The convenience of a luggage storage service, right in the center of a big city, and for me in a foreign country, has never been this mind blogging. You guys are awesome. The lady who served me at the reception was very helpful, keep up the great work.

When I went the store wasn't open and to be honest looked like it had not been in a while? It had a hand written sign to leave bags with an "associate" next door at a dry cleaners. I wasn't comfortable with that, though the man next door was nice and many others seemed to be leaving bags there. As 2 other reviews seemed to have had this happen in the last 3 months doesn't seem like an isolated incident.

Opened early for us even though I had the open time wrong from the website. Very convenient to the MARTA train from airport and everything was safe and sound for the hours we wandered before checking into our Airbnb.

Everything worked fine. Good service . Very safe, we got our bagage back 2 days after. Close at 10pm on Sunday. I would reuse it if I needed.

This place is closed and it hasn't been open for a while. The laundromat next door has caught on and they will take your baggage for a fee, but they close at 6pm. As far as I know, there are no other luggage storage places in Atlanta.

Great place to storage luggage if you are coming from or going to the airport and would like to tour around Atlanta without lugging your bags around. I didn't give more stars as they weren't there when we arrived and we had to wait around a hour for them to come back even though their posted hours stated they should have been open. Their posted hours on Facebook and Google may not be accurate as they have winter hours, which we only found out when we arrived.

I havent stored any luggage but to offer some insight, The owner/workers are accomadating. Know if they not there they're dropping off luggage to Airport. A concierge drop off service they also provide. While inconvenient to walkup customers, a definite plus for customers if you want to sight see w/o luggage and they drop your luggage to airport for your flight. I've seen where ppl waiting during business hours and they were closed. I hope the hire some1 to be there especially when they drop off luggage at airport. Call and check before arriving

I had reserved this for a Monday, I had told will come in to give luggage between 10.30 and 11.30 am, but I got there at 11.40 (the storage is supposed to be open during published time ), but it was closed and u couldn't reach arrie.., call was going to voice mail, luckily for us, the neighbouring shop (dry cleaning shop) came up to us and agreed to keep our luggage, the baggage storage guy usually forwards his calls to this shop if unavailable. Dry cleaner is open till 6 pm everyday so it worked out for us. I never got to see the storage person ! Do not rely if u r time crunched or long journey ahead, I understand they may have to run errands etc, but if promised, u expect them to be available, but that wasn't the case

Arrie was very kind and kept everything in good condition while we were visiting the city of Atlanta. He also took the time and gave us some places and restaurants to visit while we were there. My husband and I will definitely use them again if we come back!

Looking to use this service for their mobile storage. Called the number listed but there wasn't an option to talk to anyone. Any helpful tips?

It does not deserve any star at all. The service was not what is seems as stated on the website; highly charged for no proper service. On getting to the location (having paid extra for early storage) the premises was locked, and upon calling by using international phone number, the representative had an i-don't-care attitude by directing to leave luggage at an unknown location which was not secured. A traveller who does not have credit on their phone would have been left stranded. This has been ongoing for a very long while; it is time that this company is shut down if they keep failing to provide adequate service. Disappointing to say the least that there was no formal email beforehand to notify paying customers the risk involved. This is misrepresentation and fraudulent of the highest order by this unreliable company. Do not trust or use this service as you'll be greatly disappointed!
