We had placed (and pre-paid) order #68282 on Feb. 6 and all products had appeared as available. Today, almost 20 days later, there has been no updates on their side on the order status or the cause of this huge delay. After some unanswered emails and quite a struggle to reach them on the phone, the reply was that they were overwhelmed with orders and asking for patience. To make matters worse, the digital order status appeared as "shipment imminent" while the actual status reported was that the products were still unavailable. Although we had some positive experience shopping here in the past, we'll think twice from now on.

Availability of products was wrong on 3 out of 3 orders i placed online. After my 1st & 2nd order an employee called me and was very helpful/kind asking me to find alternate products on same price which somewhat fooled me into ordering again from them. So the fault is partially on me since i kept using it. At 3rd order i was annoyed and asked return of money on the items not available. Which never happened after 3 months of me trying to communicate and providing the info they asked. They claimed they didn't have an IBAN to make the return when i called them. Which was a lie since it was available on the 3 e-mails i sent them asking for the refund (but even if they didnt have the IBAN a decent company would communicate with the customer about it and not try to avoid returning the money). I sent the IBAN once again and they said i should expect the return after 10-15 days (lol i mean amazon returned my money on a refund within 2 days). Another month passed, i got no refund and no response from them. And now they will not even answer on phone.

absolutely horrible service. I place an order 1 week ago and no any information about when it will be delivered or so, I am calling 3 days long, nobody picks up the phone. 1 woman picked the phone, when she heard I am talking in English she dropped it. Facebook - no answer, email - no answer. Please tell me your magic secret, how which such ugly and unprofessional service you are still not bankrupt? I want really to know, because if I served my clients like this, I would get 0 orders.

I should recieve my order within 5-10 days, and after aprox 1month+ I got the information (after many calls) that they did't have the product.!! That is not professional service. I would not mind if I knew it from the beginning (or at least during the waiting period I called many times), I would have the option to wait or cancel.

Worst service ever. They never informed me about my order status nor responded my emails and hardly managed to get them on the phone. The product I ordered was out of stock but not mentioned on the site, I waited more than month to restock and then they told me they couldn't restock it. Of course I canceled my order and I would never even click on that shop again.

Helpful crew. Wide range of products. I have found everything I was looking for. Fair prices.

Worst service ever. If there was 0 zero starts I would put it. The order is delayed for weeks. I talked to them once and they told me the product is out stock (which they should have updated online). and thus I need to wait. After that, I can not reach them on the phone and they dont respond on the emails. However, they have charged me.

I have placed an order and after 2-3 days I was called to be informed that one of the items I ordered is out of stock (it was in stock in the website when i ordered it). I asked for a refund for this item and not a replacement with something else. Some days later the parcel arrived but 14 days later no refund was made.

Smooth transaction, fast delivery. The range of goods is very good and my kitten loves his new toys! *Update: I ordered on Black Friday and I haven't received my order as well as I cannot reach them on the phone (I've been trying for a week).
