Started with the new student trial a few weeks ago and as someone who had never done yoga, I was so nervous! But I have been LOVING my time at HY! The space is clean, welcoming, and relaxing. As someone completely new to yoga, the complimentary towels, mats, and blocks were great. I love that people of all skill levels practice together, without any feelings of judgement or self-consciousness. It really helps motivate me to focus on form/breathing, push a little harder, and try new things. My girl Megan is my absolute favorite instructor. She really encourages her students to go at their own pace, while still staying upbeat and motivating! She is also just really sweet and really goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is getting the most out of their practice.

AMAZING studio and business! I've been regularly attending classes at Highland Yoga for a couple of years now, but love that this location is so much closer to my home and work (4 mins from the office)! I can't say enough good things about Highland -- the instructors, workshops, and community are top-notch. Be sure to visit all of their locations to find a favorite! :)

This is a studio for people with time as a luxury - doors close 4 min after scheduled time?! Not even 5 minutes, which is what I needed after maps navigated me all through the parking lot before I back tracked and found it on my own. Really frustrating experience and waste of money (tried through class pass and was charged no show fee even tho I was actually there and ready) , just 5 min late.

I've been going to Highland Yoga since 2019 after trying the new student $30 unlimited package. It's my favorite studio for the consistently challenging yet energizing and inspiring hot yoga classes. All the teachers do slightly different flows, but I can always count on a fun workout and great music. Prices are fair and booking/canceling if needed are very easy. I recently moved to the Westside and was so happy to see there was a HY here, and the location is fantastic! The studio is huge, so there's no need to worry about feeling cramped. Yoga mats, blocks, and towels are complimentary as always. There's also ample free parking. Can't wait to become a regular here!

New year, new me right? I signed up for the new student special which is $30 for a month unlimited which is a great deal! They have small towels, blocks, mats and straps available to use if you don't have your own. I like the flexibility of their scheduling, you can easily schedule at any location on their site. I haven't had any issues scheduling classes or canceling them when needed. I also like that they mop between classes. I'm not sure if this is due to COVID or not, but it's a nice touch. I've never actually seen a studio mop between classes before - but it makes sense when bare feet are all over the floor. Let's talk COVID. You are required to be vaccinated and wear your mask around the studio (but not during class).

I picked up groceries at the Collier Rd Publix and made a mental note to check out the new tenant in the studio down below. Last Saturday (6/26) I attended Caron’s practice and it was brilliant! Challenging and fulfilling - it left me feeling spent and completely energized at the same time.

I'm a newbie and love this studio! My favorite instructors are Caron and Betsy, they set such a vibe and make class easy to follow. They both model the moves often as they go so you can flow easily.

I love taking classes with Megan at the westside studio. Her playlist feature fun, uplifting music!
