This place is amazing. Indeed, the portions are small but it’s super delicious and comfortable when you want to try more than one traditional Greek dishes. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Prices range from 4-5 € per portion. PS we couldn’t wait to try the dishes, they smelled so delicious, so on the pictures a few pieces are missing lol

Place is really warm with live music. Simple decor yet gets the vibe of the metaxourgeio area. Greek folk music 🎵 in a corner store where you would not think there is a store. Food was very nice. We took appetizers, cheeses and the grand plate of meats. Appetizers were fantastic. The plate not so good. Prices are high especially for the meat plate , 35 euros not worth it. Fries 🍟 were also amazing. Photos taken not very good 🤣

Friendly casual restaurant with delicious Greek menu as well as some other items. Super friendly server. Good music. I love the little surprises I find in this neighborhood and this restaurant is one of them.

Great Greek food, low prices, friendly staff. Taking one star off due to this general issue in Greece where people are allowed to smoke in certain sittings, excluding small families from them.

We were there 3 times during our week in Athens. Loved the food, the atmosphere and the nice staff. Very good prize-portion ratio and best food we had the whole week. People there were mostly locals since its a bit off the go-to-touristic places. So go there if you like to dine in an authentic Greek restaurant. And try the home made lemonade!

A wonderful place with very friendly services. The owner is nearly every day on shift and is as well a super friendly guy, if you ask for the story behind this place and how the name of the restaurant comes up, he will tell you. Love it

Love the food and vibes of this place. The mushroom risotto was much enjoyed by my family, but I personally loved the Cretan Apalki with Pasta. Lovely couple serving. A wonderful start to a trip to Athens.

Such a lovely restaurant. It was the first place I ate coming into Athens and everything was amazing, my expectations are now very high! The fresh orange juice was perfect, would really recommend the Feta with honey, fried tomato balls, and the kebab. The staff were so lovely and friendly and the restaurant had a cute vibe.

Found this delightful place thanks to other google reviews. Everything we had was amazingly fresh, delicious and well priced. The dolmades, zucchini feta fritters.. outstanding! And we had the fish of the day - marlin. Perfectly simply cooked. And our server was kind, helpful and welcoming. What a gem!!

I had sardines, tomato salad with premium olive oil and Cretan raki. Everything was from another planet. Impossible quality. Very good job. Congratulations!!

Was a little disappointed with the food and service to be honest the potato chips coldish and greasy the Kolokuthokeftethes slightly overpowered by the Tomatokeftethes were delicious. Kitchen person/waitstaff was nonchalant when paying the bill.

Ο Τυπογράφος (O Typográfos / The Typographer) is an absolutely wonderful restaurant. Charming, fabulous waiters who are friendly and smiling and incredible food at an incredible value. The chef is a genius, the menu fresh and inventive. We came every day of our stay and feel so fortunate to have discovered this tucked away gem.
