I'll start with the one negative which cost it a 5/5 and I actually give it a 4.5/5. There was only one nurse on the third floor who did not behave well towards us at all. I spoke to her supervisor and I hope she put her in her place because afterwards it seemed like she was counting her words. I'm going to the positives, which are sooo many! Honestly everything else was perfect. The rest of the nurses were kind and answered the bells immediately, the doctors were amazing especially Mr. Politakis who had taken care of us, the paramedics were kind and patient and even the reception staff were excellent! Our cleaners really had no other complaints. We would go again and I would recommend it to others. I think it's a shame for an unfortunate incident to spoil the whole picture which was excellent.
