We originally booked a transfer from Athens airport to our hotel in Vouliagmeni. Our flight was delayed, however, Alexis was easy to communicate with and patient with our travel delays. He picked us up right where he said he'd be with a big smile on his face and a friendly welcome. During our drive, he explained Athens history, pointed out landmarks and historical relevant points of interest and even stopped so we could get our first glimpse of the Acropolis. Alexis was such an amazing driver, we quickly booked another 5 transfers with him. He was always on time, always friendly and made us always feel like a part of his family. We can't wait to get back to Athens and spend some more time with him. I couldn't recommend him enough, definitely use this service! Especially if you want more than just someone driving you from point A to point B.

I highly recommend Mr. Alexis’s transportation service! We weren’t able to stay in Athens long, but Mr. Alexis made it a memorable trip. He was kind, accommodating, and humorous. You get more than just a taxi service. Along with transportation in a clean and spacious vehicle, you get a mini tour and history lesson. Our travel plans were very disheveled due to the airline cancellations, but Mr. Alexis was flexible and helped us get everywhere we needed to go. I cannot recommend his services and business enough! Alexis was great! We booked a ride from Piraeus to Sparti. The ride was comfortable and Alexis went above and beyond to make myself, my son and daughter feel at home. Although we just booked a transfer, Alexis included some history lessons, and we stopped and took pictures together along the way. We even stopped to get a bite to eat and were introduced to a local restaurant owner. we shared stories along the way in the whole experience was wonderful. I feel like I've made a friend. I sent my special request at around midnight and was very happy to receive a reply with a great offer within 20 minutes. Alexis waited patiently for me next morning and my luggage including my 43 inch TV did fit easily into the car. This was a big relief for me. While driving Alexis have me some interesting background information about Greek history. I also found out that we had kind of similar views on Covid and how to deal with such a difficult situation. Once we arrived at the destination he made sure that all my stuff is with me and that I am fine. He really cares about his customers. You rather feel like being treated like a friend. I can highly recommend Alexis and his Services.

It was a challenge for us to find the proper service since we had too many luggage and in need for 2 baby sits. The Athens Taxi Wagon team was the only one who could meet them. We used their services in 4 occasions the last summer. They were punctual, eager to help and our rides were safe and smooth. I highly recommend them and we will definitely use their services in the future.

I dare you to find a private ride, airport or port transfer, or other transportation service as good as this. I dare you! I booked Alexis for a 3am pickup to the airport, but when I woke up at 2am to get ready I had an email telling me my flight had been canceled and I had been rebooked for a flight 2h 45m later. Obviously I needed to change my pickup time, and called to do so right away. If I had been told he was booked at the later time and it was too late for a refund, I would've understood. If I had been told there would be an extra charge, I would've gladly paid it. Instead, Alexis told me on the way to the airport that he owed me a partial refund because the new pick-up time (5.30am instead of 3am) was cheaper since it was after 5am. I absolutely did not accept the refund and was absolutely astonished that he had even offered. On top of that, the car itself was spotless, super comfortable, fit our two large and two medium suitcases plus two carry-ons comfortably, Alexis was on time (actually he was there early, waiting in the car), and got us to the airport promptly and safely. He even looked up which check-in counters we needed to go to for our flight before we arrived so he could drop us off exactly there (at Athens Airport they list those on a screen). He is super polite and speaks impeccable English. Now, you tell me--why would anyone in their right mind even consider another taxi service? I saw the 5 star reviews on Google and now I understand them first-hand. Stop thinking about it already and book Alexis today before someone beats you to it! Best customer service experience ever in Greece, bar none.

Everything went very smooth and bus was exactly on agreed time waiting us. Driver was helpful and bus clean.

Would rate very high 10/10. We booked a station wagon because we are a family with young children and lots of luggage. The Mercedes station wagon was plenty big enough for us. The drivers were very professional and helpful. Was able to communicate very easily through email and WhatsApp with Alexis who was very accommodating. Had a delayed flight coming into Athina, Alexis was waiting nearby for us on arrival and made a real effort to welcome us to his country. He told us about his city and stopped at a nice viewpoint on the way in. We mentioned we were planning to get food and he took us to his local souvlaki place and ordered for us. It made for an awesome first experience in Greece. He then picked us up bang on time to take us to the port a few days later.
