I have been going to this office for over 5 years. I showed up to my most recent appointment at 8:00 and received a text when i was parking to go in that my appointment had been canceled due to the technician calling out. I never received a phone call. I tried to reschedule for something within the next 4 weeks and was told there was nothing available until January. I asked if they could make an exception since i scheduled the cleaning 6 months ago and the front desk associate was extremely rude and unapologetic. Disappointing after being a patient here for so long that I have been treated this way. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very rude and sarcastic office manager ! Customer service is so distasteful these days and she clearly proved that over the phone. She’s a bad representation for the business.

I’ve been coming here for several years now, the experience is fantastic. The staff is so professional, considerate and kind. They understand that some folks might HATE the dentist and do everything they can to make it easy. Love the clean office and careful, gentle hygienists! Also, bonus points for TVs on the ceiling!

This has got to be one of the most difficult places to make an appointment. They have cancelled on me twice after booking months in advance (which are often all that are available). One of the times was even after I was told it was an important follow up. HIRE MORE PROVIDERS!

This office is always professional, kind, and clean. The front desk staff are so helpful and cheerful. My dental hygienist, Miss Taneya, always does a wonderful job and makes sure to communicate during the cleaning and be gentle. Highly recommend this office.

This location is very unprofessional. I got a text today that the dentist is not available and if I could reschedule to a different location. This is the second consecutive year they do this to me. I will use a different dental office from now on.

First visit and my last! I've received a better cleaning from Clayton State over the past 3 years than I did yesterday. Front desk customer service clerk was really nice. The office dental assitant was really sweet. Why take new x-rays when you can refer to my recent photos I took six months ago?
