The food was good, and the servers recommended great drinks. This is the kind of place to bring a friend (or three) to have good conversation in a friendly environment. The prices are relatively low compared to other bars in Decatur/Atlanta, a major plus. For food, we just got an order of pizza rolls, they were good, not the best ever, but for the price they were good. They don't have a dedicated drink menu, but they have a fully stocked bar, and when we went, it seemed that all of the servers were also knowledgeable bartends. This worked out great. It seems like we were attended to by every front-of-house employee at some point in the night, and they all have different tastes when it comes to drinks. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly place to chill out in a great atmosphere.

Came here during ATL Burger Week, but wasn't able to try the burger offered. So got the fish sandwich instead w/ baked beans. The fish sandwich was huge, and was excellent. The tartar sauce had great flavor as well. The baked beans were standard, but good. Sat at the bar. Service was okay, but they were completely packed & slammed with large parties on the outdoor patio. Furthermore, they had a small amount of staff to get orders cooked, so I understand. I'll come back. The menu is decent, but not too diverse.

Seriously the best burger you can get in Oakhurst or greater Decatur. Service is consistently good (Mollly is the best) and the food is crave-worthy. My fave is the buffalo blue burger.

My girlfriend is a Packers fans so we went here to watch the Sunday night game New Years Eve. The staff was great and so were the Packers fans that came in. The food was great, we got fried cheese curds and I got the Southern Living burger, pimento cheese and bacon, so good. The building and the bar itself has a nostalgic feel that I cannot put my finger on, if I lived in the area, this would be my hangout.

The waiter was kind and the service was quick. My salad was moldy hiding under chicken and the toppings. I did receive a refund but I winded up feeling I’ll and throwing up later. I don’t feel this is a place for Poc to come hang out.

The poutine is more like a soup with french fries than a real poutine. Wings were some of the worst I've ever had. With so many other great local options we won't be back.

The place was a great gathering place for a group. We were doing a pub crawl, and this was a place on our route. We were received, and everyone was served in a timely manner.

I came here to get a moment to myself and it was very chill. I enjoyed sitting at the bar and listening to the music. Everyone there was friendly and the service was great. I didn’t eat though because the kitchen was closed, but I do plan to visit again. Also, wine is 50% off on Wednesdays!

One of my favorite new places in Decatur! The food is excellent and many local beers are on tap all the time. The wait can be long sometimes, but the waitstaff is always very friendly. Would highly recommend!

The Imperial is a great local pub with patient & kind staff, great food, and an environment where everyone can feel welcome and accepted. It's my favorite place to have a drink or a bite after a hard day. Also for the triviaheads out there, they are one of the hardest places to play trivia in the area on Monday nights.

Took my date here. We both had a great time. The servers were attentive, bar tender was skilled, food was fresh and tasty. The homemade pizza rolls filling could use a little improvement but the concept and portion size were definitely a hit for me. I also had a burger and it didn't disappoint. Nice char outside perfect temperature inside. Good work. Will definitely revisit.

Impromptu dinner for 4 and we were immediately seated, service was efficient and friendly, all the food was delicious and they were willing to accommodate my gluten-free sandwich request.

This is my 3rd or 4th trip to the imperial over many many years. I’m a local, but I just don’t go out much. Every other time I’ve sat outside with large groups, had a raucous fun time with good food, good service and delightful drinks. So the news is that I sat inside, table for two, talked to a good friend for hours, had a couple of beers, enjoyed really delightful food, and I’m utterly charmed by this place and it’s staff. I’m not a beer connoisseur but there are still some on tap that I want to go back and try. And if you can’t find any beer, the full bar will certainly satisfy you. If you need a burger then you won’t be disappointed. If you need green beans, darn, those were incredibly good. seriously. Go to a bar and get green beans. I also tasted some wings and a wonderful salad. This place is a gem.

Excellent food. Typical pub fare, but done very well. I like the casual atmosphere that gives it that quintessential neighborhood haunt vibe. I knock off one star because the tap list was pretty short and didn't have a solid variety on my last visit (very IPA-focused). If that was expanded, it'd be an easy 5 star spot.

Nice comfortable spot. A little chilly and could use a wall unit if the main HVAC can't push for the whole building. The service was great and the Southern burger was amazing 👏

Nice local bar. Definitely not "the scene" if that's what you are looking for, but the bar tender was great, making all different kinds of concoctions and the server was friendly and fun.

Food was good. Dined one night during trivia so we participated in that. Overall nice atmosphere and good food!

Thursday 3/23. Hadn’t been in awhile. Love this place but can no longer support. Probably be back in the fall for some Packers games. One server for the whole joint tonight - crazy! Server was hustling but just way too many folks for one person. Also, don’t ask how I want my burger cooked if it’s just going to come out well done…

They were really busy, but the food and drinks were correct and come out quickly. Nice job!

Honestly never heard of this spot before I had a meeting with some friends for a quick bite to eat. I really enjoyed my veggie burger. The vibe in here is pretty cool also.

Good food, but limited beer selection. Outdoor seating is cold. Get more beer, and some covered/heated outdoor seating, and then this would be a top notch place.

Small Town feel with small town food. Attentive smiling service and a quiet atmosphere. Perfect for a Sunday burger and beer. Reasonable prices and perfectly cooked food, intriguing options but nothing too fancy. Will be returning
