The apartment was spacious, clean, aesthetically pleasing and we had everything we needed (and more!) Including breakfast snacks, extra blankets, toiletries, an ironing board etc. The apartments are very close to central Athens (hence the name) so we were only round the corner from the shops and restaurants etc. We were also able to store our luggage in a locker free of charge on our last day so we did not need to lug it around with us all day. Theo was very communicative, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Theo was a great host, he was easy to contact to set up the check in. Also, Sent us recommendations via whatapp. The flat is clean and has everything you might need. Very near to the touristic areas.

Don't expect a big room and you will not be disappointed. Theo was a good host and he arranged for a taxi both times and gave us the price up front. We had clean towels and some great tips on were to go etc. Not my first time in Athens but wanted to be closed to the center. It did not disappoint, we are close to everything. We can stay up late at night and walk back to the room. For the price we were very satisfied. Spent our money on food and Greek wine

An amazing place to stay in Athens, near by all ancients monuments and museums. Very kind owners and very helpful. Clean suites with all of the comforts. Even if it is in the centre of Monastiraki there is a calmness in the place because of the quite. Thank you Theo for the co - operation we had each other. This is the PERFECT Athens apartment!! We loved this place: very central location, super clean, and refurbished to a high standard. Lovely huge balcony, perfect for evening meals. Don't judge this property based on the exterior of the building... It's lovely inside. Great location for walking to Monastiraki and Plaka. The owner Theo was so helpful and friendly... We'll be back!

If you want to know Athens, you have to live in the center and Central Athens Studios is exactly in this place, great location just a few meters from the center, everywhere you can go on foot. The apartment is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything during our stay, I can warmly recommend it

Wonderful location, and our hostess made sure we were set for our stay! Compared to our other hotels, we had a little kitchenette with pots, plates, glasses, a refrigerator, coffee maker + so much more. We would absolutely stay here again, and we highly recommend choosing this studio!!

One of the best places to stay in the lovely athens city centre every thing was around us restaurants coffee shops 24/7 super markets and specially the acropolis is a few minutes walk from there The suite was very clean they offered us every thing we need on our stay like water tea and coffee bread and so and The hotel was very safe for us all

Very comfortable stay. Everything was perfect and great value for money. The location is fantastic. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and the long list of Google map recommendations he sent was invaluable.

We only stayed one night, but it was enough to understand the quality of the service, much closer to that of an expensive hotel than that of a studio. Very central apartment near Monastiraki square, kitchen with everything you need (but absolutely everything), large and well-stocked bathroom, large balcony. And over the phone they gave us: the possibility of entering the building and the apartment using codes, information on the main attractions and services nearby, the possibility of using lockers to keep our bags for the rest of the day, also with PINs numbers, all without even seeing them in person!

Really great place to stay! Near to Monastiraki square, and from there you can find all u want in the City. To be honestly we visit all the city by walk. One big plus also is provided by Anastasia, that assist us for all question! great great great!!!! TC

Great location (very central) and very nice room. Everything was very, very, very clean. Kitchen fully equipped. Coffee, honey and jam as well as cornflakes available. Air conditioning also worked well. We received suggestions for sights, restaurants, bars, etc. via WhatsApp. That was great. We felt very comfortable. The staff was also very nice. We were able to hand over our suitcases free of charge before check-in and our things for the refrigerator were also put cool right away.

Super gelegen, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Leider lagen im Zimmer und Bad noch viele Haare der Vorbewohner und wir hatten etliche Ameisen im Zimmer (5. Stock bei 4 Grad Außentemperatur…)

My favorite place I stayed in, in all of greece. Definitely reccomend if you want a place right close to acropolis and all the markets you could think of.
