Always crowded but with very professional staff, doctors and nurses. I took my first Pfizer vax here and was surprised by the excellent coordination of the whole procedure and the efficiency of the medical staff. Nothing of the usual "greek" problems here. Congrats to the organizers !

Greek Social Security doctors. You use their services (by name) only if you have no alternative. Patients can meet doctors for 10 minutes and this includes the use of their slow computer system to issue prescriptions. Then you will get your prescription to local pharmacies and pay the drugs cost minus 75% of the cost of the cheapest generic on (or off) the market plus 1 euro per prescription.

This public health care center is good enough for being a goverment dependent organization. The doctors were thorough and they executed successfully their job of providing me with a covid19 pfizer vaccine. Everything ran smooth no complications. Also even though the building is old they have pretty advanced online system for registering your appointments with full array of flexibility available at your disposal even from your smartphone directly.

I was amazed how fast it went this time. Big minus for both lifts broken seen elderly lady who needed to walk up to the third floor.

Too many people waiting outside,when I asked for help with doctors inside there,they weren't patient,and when i ask on contact number,the one didn't even give me the telephone number,I have to call AMKA again to get number there.

Just I've been there this morning for my eye check-up ...opthalmologist! she explain to me everything in my prob.she's really a big help to me and even others Dr. that are assigned to me for the past month.they have a good service.👏⭐

The building is old, and probably missing a lot of equipment, but the people inside are very kind and excellent professionals

Tuesday 26/12/2023 around 19:15-19:30. I visited the health center after a phone call about our child's FEVER. When I arrived, the NURSE Politely took my history and data and in 10 minutes took me to the pediatrician. • 1st COMMENT OF THE PEDIATRICIAN looking at the screening sheet he was not impressed by the (+) RSV I mentioned but our home address "Well you from the Southern Suburbs who found us here? Who told you? You had to go to Pediatrics" and all that no clinical examination yet. and I ask please (WHY ARE HEALTH SCIENTISTS IN HEALTH CENTERS HIDING ???) • 2nd After a quick listening, he told us "He has PNEUMONIA ON THE RIGHT (!) go to the Children's, wait in line, he needs at least 5 days of hospitalization for intravenous administration" - it is understood that the child had tremors at the base of the LEFT and he did NOT NEED TO BE HOSPITATED!!!! √Nevertheless, we sincerely thank the pediatrician for his wrong assessment, as based on his words that I mentioned in the Children's triage, they took us immediately as I DON'T NEED TO GET A REFERRAL PAPER, THE PEDIATRICIAN TOLD ME - NOTE THE CHILDREN'S ENTIRE FOUR DAY HAD A 9 HOUR WAIT! Happy Holidays !

This was my vaccination center very polite treatment and pretty organised . Facilities are a bit run down but doctors ,personnel and nurses were very professional ! Ευχαριστώ

The working hours were till 20.00 but they stopped from 19.35

The receptionist is always helpful. It is a great place to get your first help from the health system in Greece. Do not forget to bring your IKA book and your ID.

In general, it's fine, okay. You get appointments on time and the doctors are kind. But Stamatopoulos, who is an orthopedic surgeon, is tragic as a doctor. He told me that I have a permanent issue and I went to another one and they told me that I have a simple catch.

Today, on 12/30/23, I went to the orthopedist K. Antonopoulos N. The doctor was a true professional and willing to advise me about my health problem. Well done!!!!

It is well kept for the public. Get a periodontist, but there is never an appointment, for one thing, our teeth will fall out

I got a number, immediate covit test and was seen by a GP right after. Very organized. He didn't have to wait, but even if he had, if there is organization, things move forward.

I have been visiting this since i was five years old. Now during vaccination program i visited the place again.Ok. it is a medical center. But the thing that needs to be underlined is the professionalism of everyone especially the nursing staff.

Just a shame. My husband and I went with a fever and chills after they took our history outside in the cold, then we waited outside all the time to go to the doctor. Then they told us to come in for an x-ray. We waited an hour in the cold, where after us they said we don't know when it will happen because my husband is busy with work with a fever of 38 and chills with the result that we have to leave. We are sorry

The endocrinologist Mrs. Kostantinou is the most awful person I have met in this office. He refuses to speak to people without an appointment, even about the simplest matters, even if he has no other patients. He sits and talks on the phone and does not serve people. She has the office of a doctor, but she is not at all moral and kind. I entered her office without an appointment and she shouted at me as if she saw the grace in front of her. She demanded I leave her office without hearing what I wanted to ask her. In the end she raised her hand over me, started pushing me and slammed the door shut in my face. I spoke to her in the most polite way and I did not understand why she behaved like that towards me, I did not go beyond the bounds of politeness, I had a low voice. He was mocking me and saying that my referral has not expired when it has already expired for a month, he wanted to make a fool out of me. From what I understand, many other patients had the same experience as this particular doctor. We demand the withdrawal of this one since it spoils the image of the clinic. On the contrary, the endocrinologist Mrs. Savva is so kind and good, I would recommend her much more than I would recommend that rude doctor.

1 star necessarily because I can't put any... The worst health center the nurses ironic and rude and there is a long wait. I've been here since 11:20 and now it's 12:40 and I still have to go in... (whereas inside you don't see people except doctors drinking coffee or fooling around on their cell phones...) A thousand times in private...

I love ika Alexandra for my kids pediatrician and eye doctor's. Emplyees very respectful.

The worst. They do your covid test in time dt. Then you wait 2 hours and you see the nursing staff sitting on a chair and looking at their mobile phones and every now and then they go out to take people's information and even more rarely call out names. a few minutes out how crowded it is. And of course I left without being seen by a doctor. All private.. from this mess, a thousand times..
