Very bad service and scammer! I needed only a paper for the swimming pool. Now the doctor found a problem with my toe, which you can barely see with a microscope. I didn't receive the paper and paid 30 Euro. I should come again and pay more, but for sure i will never visit this doctor again. I don't recommend this doctor at all, they just want to make money, even if you don't have a real problem.

I have been visiting Dr Termias clinic in Kolonaki on a regular basis for the past 2 years because he offers a variety of treatments for women including laser hair removal and body firming. I wouldn't go anywhere else because I'm satisfied that I am getting the best treatments in Athens and that him and his team are taking good care of my health and appearance.

I have had an amazing experience with IQ Skin Clinics’ team! As a non-Greek person, starting from the first consultation, they always made sure there is someone with me who can translate my medical plan and treatments. On the day of my surgery, they welcomed me with a smile, again, went through the process of what will happen to me in the next hours, I even got a lunch :-) I am very satisfied with the result, the healing will take a bit of time due to its nature but I know I can always count on their assistance if I have further questions. Disappointed with the staff and my overall experience at IQ Skin Clinics. Originally the appointment started out great, but ended horribly. Just to be clear - I have no doubt that Dr. Tzermias is experienced and good at what he does, but the reason for my visit was not properly addressed. I made clear to all 4 staff that I had an event 4.5 days away and wanted a pico laser treatment that would not cause scabbing or peeling. (I get these in the states often. Before booking the appointment, I even sent a photo of the cynosure laser machine to the client coordinator.. Just to make sure I was getting the same or close to the same treatment.) I was assured by 2 different staff members that I would have no peeling or scabbing downtime. Again, I made it clear beforehand that I did not want something that would cause trauma to the outer skin. Well, their machines are a lot more powerful than what I’m used to. It’s now 7 days later and I’m still peeling. I had dark brown textured scabbing for the wedding after being condescendingly reassured over and over that “I would be fine” “just wear makeup, you wear makeup every day anyway” by staff. I was offered a free calming mask where one of the 20 lab coated women scrubbed my scabs way too aggressively for someone post treatment of any kind. I left in tears. My issue is that I was never once told about the risks or downtime needed for this laser. I never had to sign a form about what the specific treatment entailed. If I knew that I needed downtime, I wouldn’t have done it. When I brought my frustrations up to Dr. Tzermias, the client coordinator, and the derm who gave me the treatment, I was extremely rudely talked over, told I “looked fine over whatsapp video,” and told to “just wear makeup.” I was so disappointed with the way they collectively handled my situation over the phone call; even telling me “we do hundreds of laser treatments all the time!”… Ok - then you should know how to prepare your clients and which lasers are not suitable for a client who has a wedding in 4 days. I will reiterate that my skin evaluation was thorough, and maybe they are good at solving long term skin issues, But I specifically came in for a rejuvenation treatment that required no downtime and I made it perfectly crystal clear that I was not trying to solve all of my skin problems that day. If they listened to MYYY actual needs, this might have been a long lasting relationship since I am in Greece multiple times per year. Too stressful when it could have been really simple. Lesson learned…on both sides. * update - went to my derm who confirmed the laser tech (who was very kind) and assistant who scrubbed my scab off had no idea what they were doing. Dermatology 101. You dont scrub off a healing scab or it will scar. I said this to her as she was doing it…which is why I never returned for “free calming bs.” It has now been over 2 weeks since my treatment and I have to undergo multiple therapies to fix the scarring. This was a money grab and I hope you all go elsewhere for laser treatments. The reviews here speak for themselves I wish I looked at them before. *Photo 1 with makeup on day after treatment, photo 2 Jan 24.* ***update - my facial scarring photos were deemed “s*xually explicit” and my review was removed. It’s a year later. I’m still scarred. I’ll keep reposting this so this money grab never happens to someone else.

During the treatment, IQ Skin Clinics took from me the deposit 800 euro for future visits and then rejected to continue the treatment sessions. The deposit hasn't been returned yet.

I heard that this doctor has a very good reputation in Greece hence I decided arrange an appointment in terms of a dermatological issue I was facing and for which I was struggling quite a while. I was impressed on how quickly he managed to isolate my issue and to provide me respective care. The staff also was very helpful and guided me throughout the process. I definitely recommend Dr. Tzermias.

I visited IQ Skin Clinics 3 weeks ago and had a follow up appointment today. Everyone was so professional, they show so much care and support and willing to solve my health issue. Best dermatology clinic I have been to and definitely the only one I will be visiting from now on.

