This little gem of a hospital on Namanga Road is a welcome breathe of fresh air in the healthcare providers space! I was pleasantly surprised by the care and concern from everyone I can't into contact with - janitor, kitchen staff, pharmacy staff, doctors and nurses. Every one of them would ask me how I was doing if we happened to meet. The place is sparkling clean and does not have that typical hospital smell. Well equipped to perform both surgical and non-surgical procedures as they have a theatre. Specialist Doctors available for consultation. The Kitengela area is under-served in terms of healthcare facilities but Halisi Family Hospital is the place to go should you need professional yet caring healthcare service.

When you get into the hospital the first thing you notice is just how clean it is. Literally all the staff are friendly. The doctors take their time to explain the diagnosis. By the time I was leaving my person who was admitted, I was sure they would get the best care. Would highly recommend.

From the moment you walk into the hospital, you immediately feel some sort of relief as the staff readily takes on their duty to help you. The good service extends all the way from the guards, the cleaners, the cooks, the receptionists, the nurses and the doctors, basically, everyone. Their inpatient services makes your recovery process faster and easier.And if you're worried about food quality, then this is the hospital you are looking for. Sending appreciation to the entire halisi management for easing my recovery journey.

Clean, the hospital is sparkling and the queue actually moves faster than most hospitals, that's a first for a hospital you don't feel like you have waited for along time. All the staff from the security guard are very caring and ready to help. Everytime I walk in feeling bad, I walk out a totally different person. The doctors especially the specialist take time to explain the diagnosis, prescription and all. One time the lady at the scanning room prayed with me before the scan. So refreshing. They could however use a PA system to call out patients... Good job Halisi. Keep it up!

They have good facilities but their doctors don't seem to know what they are doing. Their communication is also very poor and feels more like a public hospital than a private clinic.

Slow, slow,!! They don't take anything serious, my daughter convulged and had a really high fever. it took them like 1 hour to measure her heartbeat and run blood test, instead of first stopping the fever. nts!😒 I'll never go back!

From the reception to seeing a medical practitioner is flawless,the hospital is sparkling clean you hardly feel like you are in a hospital..the staff are helpful and very polite..A hospital I would recommend

The hospital was good until a family member was admitted there and someone went through her belongings and stole 5300 Kenya shillings from their wallet. It is very sad that one would go there for treatment, and as their sick, someone takes the opportunity to steal from them. The hospital needs to ensure that their staff is morally upright. People cannot be seeking treatment na wanaibiwa under their noses. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!.

When I was there the service from guard, reception, triage, consultant and pharmacy was awesome, good customer experience is the way to in any institution.
