VERY rude staff. You have to look like royalty to be treated nicely there. If you're an everyday person you'll be treated badly. Just awful.

Nice shop but not as nice as Hondos in the city centre. It seems a bit old, however i liked the outlay of the shop. Not all of the staff were very friendly but also not rude. It's nice to shop there if you live nearby but i wouldn't go out of my way to do my shopping there.

Medium sized beauty shop, however I found what I wanted. In the middle of Pagkrati - Vironas location, nearby Imittou street.

First day to re-open. There was a line outside but everyone kept to the 1.5m distance. Security on the door allowing the maximum number of customers to enter, all employees were wearing masks and it was well organised. Slight delay at the checkout, I had to go upstairs to pay because two registers were disabled but I got out relatively fast. Good job!

Great customer service, sales from time to time and quality products

It's incredible that people of different economic backgrounds can buy from the same place. You can find brands, expensive products, cheap products, but which all are nice. For instance, there is a whole area which you can find expensive perfumes, but on the first floor you can also find cheap ones.

Great place for your daily cosmetic needs. Pleasant and polite staff. The only thing I didn't like was the structure of the building. It was like a maze and I felt like the mouse!

Shopping in Hondos center is easy and always find what I need there. They have amazing sales at the end of the season. If you can wait for the sales I highly suggest that!

Complete and good skincare

I wasn't that impressed, prefer it's larger stores like in Ermou, didn't like the up and down the stairs plus every one seemed busy, some staff were helpful, men's pajamas stock could be improved , nice selection of colognes and perfumes would inspire me to return, prices fairy moderate.
