Amazing place for people without pets. AMLI Arts Center is an impressive apartment complex. Superb apartments, top-notch security (even though there have been some incidences, but it's Midtown so that's expected), and very responsive maintenance services. It's located very close to the freeway and just a walk away from Midtown, making it a perfect spot to live at. However, the dog park's cleanliness issue casts a shadow on an otherwise excellent experience, particularly for pet owners. Unfortunately, the dog park's upkeep is abysmal. There is poop everywhere most of the times. I have sent emails and used the feedback form, but nothing came of it. Some pet owners neglect to clean up after their dogs, resulting in an unsightly mess, especially on weekends. Breaks my heart to see the maintenance guy pick up the leftover poop every morning. This should not be his job. For individuals without pets, AMLI Arts Center is a fantastic living option. However, pet owners, be aware of the dog park's issue.

Current tenant: Do not let the dazzling charm or persuasiveness fool you into thinking that AMLI Arts Center is a great place to live. It is NOT. 4 months of living here, I was racially profiled and informed that I had 2 dogs urinate on the higher floors. The assistant property manager named Yessica, sent me a picture of a black woman wearing a black hoodie who had her 2 dogs in the footage. I informed her that I only have 1 dog and that the 2 dogs were not mine at all. She went on to negate what I informed her and said it was me and it was NOT. I sent in my dog's information with a picture and told her that I did not have hair at all and that she profiled me and she did NOT apologize for her mistake. She still sees me on the elevator and has YET to apologize. Additionally, the dog park is a maze at night and you have to walk around loads of dog feces just to find a clean area. If there are cameras at the park, why not use them to monitor those who are not picking up their animals feces? Unfortunately, that resulted in me getting feces on my face after my dog stepped into another dog's feces and when he jumped to give me a positive greeting his paw had the feces on it and it got in my face is where I noticed he had stepped in another dog's feces. The cameras need to be used for good intentions. AMLI Arts Center uses them to maliciously watch tenants and falsely accuse them of not following the guidelines of the property, but are seriously failing at using them for the betterment of the community. I highly recommend anyone lease at the other AMLI locations, NOT THIS ONE.

This community is absolutely beautiful! I was out looking for new properties one day and came across a jewel. The management staff was super helpful and knowledgeable of the property. I love the amenities that are available to the residents. The location is exactly what I need for my lifestyle. I would definitely recommend this place to become your new home.

It has been a very interesting move for me. I'll be 55 in a month and I retired a few years ago, but I have been craving a move to a new town, and Atlanta was the choice! I have not lived in an apartment in over 20 years, so, I wanted a place that was not only beautiful, I also NEEDED a space with LARGE enough closets!! That was the one NON-NEGOTIABLE point! My leasing expert, Recquel did EVERYTHING to make me feel comfortable, she even helped counsel me about my decision to sell my home in Texas and leave my adult children, which was REALLY hard... but she had my back! So, far, I have had no major complaints about the space. I simply have to get used to my new situation and my new life, and AMLI Arts Center is helping me do just that! So, thank you!

Love Love this community I am in the process of looking for a new apartment home. . I have not decided yet but AMLI Art Center is at the top of my list. The staff is so knowledgeable,friendly and very professional. The amenities are so very nice and I really love the location too.I definitely will be making a decision soon.

The front desk staff is great, but management is running a parking SCAM! It's worth knowing about before moving because the community seems determined to charge as much as possible. I'm a resident and was charged $400 for parking in the FREE guest parking on the first floor. Management told me I could park there with a sticker on my car, and I did so for months without any warnings. I assumed it was okay since it's FREE for guests, I'm a paying resident, and I have the required sticker. They charged me $400 without reason or warning, which is a total scam. When I contacted management, they were uncooperative. Expect random charges while living here. Even friends who registered for parking received numerous tickets.

I have to say that my experience as new resident at Amli Arts Center has been just perfect. From the application process Keyaira Saunders was doing an amazing job by trying to find the best way to have the best experience. Today I've been for about 2 weeks and I'm happy with the community and with the amazing staff, everyones are just good people.

Yessica was absolutely amazing in the leasing process. I was not able to go in person, but Yessica took picture, videos, gave me information about natural lighting and view and truly went above and beyond to help me secure a unit. I'm very excited to be moving into this community knowing the leasing office takes such good care of the residents and applicants.

If you are wondering if you should, the answer is yes, a million times! I came across the Art Center at a time when I was truly seeking to move and Yessica from the leasing office made this experience and process a beautiful one. Her and her team were so welcoming, even the concierge and the current tenants made me feel welcomed and the community is incredibly lovely. She showed me around the AMLI Art Center and I fell in love with the influences of art, their modern interior and community while simultaneously finding my dream apartment/home. She expressed to me what was needed, all of the requirements and just in a few days, I received a welcome letter. I never felt so at home, they truly make you feel like family. Beautiful establishment, heartwarming team, beautiful home. I hit the lottery with this one and I am forever grateful. Yessica, thank you!!!

I just renewed at AMLI Arts Center and it’s probably the nicest apartment building I’ve lived in. The concierge desk staff, office management, maintenance, and leasing team all work hard to make this place run smoothly. Shout out to Kristen and Keyaira for always being so helpful and professional!

The staff at Amli ArtCenter are exceptional. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kristin and Yessica directly and on every occasion they have been a dream to work with. I recently worked with Yessica on my transfer, in Oct 2023, and the process could not have gone any smoother. Her knowledge of my needs and the current/future listing made the entire transfer seamless. This is what makes Amli ArtCenter a residents first choice for luxury living in Midtown Atlanta. Graelea is the absolute BEST!!! Customer service was a 10/10! I have been having the worst luck looking for apartments in Atlanta & have had the worst touring experiences. I was ready to give up until I came to AMLI Art Center & was met by their leasing agent, Graelea. She broke down the entire process to me, showed me as many units as I desired, & answered any questions that I had, in a timely manner. She went above and beyond to save the day & I am super thankful! I cant wait to move into my new apartment!!!

Loved this community! Maintenance team was the absolute best and serviced my apartment immediately each request. The janitorial team work 24/7 and the living space is always super clean. Dope community with tons of events for the residents. One of the best living experiences I’ve had and of course it’s central to midtown so I had a blast at all the amenities in the neighborhood.
