Finding this location is a bit of a challenge but the office staff here is the friendliest and most helpful of all locations. Mimi and Niasia were so helpful with providing directions and making me feel comfortable during my visit. Their energy brightened the office and their communication regarding my scheduling was top tier. Excellent location!

Sarah is very professional. She is all about the client. Her personality and demeanor is a vital component to the success and comfort of my healing. She definitely knows her job well! She’s awesome! I would highly recommend her!

Based on my doctors recommendation and the reviews and the fact that I’m usually in the area, I try to make an appointment with this location. I made an appointment for Monday but no one called to get my insurance information so I called back today and the lady that was answering the phone on Friday. February 2 between 9 AM and 930 was rude. And she knew she was rude, I could tell. I just don’t have the patience for bad customer service. Then When I gave her my information instead of just proceeding with the appointment, she tried to send me to another location that was closer to my home zip code. I already told her I know where they are located. I am going to make an appointment with another location.

I highly recommend Physio in midtown and especially Sarah Hickman my Physical Therapist. I’ve had neck and lower back issues for years, from early age athletic injuries and a car accident. It has gotten worse as I get older. After just 2 visits, Sarah has really helped me with specific exercises to overcome the pain, improve my mobility and strengthen my core. She’s also given me exercises to do at home or the each day that have helped me tremendously. The location is convenient and the atmosphere is very relaxed. I’m very optimistic that I’ll get back to tennis and pickleball soon. Tom

Finding the place was a challenge but I appreciate the free parking. The office staff is very friendly and my therapist is very kind and always smiling. Enjoy her helping me out for a full recovery. 😊

I did not like the way I was spoken to from College Park and then I spoke to someone name Beverly here I don’t feel as though she had a good customer service I feel as though she was very short with me when I was speaking to her I wasn’t offered enough options and with my condition I feel like the wait times in between appointments is way too long. I got stuck in traffic, and I can’t walk fast because of my condition, and they would not even give me a reasonable Grace. I would not recommend this place to anybody. I feel very uncomfortable.

Friendly, skilled experts in a convenient Midtown location with a great view. Every member of staff I have met has been very personable, helpful, knowledgeable, and calm. Dallas has been wonderful, adjusting and adapting exercises and treatment to get to the root of the cause of my condition and correct it, and he has given a ton of good recommendations, advice, explanations, and background info. (I honestly thought PT would hurt a lot more, too!) I find it easy to get to (from Va Hi) and park in the parking deck, check in and out is a breeze because Mimi is so extremely competent, (and she somehow magically and seamlessly takes care of insurance.) I don't know how these folks could make it any better.

The employees went above and beyond to ensure comfort to customers. Every thing he done he explained before doing it, he asked permission before he touched the areas that I was having therapy on. He was an awesome trainer to his student therapist. If you want professionalism with therapy, Physiotherapy is the best place

The Physio Midtown location is a very pleasant, relaxed place to be. Andrew Chetcuti is very knowledgeable and fun to work with. My shoulder injury has improved pretty dramatically.

I've had a great experience at Physiotherapy Associates! The receptionist, Emily, got me in for an appointment as early as possible. My PTs, Lauren and Dallas, have been so helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. I could not have had a more pleasant experience, which is uncommon for any kind of medical practice.

I love Physio and all of my therapists. Rachel and Dallas have helped me so much with my knees, hips, and pelvic dysfunction. They treat me like family! And my copay is only $5 each time (I have Kaiser Permanente insurance)
