A few years ago I bought the Ziggy crossbody bag, matelassé, in black leather. Great design, great style, great store location, great stuff. Not great quality though. The leather discoloured within the first year and the lock stopped closing within the second year. Note that I used it as an everyday bag and I take good care of my things.

Great collection , good value for a top quality collection

Very unpleasant to share my not so great experience. First things first someone would expect to be greeted entering a high-end store like zadig, yet in this store no one does. I get that Christmas is a busy season but it’s totally unacceptable to go around looking for a sales associate by yourself. What a shame. And if you manage to get someone they’ll be probably be bored of their job. The collection of clothes is adequate in comparison with the accessories which is a total mess. I personally wouldn’t bother visiting that store again. Kifisia does way better.

The absolute best staff! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at this location. They are so kind and genuinely good people. I had a little issue with my bag & came to pick something up before heading back to Canada. The ladies listened to my concerns and followed company procedures to rectify the matter. They went above & beyond and made the experience truly the best. I absolutely love shopping at Zadig & Voltaire and these ladies are another reason why! Beautiful people and lovely experiences. Thank you so, so much.

The girl Katarina who works at the downtown Athens store is fantastic. She has shown excellent customer service and extreme politeness and amicable personality. I was there w/my 4 year old daughter Nika who needed to feel the fabric of every item of clothing (which some clerks can find annoying), but not Katarina. I came to buy Laureen Roma boots but was unsure of the sizing. Unfortunately, I couldn’t come to the store the next day so I had to buy the pair in Thessaloniki store. :( I so liked Katarina thus I need to write a review of the store and her. It is always nice to be served by professionals! Zadig’s HR department has made a good choice! Enjoy your shopping at ZV Athens downtown w/Katarina. :)

I visited this store because a friend of mine asked to buy a gift for her relative. The stuff is nice and accommodating, however I find the place largely overpriced.
