Absolutely
unethical
and
unprofessional!
I
had
arranged,
with
one
of
the
sales
ladies,
a
fixxed
price
for
my
therapy
and
I
had
done
it
5
or
6
times
already.
A
few
days
ago
they
called
me
to
arrange
the
next
appointment
and
when
I
went
for
my
treatment,
they
announced
to
me
just
before
the
treatment
that
the
price
is
not
the
same
any
more
and
I
had
to
pay
more,
even
for
this
specific
treatment
I
was
having
this
day!
When
I
said
that
this
is
ridiculous
and
asked
them
why
they
didn't
inform
me
about
the
price
change,
when
they
called
me
for
the
appointment
arrangement,
they
said
that
the
girls
from
the
call
center
are
not
informed
about
the
price
changes!
Of
course
I
just
left
and
I
am
definitely
not
returning
back
ever!
In
a
period
of
general
economic
and
health
crisis
they
act
as
a
complete
scam!
Stay
away!
There
are
far
more
professional
and
client
oriented
dermatological
centers!
I
should
have
trusted
my
instict
when
I
first
read
their
negative
reviews!
They
have
acted
unethically
to
many
of
their
clients,
they
will
do
it
to
you
too!
Regarding
your
reply,
I
will
not
stick
to
how
unprofessional
it
is
to
be
unable
to
find
a
confirmed
appointment,
and
I
will
try
to
trust
your
honesty
that
you
indeed
can't,
but
I
will
help
you
in
finding
that,
by
giving
you
the
exact
date
and
time.

As
of
your
last
reply,
if
the
"discounted"
price
was
not
valid
any
more,
should
have
been
communicated
to
me
when
you
called
me
to
arrange
the
therapy
appointment.
It
is
a
complete
dishonour
of
your
clients
to
arrange
a
therapy
appointment
and
upon
arrival
for
that
to
announce
an
increase
of
price
even
for
this
specific
appointment!
And
no,
there
was
no
better
price
suggested.
There
was
a
50
to
70
euros
increase
per
appointment!
That
was
definitely
a
price
change
that
should
have
been
informed
about
before
arranging
the
appointment!
I
understand
that
you
are
trying
to
cover
up
your
scam
policy
by
attributing
it
as
a
mistake,
but,
the
fact
that
there
is
no
apology
on
your
behalf
proves
that
it
is
no
mistake,
but
a
systematic
misleading
behaviour
towards
your
clients
whom
you
see
just
as
wallets!
I
regret
having
trusted
you
without
reading
first
the
true
reviews
of
other
clients.
And
I
hope
my
testimonial
is
a
warning
for
your
next
potential
clients
so
as
to
choose
wisely
where
they
are
going
to
spend
their
precious
time
and
