I visited the medical centre last week for my annual follow-up exams and I was very impressed from the kindness and professionalism of the staff.All the girls in the reception are super nice and willing to guide you in any information you need ,I had an x-Ray done from Maria who was really sweet and explained me very kindly the procedure that follows and then I entered the cannulation room and I had my blood test done from Elena ,who was absolutely adorable .I do normally avoid needles in any case but Elena calmed me down and reassured me that I am not going to feel anything and will be quick ,which was the case as she managed to find a vein so quickly (I don’t have any veins and nurses struggle to find one )and took blood without me noticing anything !She was talking to me the whole procedure which took my mind away and relaxed me . Thank you so much for your kindness ,I will definitely visit the centre for more services as they have told me they do very good job on hair removal as well (Theodora her name, if I am not mistaken ,gave me a lot of information about it and I definitely want to use this up to date machines )You girls keep doing this amazing job and showing care and compassion for people!
