Proper guidance for learning Kickboxing.

This gym is the best. I started here as a total beginner and after two months of training, I feel like I’ve learned a lot. Elena and Dennis are amazing, hardworking teachers! They were kind enough to speak to me in English and gave great lessons. The atmosphere is really laid back and it’s very female friendly. Everyone at the gym is really nice too! If you want to learn how to box, this is definitely the place to go.
