Had an appointment but didn’t attend. Called and was treated like I was wasting the staff’s time by asking questions. Also, why the F are so many people leaving reviews for tours. That is NOT how that works. Immediate red flag. Hard pass. You should too.

I had a great tour with Clay. He was extremely energetic and informative about what to expect from the property. He not only showed me units that I requested to see, but after chatting with me, he showed me units that he thought could also fit my needs. He also showed me the many amenities that the property offers. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the entire property as well.

For the prices paid for rent, you'd expect your accommodation to be peaceful; unfortunately my one year stay here was anything BUT that. During the summer/warmer months the entire building including apartments are riddled with fruit flies, whenever the trash compactor breaks down it can cause this issue as well. It's quite annoying. There are many questionable characters in the building which also is a contributing factor in the crime. During my year-long stay, there were approximately 2-3 shootings, two of which resulted in fatalities. Witnessing the yellow tape being drawn and emergency medical personnel attempting to revive someone was a horrifying experience.Despite regular security patrols, it's unclear how effective they were in preventing incidents. My last straw was our neighbors CONSTANTLY smoking marijuana in which caused my entire apartment to wreak of marijauna. It was horrid. I reported this to management over 3-4x, in which they responded by distributing a letter to all of us on the floor; however, no further action was taken. In the end, I decided to just terminate my lease, living here was not worth the headache nor my safety. Please choose wisely when you choose to live here. It has its advantages such as proximity to the mall, SAVI Provisions, and the beautiful Marie Sims Park. However, the disadvantages of living here outweighed the advantages. Would not recommend.

I had a remarkable tour yesterday with Clay. I came to the property expecting to see one unit, but he was patient and provided multiple options for me to choose. He was pleasant, and helpful; he provided a full tour of amenities. I am happy to have found leasing staff that are interested in making sure that I will soon feel welcomed and at home, I am looking forward to moving here.

When you go to AMLI Lenox please ask for Matthew. Im sure there are other great consultants but he goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. He answered every question, he is very detailed and up front, and he is very knowledgeable of the information he is providing. It’s hard to find nice people in Atlanta because most are rude but he is so nice and professional.

I have been living here for about 3 weeks now, so far the experience is amazing. They have worked on their security a lot, feel quite safe inside (multiple FOB entries, even in the parking lots, and guards are always on vigil). Everyone in the leasing office is really nice to interact with, super helpful. Mila always goes out of the way to help me out, and I really value that. Maintenance staff is quite prompt too. They have a new manager now, and she seems to be on top of things. Will update my review if anything changes
