We even send a message before hand to the hotel, to make sure it is the right room. Unfortunately the room we got was not the one we booked, but the room next to it. When we complained, the staff told us they cannot do anything about it, the other room is booked. Communication was very difficult with them. There is no reception, bad English, and not someone around as well. The only way talking to someone is through the restaurant next door. The room we got was very small and uncosy (which would be fine if we had the view we wanted) There is also no parking in this area (as mentioned in booking there is), but it’s at least 5 min walking away, and at least 10-12 Euro/day.

Very happy with our stay here! Lovely clean room, easy check in, good price. The location is INCREDIBLE! So easy to walk to the Acropolis. By the way the hotel is behind the green door, the restaurant to the left manages the rooms so if no one comes you can ask at the restaurant. Great place in an amazing location. The rooms are very clean, the mattresses are very comfortable, toiletries are provided and the decoration is lovely. It's located in the heart of Monastiraki, close to the Acropolis and other ancient sightseeing. The location is great, surrounded by many shops, restaurants and the metro is very close to the hotel. I stayed there with my son after an unfortunate situation at other place I had booked to stay. They managed to give us two amazing rooms. Mine was at the terrace and had a great view. My sons room was on the floor below, he was very happy with his room and I must say he is very picky. The owner and stuff are very polite and friendly. They did everything in their power to make us feel comfortable. They even booked us a taxi to take us to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning! The hotel is above an amazing restaurant with great food and live music that alters every day. We had a blast there! If you are looking for a nice, clean hotel in a great location this is it!!!
