I was pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant in Exarchia (Athens) serving food from Afghanistan. 😊 I really liked the outdoor seating area of the restaurant ... and some of the dishes I tasted were delicious. 😋 However, for somebody having enjoyed outstanding Afghanee home cooking (for a few years) I have to admit the rice dish with the lamb was disappointing! 🤔 The service is prompt and courteous and the prices very reasonable .... & .... it's a nice place to enjoy a meal with friends after a long walkabout in the Exarchia neighbourhood .... that is always a good idea! 👍😍👍😊👍

Very cute place , it's actually the first Afghan restaurant i've seen in Athens. We got rakomela (tsipouro/raki with honey and cinnamon), ouzo and a portion of fries and everything was excellent. We also got the chicken sandwich and the taste was very unique. Overall it's a very fun and friendly place and everything is extremely cheap.

Very good food. Falafel is great, but all the plates are good and genuine afghan food.

Server (maybe cook as well ?) was super effective, friendly, nice and spoke good english. I got meat ravioli and lamb in tomato sauce with rice and it was DELICIOUS. It was very cheap, i think i got a soda, an entree and a main for 13€ ! Everything was exceptionally good, simple in form (lamb in tomato stew and rice) and yet with subtle and complex flavours. Very generous portion size. Decoration is bohemian/alternative and gives the place a relaxed and youthful vibe.

Amazing authentic Afghani Halal food. Big portions and very tasty. Brilliant atmosphere and service(ask for Alex, brilliant guy). Super vibe after 10 pm.

went for lunch and we weren't very pleased with the food. Some of the stuff we ordered were from the day before and cold. It was indeed 1.20 pm and the place was just opening but still, they could recommend what they have fresh from the menu.

Amazingly delicious Afghan food. Easily top five restaurants I’ve been too. The vegetarian dumplings with youghurt sauce and the lamb rice were out excellent. Special shoutout to the staff as well!

The Afghan food on their menu is delicious - the other foods they serve are okay but nothing special. One thing the restaurant misses is the hospitality Afghanistan is famous for. This is the first Afghan restaurant I’ve visited in the world where the Afghan staff were quite emotionless (as opposed to the usual warm and welcoming vibe).

We ordered two dishes of Kabulipulos, they served bones in both dishes, hardly could find meat!!! I am going to give two stars because the rise was ok.
