Στα πλαίσια χοροεσπερίδας του Λυκείου στο μαγαζί σας σερβιρατε στον γιο μου και στους 5 φιλους του ( ολοι ανηλικοι 16 ετων) βοτκα.ερωτηση πρωτη .βασει του αρθου 4 περι αλκοολ σε ανηλικους,επρεπε να ζητησετε ταυτοτητες για επιβεβαιωση ηλικιας πριν σερβιρετε; ερωτηση δευτερη: μπορειτε να αρνηθειτε εισοδο σε ανηλικους;.εμεις σαν γονεις εμπιστευτηκαμε τον χωρο σας,και επιτρεψαμε στα παιδια μας να διασκεδασουνε,εχοντας στο μυαλο μας οτι εσεις σαν μαγαζι θα φερθειτε υπευθυνα προστατευοντας τα παιδια μας τηρωντας απλα τον νομο.σημειωτεον οτι τα παιδια δεν ξερανε καν τι ειναι η βοτκα.επειδη πρωτη τους φορα βγαινανε σε κλαμπ.τα παιδια αυτοσυγκρατηθηκανε και ολα επιστρεψανε οκ.μπορει ομως καποιοι αλλοι ανηλικοι να μεθυσουν και να τα πατησει καποιο αυτοκινητο.ευχαριστω αναμενοντας απαντηση σας.
