1) They sold me a car with a dent in the fender, roughly repaired for new. I found this out by accident after 8 months. The person in charge at the paint shop admitted that this is done on many cars. They didn't even apologize. On the contrary, they told me that since I wanted to change the car, they should of course buy it for me €800 below the full market price. 2) I had paid cash for the car and it was delivered to me a month after the deal even though the car was at the dealership. 3) In general, they have public logic

Totally unacceptable! I've been driving the car for months with an electrical problem. Opel Corsa ΙΙΙ6506 five-year-old car that has been driven until now has a hole in the radiator – battery change (19,000 km) and a problem with the electrical/ After 5 months of taking the car because a light keeps coming on 3 times in total I was told to take the car and leave it as I did. The clerk called me and said he wanted to change the battery because that was the problem. After changing the battery, he called me and said he fixed the problem. He took the car in after an electrician supposedly checked it out and diagnosed the battery with burnt out interior lights - broken brake lights - disconnected wires in the trunk and sound from the parking sensor. I called to ask for an explanation the next day and was told to take it in for 2 hours for repair the next day mocking again 10/23. At this moment I called and they tell me that the car has to sit inside for days 12/19/23. they don't respect anything, not even the time that people spend to bring the car to and from the useless ones either. nor the money we spend on diagnoses of dubious origin. AWAY FROM OPEL AND FROM THIS WORKSHOP. PS The electronics are still broken after so many months

We went there at 2000 to pick up our car - the shop was supposed to close at 2100. Noone was there. The next day we call them to ask why and the guy on the phone very indifferently said, ah yeah we closed at 1900…
