About a year ago I made a tattoo removal session at this clinic and it left scars on my skin. The whole procedure was hard to bear for my skin as they used 2 lasers, first one was fractional. Months before that session I had done other 2 sessions at another clinic that uses the same laser, but without fractional function and I had absolutely no scars from there, and the healing was much faster. Tzouma clinic staff was nice and polite, but that doesn't compensate for the fact that I have to live with theese scars from now on. I haven't done any other laser session since then because I was hoping for the scars to fade away first, but that did not happen. I'm very dissapointed.

Probably overrated. Good work in advertising has brought in a lot of people. It doesn't differ much from a similar average center except for the fees.

I can’t find words to describe the experience that I had on both of my visits at Tzouma Clinic in Petralona. All of the girls are incredible and more than professional- from the reception to the doctors and aestheticians. They are all so happy to take care of you with their fullest attention. Besides leaving with a beautiful face after my facial cleaning (**VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED- THE BEST I’VE EVER HAD !!!) and a few other treatments the next day, I mostly left HAPPY with a huge smile on my face and so fulfilled with the experience that the girls created for me. I visited Mrs. Juma's clinic with enthusiasm and quite high expectations. The place is quite neat, spotlessly clean, warm, little to no waiting and with very friendly staff. The truth is that I have not been completely satisfied. I have spent a lot of money so far on products/treatments and my oiliness has not been regulated to a satisfactory degree. I feel that the dermatologist who saw me initially did not make a proper assessment, as the routine she suggested did not suit my skin at all. I would like to be recommended products from the ranges available at the two clinics. (emphasis on medical products and not on cosmetics as we are used to finding in pharmacies). Like, for example, the medik8 moisturizer recommended by the beautician who did my first cleansing! Regarding my two cleanses, the second one was not as successful as the first. I appreciate that they offered to see a dermatologist the very next day, but due to the holidays and the fact that I don't live in Athens, I couldn't make it. Although my confidence has been shaken a bit, I hope at my next appointment I can put 5 stars and come back with a very positive opinion! Update after my appointment. I believe there was better management in the routine/products they suggested to me this time. However, I cannot yet express an opinion on the result. Regarding the cleansing of my face, it was confirmed that the product of the last stage (regenerating cream) was different and since I explained that the cleansing I did did not have the desired effect (from the very next day my skin felt dirty, heavy and greasy like before) the dermatologist would inform Ms Juma and they would call me back to see what we can do. I understand that there is no one routine that fits all of us, nor that our skin will change with a visit to a specialist. But I don't accept doing the first cleaning and it being perfect and coming in time for the second one and leaving disappointed because you decided to put another regenerating cream on me. I feel that €120 for a botched cleaning was not appreciated at all.

It has been years that I have various therapies in Tzouma clinics and I am always satisfied and grateful. The ladies there are very classy, accommodating and professional. They helped me many times when my face passed through difficult phases. I had medical counsel of a dermatologist and she was exceptionally professional. I had laser treatments, peeling, facial cleaning, acne treatment and they were all amazing. The communication is always great as well and they always do their best to set my appointments as I have a difficult schedule due to work. Thank you and keep the good work.

I found myself at Ms. Juma's "zen" clinic in the Hilton area. I chose her after what I had heard about their work and professionalism. I left completely satisfied with everything: the place, the staff, the treatment, the explanations I received about the treatments. And days later, the results are so natural! it's me again, but better, rested and "naturally" improved.

Σήμερα έκανα καθαρισμό προσώπου,δερμοαποξεση και θεραπεία αποτρίχωσης με λέιζερ..για ακόμα μία φορά έχω να πω τα καλύτερα!! Από τίς κοπέλες στην υποδοχή μέχρι την κοπέλα που μου έκανε την θεραπεία όλα ήταν άρτια. Professional and beautiful space with great staff. They have been excellent for my Laser hair removal treatment. I had struggled for years with the classic methods and after only a few sessions, I was really happy with the outcome. I highly recommend this dermatologist!

Stay away from this clinic! Simple Botox done in December lasted less than two months. Re-examined it in Jan and tried to fix the difference in my eye caused by it. They had to repeat the whole process after sending photos with no lasting result start of Feb and they said on the phone later (not in person) that it will again last for two months! They did not even do it properly the second time. About my eye being more closed than the other, they showed me photoshopped photo of myself with deformed head to proof that was how I looked. Pure fraud. Also ‘Fillers collagen’ process for 600€ no result at all!!!

This is the 3rd time I visit this amazing clinic at Hilton area. I had possibly the best Cleansing Facial of my life and my skin was healthy and clear with no downtime. During my other visits I enjoyed the facials that the aestheticians recommended for me and honestly I can say that the level of professionalism, the space, the products, the ambience is beyond any comparison for Athens, and believe me I have visited a few clinics in my life so I can really compare…however this clinic is simply non-comparable. The ladies at reception are so welcoming and polite, you can tell that they really like what they do! I really think this is an experience that anyone who is serious about their skin, should enjoy! Forget about the typical skin clinics with a bed in a corner and a tv on the wall, this is professionalism and aesthetics at their best! I also shopped some amazing skincare products and I am now in love with my iS Clinical Vit C serum, and my Augustinus Bader Rich cream. Do try the Augustinus Bader method facial, it really changed my skin!
