BEWARE. You will not see your money back if you cancel a reservation with this company on Airbnb. They will disappear and not answer your calls or emails. WestHome is run by unprofessional, petty, and indecent people. Ask for their "contract" in advance and catch all the hidden fees & 3rd party "checks" they require once you give them your personal info. An investigation is still ongoing with Airbnb - book a stay elsewhere & save yourself a headache!

If it were possible to give negative star ratings, I would do so. WEST HOME IS A DESPICABLE HOST. We reserved a booking at the North Druid Hills location, as our home is under renovation and we can't be in our house. We booked with West Home and received written confirmation that we could extend our booking with 24 hours notice, as we did not know how long our home renovations would take. West Home absolutely did not honor their written promise. They did not block out the property, or contact us about extending our booking. They just booked the property for another guest and booted us out. West Home is an ethically and morally contemptible money grubbing company. They hide their corporate address, location, and contact number because they know they are despicable hosts. They do not care about their guests in the slightest. If you want to book a stay, find another host besides West Home. Avoid them and don't give them your hard earned money. There are other property managers who are ethical with their customers. West Home is a despicable host.

I would not recommend using West Home property management for your rentals. We stayed at their North Druid Hills location and had a horrible experience. The apartment itself is not nice - it is dirty (previous renters hair, popcorn crumbs all over the rugs). You can hear everything from the upstairs neighbors- so we haven’t slept for days. Listen to the video with sound on and ask yourself if you want that. On top of that the company didn’t provide move in instructions until I asked them 3 times (12 hours before move in). They only provided 1 card key for access which has frustrated and limited our ability to leave the property. When moving in, they did not provide a gate code so I had to call them to request it. Oh. And the TV takes 20 minutes to find its HDMI connection. Every single time you turn it on. See photo.

WestHome Sublets this dirty 3008 appartment at $1100 per week. While renting the property at $2500 per month. The door locks and gate codes are all via the LATCH app on your phone and I need to ask for those codes every week to every other week. We get letter noticfications from the complex that the monthly rent is due which is confusing since we're paying so much and such a letter should be sent to the correct recipitents. My family and I purchased items like towels, blankets and items that should've been supplied in a furnished arrangment. Obtaining Mailing and Delieveris (ie Amazon/UPS/Fedex) are a nightmare. Positive direct communication does not exist with Westhome. Good luck going through the property complex as that's the usual route to get anything done.

Book at your own risk! The amount of water bugs we saw during our stay is enough to never book again. Bad enough we checked in and the apartment had not been cleaned since the previous stay so we had to move to another unit until the next day, there were SO MANY WATER BUGS!! OMG SOOO disgusting! They were on the counters, coming out from the closets and under the dishwasher, I was completely grossed out I told my boyfriend to just cancel the booking. They don’t even have fitted sheets on the beds. The neighbors are loud, constant arguing next door, stomping around upstairs. They need to reconsider having this place open for people, this is not their industry. Would not recommend

West Home was absolutely amazing! Rooms are super clean and well put together. Staff was so kind and helpful too! Highly recommend staying with West Home - I’d 100% do it again!!!

I would not recommend West Home to anyone, I’ve never experienced any problems when booking any stays but this stay was by far the WORST experience i’ve ever experienced. Do not stay here if you do not want your money taken out your account. I also had to buy batteries for THEIR tv remote. The A/C unit did not work. I gave them a list of names required before booking. There were not enough towels for my guest. There weren’t any dish detergent to wash dishes. The parking is terrible, if you do not want your car hit do not stay here. Communication was terrible avoided all the issues stated via messages. I will NEVER stay with west home again.

Staying with West Home was a great decision! They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect place. I stayed with them for about 2 months. No regrets at all! The apartment was very clean and stocked with all the necessary appliances I would need to cook with. They were quick to respond and help with anything I needed. Thank you West Home
