Update | I came back to this restaurant and found out that they discontinued the corn and other good sides. I was sooo disappointment because the corn was soo good. We came back to experience the rooftop and it left a bit disappointed. They gave us the end of the rib slab this time and it did not taste good. It was just fat. Everything was just okay. Not in a hurry to return. --- We were looking for food after attending the rum punch brunch next door to this restaurant on a Sunday. We were not sure what to expect, however we found one of our new spots! The kitchen was open until 11 and the food was scrumptious and did not take long. The corn was sooo tasty and is the best I've had since moving to the city. We definitely want to experience the rooftop and can't wait to visit again.

After seeing their Turkey Burger on TV, I was very excited about making the 45 min drive from Loganville to the city. I couldn’t call the order in, so I had to place the order online. Now I know why. They charge you for items that would normally be free if you ordered inside, which I didn’t know until after the fact. The menu clearly states the the Turkey burger is topped with lettuce, tomato, red onions & pickles for $14. I was charged an additional $.50 for each topping bring my Turkey burger total to $16. I didn’t realize it until after I left, but I did call to get clarification. The manager stated she was new & didn’t know but the server explained that if I place the order inside, there wouldn’t have been a charge. That should’ve been stated for online orders like they state that there is an automatic 20% gratuity added to all orders placed in the restaurant. For online orders there is a 10% service charge, which is actually gratuity. I don’t have a problem with gratuity, but if the service is subpar & your adding additional charges for items that you normally don’t charge for, then I should have a say in how much gratuity you’re getting. There getting over & I definitely don’t want to patronize this business. I was charged extra for bbq sauce but yet they gave it out freely to the customer at the bar. Now getting to the food. The one item I wasn’t charged for on my burger, mayo, they left it off the burger. When asked about it, I got mayo packets. Needless to say, the burger was seasoned good, but overall it was just OK. If your automatically adding gratuity, then they should be making sure your order is correct. I spent $80 on my order (I got pulled chicken & Turkey ribs) & nothing was checked. I checked it & of course they forgot the extra side of mac n cheese, which I wish I didn’t get. It was dry & it definitely didn’t taste like it was made today. Corn bread was good & moist, collards were good, but they’re very stingy with the bbq sauce for the turkey ribs & pulled chicken. This wasn’t a pleasant experience & I can definitely say that I won’t be returning.

The venue was clean and empty. Staff nice. We had a group of sixteen. We arrived at 1:15 and Happy hour was at 2:00. I tried to order tap water but they don’t have that option only bottled water. A sweet tea does not actually come in a standard cup but smaller or shorter cup which I captured in the picture. Golly it’s sweet tea. The fish bites were very salty, Mac n cheese was ok and the vegetables was good. The concept of fish bites that has bones was a terrible choice. My other associates said the food was ok but doesn’t care to return. The parking only has 6 spaces 🤦🏽‍♀️. The food came quickly it seems as soon as your order is placed it goes to the kitchen. Our drinks came after our food. I feel they nickel and dime you. $3 for a sweet tea and you get half the average size and pay for any water you want from here. First and last visit.

First time here, found out after leaving the GA aquarium and so glad we did!! Delicious food and the two barbecue sauces they had were so good! Atmosphere is kinda bar like with music and sports on TV but we had the family and it was fine sitting downstairs. If you wanna sit upstairs it's 21 and up. Food came out quickly. We had chicken wings, turkey leg, chopped barbecue, pork ribs, fried shrimp and catfish with fries, Mac n cheese, baked beans and ceaser salad, 4 waters...$110. Shout out Duke our waiter who was great!! You would miss it if you weren't looking for it and it's payed parking or street parking, so keep yours eyes open. I will definitely come back when I'm in town!

Great Happy hour drinks !!!! The food was hitting !!!! The ribs were good but the smoked wings were banging . The mac and cheese surprisingly really good cause it’s hard to find a place with good Mac and cheese but they definitely got a 10 on the Mac and cheese. Cornbread was nice and soft and good and not hard . The greens 🥬 had so much flavor in it . Definitely check them out !!!

I just ordered from here, November 20th, 2023, via Uber Eats. I ordered a pulled BBQ sandwich fries and baked beans with a brownie. I get my food, and there's no brownie, and my pulled pork sandwich is just two pieces of toasted bread. Who sends an order out without verifying that everything that the customer ordered was there. I've ordered here before, and the food was good, but I am so done with local restaurants' inability to be consistent with their service. I want the same quality of food and service each time, not haphazardly.

I kind of wanted to Gate Keep but this place deserves a mention! Food was good, well proportioned, and all sides are vegetarian! Shout out to my folks who likes collard greens without meat in them! This is our place. Happy hour ends at 8p.m. parking may be a little tight but side street parking is available. Enjoy 😉

The food here is A-1!! Everything is well-seasoned and delicious. I had the oysters and the grilled shrimp with corn and collard greens. I have no complaints about any of it. I was also able to try the fried fish and macaroni and cheese, and it was really good as well. The only hiccup was not knowing that we should have gone at a different time. It was a date night and we were looking for good food and a romantic vibe...well, there was no romance, but the food was good. It’s on the same block with other night clubs, and has its own club vibe on the roof. We were shocked to have our personal belongings checked and my husband’s pockets emptied before we were permitted to walk in. I get it. Those are safety measures for the party-goers on the roof. However, we weren’t one of them. Perhaps we should go earlier in the day to avoid the “club bouncer” treatment we received to dine there, but we would definitely return for the good food and the friendly service from the wait staff.

Here’s the $18 smoked beef brisket and $5 French fries which are made from a frozen packet. This is the most disgusting food I have ever seen. The place itself is in the most awful location I’ve ever seen too. Please avoid this place AT ALL COSTS.

