By far the worst hospital in this region. Your nurses are extremely rude and negligent, they'd rather spend time running their mouths by the nurses station than attend to the needs of the patients. The security personnel are not any better. In this day and age where most health care facilities are striving towards providing the best services to their patients, y'all are lacking. DO BETTER!

Wards are full of cockroaches, lack of enough running water in the washrooms and sinks. Paediatric Wards too are not cleaned up well. Mosquito nets are torn hence don't give any protection from mosquito bites

Very bad experience on two different on one I had to take away my son (4yrs) after the doctor who was attending to me took off when my son got convation. Second time I had to have my father discharged after staying in the facility for 3 days, the doctor in charge indicated no treatment was going to be done on him unless we brought in some one to be cleaning him, very disappointed, am trying to reach Dr. Malui just to let him know what's happening at is facility

The worst facility because the doctors are so rude. I even complained twice to the administration but no change. The hygiene nowadays is so poor. Long waiting hours for someone to wait to be served, they are busy with phones. The worst time to be served is at night, because you will find some sleeping. MCH clinic, the nurses are old, slow and rude. Twice i was being administered I being admitted there, only for cleaners, who wear green uniform, to administer to patients IV, just for the nurses to be busy with phones and stories......

I had a perfect experience at this hospital. All the nurses were very caring except one (she had a funny wig on).they were very quick to act when they realised that my unborn baby was getting weak. I stayed there for 4 days. generally I liked their services.
