This place looks good only on the outside. I promise it's really frustrating dealing daily with the issues that constantly overwhelms residents. We have a big issue with the service provided by the administration and the way they don’t solve the problems that the building is going through. Trash, security, animal waste, lost packages, billing and so many other things. I’ll attach some pictures so you can have an idea of what is like to live here. I wish I could upload some videos but is not allowed. Maybe do a google search of this place before you sign anything.

The edge seems like a great place to live so far. I had an awesome tour with Tori and she answered all of my annoying questions even after I left. I moved into my B1 floor plan on January 3rd, the process was quick and easy. The floor plan is perfect for just one but definitely has good comprises for a roommate set up. The bathrooms and closets are huge, which is perfect for someone with as much hair and clothes as me. They have great amenities, a pretty pool (can't wait to use), GREAT GYM with everything you need, a dog parlor, clean grounds and halls (I was nervous about moving into an apartment building because I didn't have good experiences with neighbors and cleanliness in the past) and really nice agents in the office. A few weeks after I moved in a ton of cars were quickly broken into here and 2 or 3 places close by. Luckily my truck was a part of the heist. After everyone settled down, I asked my neighbors about it, they said management team TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING, all they had to do was submit paperwork to be compensated. So I find it a little funny so many people decided to get on their soap box and complain as if it wasn't taken care of or we were the only ones that got hit, like it was management's fault. I had been looking at apartments for a while and Edge had nothing but great reviews before I moved in and it's sad to see people can be so petty. If in the future I feel they don't deserve as many stars, I will change my review. I'll also add pictures of my actual apartment after I get things exactly how I want it.

It is with great reluctance that I find myself compelled to leave this one-star review. In many respects, the management team at this apartment complex has been doing commendable work, demonstrating effective communication, meticulous upkeep of the facilities, and organizing engaging community events. However, a deeply concerning incident occurred today that compelled me to voice my concerns publicly. As a resident, my topmost priority is my personal security, which I believe was critically compromised. The team was conducting their annual fire inspection today, and it appears that my apartment was included in this exercise. Upon completion, however, they left the keys to my apartment inserted in the door, a glaring oversight that left my home vulnerable for almost eight hours, from 10 AM which they announced to perform the inspection until I saw their key inserted to my door at 6 pm today. It is deeply unsettling to think my home was left unlocked with the key inserted into the door for the entirety of the day. What is even more troubling is that the management team was oblivious to the error and unaware that a resident's key was missing. I must express my profound disappointment at this lax attitude towards residents' security. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to re-evaluate their procedures and rectify their shortcomings. The safety of residents should never be taken lightly.

Pool is tiny, and packages always get lost, we’ve had about 5 parcels lost that we’ve ordered being here. Plus we’ve lost important parcels without us knowing. Every single apartment I’ve been in, my packages always got there safely without any trouble. Trash chute is always overflowing in the corridor and random things are put outside of it, and leaking debris from trash. But maintenance are good and the people that work there have been really rude…

Was interested in leasing and even signed up to the tour the property. I initially was given two days and a time frame, I asked if they had anything earlier to tour which a Morgan responded with “There is no availability.”. But she didn’t tell me if there were not any UNITS or touring slots. I followed up for clarification as my move in date is very flexible when she responded with a link (that i’ve already visited multiple times) for unit availability and a response of “Thanks for letting me know.” Never even answered my questions which is rude and unprofessional.

Working with Michal was a fantastic experience! From the moment I expressed interest in the apartment, she went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed. Michal was not only highly professional but also incredibly personable, making the apartment viewing a breeze.

Apartment looks awesome. I toured with Rhonda and she was so knowledgeable about the entire community. She easily answered my questions and was always able to give me more info. Michal down at the leasing office has also been amazing with the random questions I have when I pop in. Kurtis was also amazing help, he responded immediately to a maintenance request that I had and was able to fix the issue within a day. Additional notes for future residents: Guest policy seems to have changed recently. I was told while touring we could let guests in but that's changed recently which is a shame cause it was one of the first things I'd ask places when touring. Your friends will have to pay now I believe or park somewhere else. A train runs nearby, if you've got a building facing that definitely expect some noise. I've had no issues with it. The bright side is that the sun rises on that side too so heating bills are low. I haven't experienced summer yet. The apartment complex has access to loading docks which you can reserve. Very useful for moving in big items.

We took a tour of Edge and the leasing agent Michal was great. She was super helpful and answered all of our questions about the property. If you want to have easy access to the Beltline and plenty of restaurants, Edge is definitely worth checking out.

I've toured this place twice now with Michal and Rhonda. Once last year and once just recently. Both of these ladies are absolutely top notch! They have great energy and are very knowledgeable about the property. I'm still making a decision on where I'll live. But if I do choose Edge, it will undoubtedly be because of Michal and Rhonda.

My experience over the last 18 months has been really amazing. The thing that separates EDGE from all of the other apartments is the security and maintenance. The security does such a good job that people that work at the bars around the beltline come through our parking deck because they know that somebody’s always looking out. I never see cars broken into. Our deck always seems super secure. A maintenance team is always on it, keeping the carpets clean in an animal friendly building and they’re very responsive when you ask for something to be fixed.

Worst experience and management team. They snuck in overcharges after taking over the building, and then would battle residents before acknowledging they were overcharging. I know several people who had a similar experience once the new management took over the building. Careful with this place!