My new favorite casual bbq spot! I love the outdoor/indoor bar atmosphere! The music and service are always a vibe when I come. And the food is bussin!!! For those of you don’t know what bussin means, it is delicious! Very flavorful and huge portions for all of my eaters out there.

Long wait for food and it was cold, can smoke hookah ($40) and drink on rooftop with music (nice vibe). Small area, must seat yourself (stand around until others get up) then wave a server down. Dry rub wings are good, server & hookah girl had great service. Gratuity added to all parties.

I ventured upon this place and decided to give it a try. I visited the restaurant after lunch time around 2pm and there was no wait. We were greeted upon entry by the waitress. It’s a small restaurant but gives you super chill vibes and provides a sense of comfort. The bartender was my server and he was super nice and checked on us multiple times throughout my dining experience. I got the BBQ chips and added shrimp to them. They were good and the shrimp was even better, as it was seasoned just right, juicy, and plump. My only recommendation would be to add more queso cheese to the chips. I also ordered a Caesar salad with blackened catfish. The salad was a nice size and had enough parmesan cheese and dressing on it. The catfish was light and moist, side note the shrimp taste much better. I would definitely come here again to check out some more items on the menu. Service was good, food was good! Only semi issue would be parking may be hard to find, if you visit during busier times other than that no complaints at all!

One of my favorite places in Atlanta to eat. I’m not sure how I just learned about this place two years ago but TDH has great music and even better food. Not to mention $5 happy hour drinks from 12-8 Mon-Fri. #oneofmyfaves. Follow my food page for more reviews @theboogiefoodie

We sat upstairs.... our table was a bit far the way the booths are set up. My brisket was good but everything else we all agreed was subpar my friends did fried and grilled shrimp. The macaroni was mush, the greens were just that, and the drinks weren't strong(went for happy hour) they do add gratuity.

I like how there's two different parts of this restaurant. The downstairs is chill & R&B music, the upstairs is more club like banger music where you smoke hookah. Also servers could've been better, when we first got in they took a lil longer to get to us. The food temperature could've also been better. I feel like it wasnt hot as it could've been.

The food was pretty good and the Hennessy cocktail was really good. After having two and another drink I was tipsy. I ordered half a dozen dry rubbed wings and they were amazing. Some of the best wings I have had since living in this area for around five years. They remind you of what you had growing up. They're the perfect size and not undercooked. I also enjoyed the collards. The Mac and cheese was good after a drink and a half. I will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful experience at this TDH location! It was Super Bowl Sunday and the staff was festive and super nice. I ordered the fried catfish, mac and cheese, collard greens, a strawberry margarita and a watermelon/mighty freeze hookah. The food came out relatively quick. The catfish was large, seasoned well and had a perfect crisp. My server brought out condiments promptly. The greens were soooooo good! I didn't necessarily care for the mac and cheese, but it was seasoned very well. I just prefer a creamier Mac and cheese with more of a cheese pull. This is more personal preference than anything because it was still a good mac. The hookah girl was very nice and attentive. I didn't have to track her down for a refill or new coals. She kept coming over to make sure that my hookah was OK and that I didn't need a refill on coal. The bartender was also a really nice guy. The only negative comment that I have is that there is no parking. You have to find free street parking or park in the lot across the street, which is $20. Just don't park on the street in the front. It's a bike lane and APD will promptly give you a ticket or have your car towed if it sits too long. Nonetheless, great experience. I would definitely go back.

The food was amazingly delicious. The batter on the shrimp was light and flavorful, the drinks were delicious and the waitress was super friendly. They have a teeny tiny parking lot on the side of the building.

So.. I wish I could give this 5 stars because I actually love the food and drinks here. I only have 2 issues. 1) They have a great happy hour options - BUT NOT ON FRIDAYS!! ..How do you not offer Happy Hour on Fridays?? … That was a big miss for me. 2) I love coming here and sitting at the rooftop at the bar but I don’t like the fact that 20% gratuity is already tacked on. … 👎🏿. So overall I’m conflicted.. food is good, service is friendly but those two things really bother me. Check this place out.

Pulled pork is gross. Oily and salty. Full of sauce and mushy. The beans was mostly juice. This meal was awful. The tea wasn’t brewed it was flavored and nasty. Cornbread was cold. I don’t have anything good to say. I won’t be back.

Good food. Pretty fast service! Beware of the parking pirates... They try to get you to pay $20 even though you are parking on the street... LAME!

Cool spot near downtown Atlanta. Good barbecue and generous portions. Really enjoyed the BBQ chips which are like barbecue flavored nachos. Decent drink selection and happy hour until 6pm.

Wonderful food and service always friendly and there's even a Happy Hour as well from 3-7 pm Monday thru Friday as well I had a nice set of Pulled Chicken Tacos with a side of fries as well, the drinks, select ones are just $5.00 too, during the Happy Hours, which will help and work for those that enjoy this factor as well...

To start, the food is outstanding. The brisket was THE BEST I’ve had so far in Georgia. So tender and even had fatty pieces. I can’t decide what my favorite part was, Mac and cheese was perfect and the grilled squash was to die for. On top of that, my server Shay literally made my night. She was so friendly and helpful. Give that woman a raise! This is a must try spot if you like BBQ.

I can here after work for some drinks about 6 pm. I went to the rooftop bar. The food was pretty good. I got smoked wings and sliders. It was less than $30. The servers were pretty and really friendly, which isn't a combination you find along of places. The service was pretty good. We were the only people there, so the servers were just relaxing, so we had to call on them when we needed them. I would definitely come back here.
