Very welcoming local gym for this out-of-towner, both the lifters and Panos, who was super helpful. Barebones equipment (no machines) but it gets the job done. Affordable day pass!

A fantastic no fuss gym with a great team! The morning classes are a bit more chill than the evenings but always fit your level. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and down-to-earth. The other patrons are there for a workout not their egos. The music is always on point and not just generic techno. The equipment/facilities are well-maintained and clean. Don’t expect the latest machines but whatever your goal, there’s a something to match it. I hate working out, so for me to willingly go there almost daily, they’re doing something very right! Oh and they’re great value for money!
