We wanted to get gelato here and there was a gentleman that was telling us the flavours and I wanted to have the strawberry cheesecake. We walked in and waited until another lady who just stared at us finally came and helped us. We asked how big the gelato would be and she showed us the cup and when we came back out, the ice cream flavour that I wanted was no longer on the display. I told her that it was just there and she just shrugged her shoulder and told me that it’s not there. So I tried to ask her if she she could ask and she again just shrugged her shoulder and just said I don’t know and they don’t have it. She also rolled her eyes when I tried again to explain that it was just there and maybe she can ask another person. So we just left because she was just shrugging her shoulder and wouldn’t try or doesn’t really want to help us. We went to another gelato shop about 10 steps away.

We got our breakfast take away early in the morning when everything was just ready from the oven. The sandwich was good and tasty.

You can't leave Greece without trying the sweets,snacks and coffee in Veneti. Everything fresh and delicious with very good prices too. With a very polite staff to serve you with more pleasure.You must try lemon tart its super delicious.

Location is the key here. It's very convenient however I wasn't blown away by the coffee and my spinach and feta pie although i ate it I wouldn't say it was the best in town sadly

Its the best bakery and coffee shop in greece with fresh and tasty deserts also with very reasonable prices.The store is very clean and the staff very friendly.I recommend it to anyone visiting Greece.I will always come back whenever I am there.

Wanted to eat lunch here, but when we tried to order an entire pizza at the counter, we were told to go to the outside seating area for orders. There were not many customers, but every time a server blew past us, they acknowledged we were there but wouldn’t interact so we could place an order. Gave up trying and went next door to eat where they were very attentive. We missed eating there and decided not to bother going back in to get some of the amazing looking desserts they showcase.

Great place and a huge assortment. The prices were great given the location and service was fab as well. We tried a few things and it was all tasty.

The quality of their coffee alone is reason enough to visit this establishment. Another commendable aspect is the fair pricing of their baklava. I found the cost to be reasonable, especially considering the quality and taste of this traditional sweet treat. The baklava had just the right balance of sweetness and layers of flaky pastry, making it an indulgence worth savoring. Regrettably, the service I encountered during my visit was lacking. The staff did not provide a welcoming atmosphere, and their overall demeanor seemed disinterested. I felt as though I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. It is important for any establishment to create a warm and inviting ambiance, and in this regard, Veneti GO fell short. While the superb coffee and fairly priced baklava make a compelling case for a visit, the lackluster service detracts from the overall experience. Improved customer service would undoubtedly enhance the enjoyment and encourage patrons to return time and again. In conclusion, Veneti GO deserves recognition for their excellent coffee and reasonable pricing of baklava. However, I hope they take note of the need for better service. With a more welcoming and attentive approach, this establishment could easily earn a full five-star rating.

I tried the spinach pie and some sweets, all delicious and the price was incredibly lower than the Athens average. Diversity of cafes and eating options. Friendly service from everyone at the place. I could say it's the best value for money in the city.

I really liked it. We bought sandwiches and coffee and later cake there. They were always helpful and patient and the food was delicious. The coffee was incomparably better than the coffee you get at home.

While the coffee in Athens is not bad, I'm a traditionalist when it comes to a latte. Venetis makes a great coffee! I go there every day. They also have amazing sandwiches, greek pies, and pasties. A lovely place to buy a coffee and pastry, and sit in Monastiraki Square, watching the performers and people.

Fast service and delicious spinach and cheese pie. Right in the heart of Monastiraki Square with views of the Acropolis outside. Staff speak good English and there is a great selection of sweet and savoury treats to choose from.

Wonderful food. Had to try a ham and cheese Cresent for breakfast, which melted in my mouth. A quick sub sandwich for supper and 3 different pastries. Kind service and worked with me and my lack of Greek language skills. Our favorite place.

Usually great. Today I wanted to get a coffee before the ferry so I waited outside from 6.45 to 7.05 so had to leave before they opened. If you say online you open at 7 then open at 7, people are relying on you. I made a special trip to your cafe by taxi out of my way just to get a coffee there but you didn't open at 7.

Amazing store for breakfast, brunch and snacks, for very good prices. The service was polite and very helpfull, always going inside and hearing many "goodmornings" at once. Staff recommendations were always on point and always yummy!!

This bakery opens early so it's convenient when having to catch an early ferry, train, or flight. Nice selection of pastries including vegan items like a potato bread pastry and spinach pastry.

Ι popped in to buy my always favourite pastry every time I visit Greece called kaltsounia with sweet cheese, saw them on the trays freshly baked and fluffy but the lady there had picked those on the inside of the tray that customers can't have access to or view. So half of them where fresh while the rest were literally so tough as stones, the cheese tasted overly sour and their appearance had nothing to do with the fresh ones. That's an impudent way to rip off tourists, it had me so disappointed. Never again!

Value for money! You get the ice cream scoop for 1,60 comparing to the 2,50 the other gelaterias are selling for.

Everything I’ve tried here has been, good. However the staff is SO FRIENDLY! Which to me, makes a place 100%! The guy I’ve chatted with at the coffee bar is hilarious and very helpful answering any questions I have had. He’s also made great suggestions. Customer service deserves a 10!!

What can I say but very disappointed in the two lady staff today I was in the que and both ladies ignored and served the family behind me and in front of me and totally ignored me when I asked excuse me we are next Hence I left the place disheartened and annoyed maybe because I was Asian! Other than this bad experience my holiday in Athens and the people were magnificent

If you don't ask which coffee you want, you will get the most expensive one, which price is hidden (organic). If you order a croissant they will give you a ham and cheese pastry, and then say that what is given to you is a croissant.

The "Italian roast special coffee" was cimplet rubbish. Despite all the fancy equipment the have. The lady barista doesn't know how to use it properly and I think she uses half of the amount of coffee (the portofilter was half empty), so the result is a brown water.