So if it happens and you are in your period just avoid to go there because they arent helpful on this part and they will turn you down. From my view ive heard and listened that its possible to have laser during period so i was confident, turns out however thats not true and only specific beauty centers will help you on this one. They suggested to me to skip the "hidden part" and just do the bikini lines and id still pay like it i did all of it which is pretty unfair to pay for something and not even get all of it

Θα ήθελα να ευχαριστήσω το συγκεκριμένο ιατρείο καθώς αντιμετωπίστηκε επιτυχώς ένα σπάνιο και σύνθετο δερματικό πρόβλημα, και συγκεκριμένα η αφαίρεση κακής ποιότητας τατουάζ από περιοχή που μεταξύ άλλων είχε χειρουργικό τραύμα. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι αρχικά είχα απευθυνθεί σε ανταγωνιστική επιχείρηση αλλά το κόστος και η προσέγγιση που μου είχαν προταθεί, κατόπιν παράλληλης δικής μου έρευνας μου φάνηκαν εξωφρενικά. Στο ιατρείο IQ μου δόθηκε οικονομική προσφορά κλάσμα της προηγούμενης. Θέλω να είμαι δίκαιος και να πω ότι, εκτίμησα το γεγονός ότι υπήρξε η μέριμνα δωρεάν δοκιμαστικής συνεδρίας σε μικρό τμήμα, ώστε να εκτιμήσουν αν η πορεία της θεραπείας θα είναι η ενδεδειγμένη. Γενικά η προσέγγιση που ακολουθήθηκε ήταν πολύ επαγγελματική και κυρίως είμαι ευχαριστημένος από την τελική έκβαση της θεραπείας. Θέλω να ευχαριστήσω ιδιαίτερα την Ασημίνα καθώς, πέραν του ότι ήταν άψογη στη δουλειά της (είχα πλήρη αντίληψη και γνώση του τεχνικού αντικειμένου), η ευγένειά της σου φτιάχνει τη μέρα.

Φοβερή δουλειά από το προσωπικό όσον αφορά την αποτρίχωση με λέιζερ, φουλ επαγγελματισμός από τις κοπέλες στη γραμματεία. Τα αποτελέσματα ήταν εμφανή από την πρώτη κι όλας συνεδρία και χωρίς να έχει ακόμη ολοκληρωθεί το πακέτο συνεδριών έχω μείνει πλήρως ευχαριστημένη, κυρίως από τη άψογη συνεργασία με τη Χριστίνα, την κοπέλα που ανέλαβε την περίπτωση μου από την πρώτη μέρα και φροντίζει σε κάθε συνάντηση για το καλύτερο δυνατό αποτέλεσμα και την οποία συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Μπορω να πω πως το ιατρειο σας ειναι ΤΟΠ Μου λυσατε ενα μεγαλο προβλημα (Αιμαγγειωμα) που με ενοχλουσε απο την ημερα που γεννηθηκα. Ειμαι παραπολυ ευχαριστημενη ειδικα απο το προσωπικο συγκεκριμενα απο την δεσποινιδα Α.Μ που με εχει αναλαβει και εχω δει τρομερα αποτελεσματα. Εξαιρετικο ιατρειο εξαιρετικο προσωπικο!!!!

I had a really bad experience. They suggested to give me treatments with laser and “solutions” for my condition which in another clinic I was treated with simpler methods. It seem like they were trying to sell me those treatments (they went out and in from the room consistently for consultation) and persisting that these treatments are the best bet I got. Wether that is true or not, they were rushing and pushing me to decide (again, different doctors/assistants came back and forth, taking me to different rooms). And since I got a different treatment in France, that was effective for my condition, and they didn't seem to have the very simple equipment (!) needed to do the same treatment I grew more suspicious of them. They charged me 70€ for consultation fee where I thought the receptionist said it will cost 17€. That might been my fault. Or maybe not. EDIT: As I wrote previously with much more emotional tone, I changed my writing to be more objective. As to answer to the response I got: I NEVER said it's an emergency. The woman on the phone asked me if it's an emergency and I explicitly said NO.

I had a deep callus on the bottom of my foot for many years. Dr. Marios cared for my foot with patience and diligently took the time to treat it at every appointment. I’m thankful for his work and persistence to make sure it was treated to the very end. Well done, Dr. Marios!
