/main dish). Photos and menu from today 9th April 2022. I highly recommend this place A+.

I made a reservation for a 35 people event (meal and lecture) on the half floor and I’m pleased to share that the experience was amazing. The space is beautiful, the menu was well curated and the service was very good for this demanding task. The food is excellent - Greek flavours with a twist and huge portions. We love the pork skew! Every employee involved was so helpful: from Alexandra who helped me book the event to Alexandros who was on duty that day and the super kind female waiter (blonde/blue eyes) who did an amazing job serving almost on her own 35 people. Overall I would highly recommend this place for events and gatherings since it’s modern, original, authentically (and not touristically) Greek and very accommodating. Thank you for this top notch experience! You are raising the standards in the Greek hospitality industry and it’s a good thing!

Gorgeous little rooftop bar with an excellent view of the Acropolis, which looks stunning at nighttime. The bar itself offers a good selection of cocktails, and Greek wines. It’s impossible to reserve a table, and you will have to compete with the hotel guests as this bar sits on top of one, so timing your visit is advisable, or else make do with waiting in line. I’d certainly recommend you add it to your list of nightspots.

  • 3/5 Evina V. 1 year ago on Google
Unlike other experiences I've read here, the service was actually really nice! Our waiter was extremely polite and helpful. However, the only reason why I'm rating this bar at 3 stars is because it was extremely expensive for what it is. The wine costs 32 euro (where there was only one of each (red, white and rose)), and the cheese platter costs 16 for a very small variety of cheeses. Additionally, we had initially asked for a meat and cheese platter, and he only informed us when he brought the cheese platter on the table that they were all out of cold cuts. Also, if you're going because you want to see the acropolis, odds are, you probably wont because the rooftop is enclosed with bushes.

This hotel was lovely and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very comfortable, well decorated, and had high end bath products and one of the nicest rain showers we’ve seen. The complimentary breakfast might be the best breakfast we’ve ever had! We couldn’t believe how much beautiful, tasty food and coffee were offered to the hotel guests complimentary. It was such a treat. The location was also perfect, within walking distance of everything you would want to see in town including the plaka stairs and acropolis. This would be our first choice of hotel if ever returning to Athens.

A special hotel in an excellent location. Kind and helpful reception service. The breakfast is excellent in the wonderful restaurant of this hotel. On the other hand- The rooms are disappointing. I paid an extra price for a medium room and got a room which was a long wide corridor at the end of which you climb up bed. There is no separation between the bathroom and the room, and the rear view is depressing. Overall, I think you can get better value in the surrounding hotels, For the price paid - I expected something better, will not come back...

Not BIO/ORGANIC. Honestly.. the food is VERY expensive for it not to be bio/organic. Too many things have gluten or other flours like corn flour like grilled meat is seasoned with flour. This is not a place for health conscious people but maybe that's just Greece and I have too high expectations. The management staff (woman) not friendly quite arrogant but other staff are nice. Had many genuine mistakes (been here dozens of times) but all due to language, I think. The food is good don't get me wrong but not worth the price.

Ergon House restaurant: Not Impressed. Today I visited "Argon's house," and my experience was as follows: Place: The location was very beautiful and unique. Food quality: The overall quality of the food was good, and the dishes were well-prepared. However, the portion sizes were small. Price: The price did not reflect the quality. My main dish, recommended by the waitress, cost 21 euros. The quality was average, and the quantity was extremely small. Service: I'm not sure if it was an isolated incident or if it happened today, but the waiters were not helpful at all. We had to ask 2-3 times before they brought what we wanted. Overall: I would rate it 6.5/10. You can see the photos as well as the bill and judge for yourselves.

There was 13 of us looking for rest and lunch after a long walking tour of Athens. Our guide recommended the restaurant here and she wasn't wrong. Even though it was busy downstairs there, they found a table for us on the mezzanine- so accommodating , in true Greek fashion. Everything was delicious.

I visited the bar on the roof of the building - it was cozy and had nice cocktails and pizza. Prices were a bit on the higher side, and you might not be seated in a place with a view on the acropolis. Also, the elevator was a bit shady and didn't work on the top floor, so I went one floor down to get it to work.

The rooms are wonderful. The service staff was kind and helpful. We arrived at 7:30 and they took our bags, gave us tools to freshen up from our long flight, and marked up a map with things to see and do before check in. The breakfast, which is included in the price of the room, comes off of an expansive, a la carte menu. It is, without any exaggeration, the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Location is fabulous. I would not recommend getting a car for your stay here. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Brunch - very good and tasty food, quite huge amount of food. Nice interior, impressive products to buy. Unfortunately you can feel lost because some of the service doesn't want to see you (and sit you, so you've got to ask personally) and seems to be a little bit arrogant (at least you don't feel good about it).

Wow, we had dinner here last night , the food is exceptional. The restaurant is definitely a vibe and worth your visit and dining experience. Roof top for a few drinks for sunset before hand was also great. Make sure you make a booking in advance for the restaurant. The pasta with pork and beef Ragu had the most intense delicious flavours.

I’m so glad i came up with this marketplace by chance, even though it seems quite popular. Very spacious store with enaugh room to have a seat. They offer vast variety of premium quality products. I could spend whole day picking goods. Staff and service is top. Most helpful, welcoming, energetic people.

Food is great ,decor and ambience also great . However the staff is totally wrong for this place . Extremely unprofessional from the moment you step in nobody seems to pay attention to you . You wonder if you can sit down on your own or someone will help you . You walk around asking random staff what to do and they tell you “ go stand over there someone will come “… and you stand and wait and wait and after 10- 15 minute if you have the patience and don’t walk out you sit at the table and then wait for another 20 minutes till someone notices you to take an order . If the manger is reading this please don’t hire young people with zero experience and will to work . Hire professionals . Hire older people . Service staff is destroying your business .

Loved my stay here at Ergon, I’ll be staying here every time I need a hotel in Athens. Their breakfast is amazing, staff is very nice, perfect location, rooms are a vibe, and you feel safe here (big one for me because I was traveling alone as a young female). 10/10 recommend
