Buyer
beware.
I
just
bought
a
laptop
from
them
last
night
at
20:30.
This
morning
i
opened
box
and
followed
instructions...
plug
laptop
in
and
push
power
button.
Of
course
to
start
you
have
to
initiate
windows.
Specifically
says
not
to
unplug
while
installing
and
updating.
Did
that,
installed
the
office
i
bundled
with
it.
After
3
hours
plugged
in
I
saw
battery
indicator
said
fully
charged
and
i
unplugged
to
move
to
different
part
of
house.
Instant
black
screen.
Basically
the
battery
is
dead
on
arrival.
Brand
new
949
euro
machine
and
battery
never
seemed
to
work.
So
i
come
to
shop
18
hours
later.
(Less
than
1
day).
'Oh
sorry
but
you
have
wait
two
days
so
we
can
replace
the
battery'.
I
said
i
will
just
take
a
new
one.
(This
machine
is
clearly
broken
and
further
issues
may
be
hidden
i
dont
want
to
start
with
a
bad
machine).
'No
sorry...
you
initiated
windows
so
you
can
not
return
it'.
They
called
the
central
service
desk
and
they
insisted.
(Therefore
ALL
Plaisio
will
treat
you
this
way
if
you
are
dumb
enough
to
buy
from
them)
That
is
madness.
Impossible
to
see
the
hardware
flaw
unless
you
install
windows...
but
then
they
think
they
can
force
you
to
keep
the
broken
machine
because
windows
was
installed.
I
think
sometimes
a
company
has
to
suck
it
up
a
little
if
they
deliver
bad
equipment.
I
am
posting
this
to
warn
others
about
buying
from
them
and
also
to
give
Plaisio
a
chance
to
correct
this
serious
issue.
I
dont
believe
its
legal
in
Greece
to
refuse
to
exchange
a
broken
machine.
But
i
have
to
find
out
from
someone
that
knows
the
law
before
i
escalate
this
to
an
authority.
I
wont
change
this
review
until
i
get
treated
fairly.
Update...
Wish
I
could
assign
negative
stars.
Since
the
fiasco
a
year
ago
where
they
forced
me
to
simply
service
the
flawed
machine...
it
also
turns
out
that
it
is
impossible
for
windows
to
update
this
machine...
so
I
have
been
on
sort
of
a
permanent
high
bandwidth
auto-update
nightmare
that
always
fails
and
resets
to
previous.
With
o
way
to
shut
it
off.
My
attempt
to
contact
Plaisio
for
help
with
this
was,
as
usual,
useless
and
they
did
not
do
anything
about
it.
Nevertheless,
this
week
when
I
was
looking
for
an
extra
controller
for
my
xbox
I
checked
with
them
just
in
case
they
had
a
comparable
item
to
a
place
around
the
corner.
I
wanted
a
wired
controller
because
they
are
half
the
price
of
the
wireless.
They
did
not
have
this.
The
proposal
from
the
staff
was
to
buy
the
wired
version
(63
Euro)
and
buy
a
cord
for
it
(19
Euro).
This
would
be
so
stupid,
when
you
can
buy
a
wired
controller
online
or
50
meters
away
at
Public
for
only
29Euro.
I
guess
Greeks
solved
their
money
problems.
I
dont
have
that
sort
of
cash
to
waste.
I
remain
disappointed
with
this
store.
