Not much to the place. Was uncomfortable leaving my car, there was weed scent the whole time. Left as soon as my kids were done walking in the fashion show they were invited to walk in. Not a mall I would choose to go to. We were there to bring awareness to sickle cell disease and we did that so the two stars are for that. Thank you to PrrtyGrl Lena Jones for having us.

Been coming here since I was a kid and they seem to be moving on up with the times & I absolutely love it! I want to highlight the food court with the new added restaurants. There are a variety of food options from different cultures now, but still holding down the old faithfuls being the first mall Chickfila & Prime Deli (Prime Deli got some of the BEST wings in the city! Argue with yaself on this one.) The food court & the mall were super clean with staff working to keep it that way. The restroom facilities were surprisingly spotless & the overall vibe of the mall was chill. I felt very safe & very black. Greenbriar Mall is still one of my favorite malls in Atlanta!

Older mall. Once very popular. Now it seems to be an urban hang out with high crime. Still has good shops but the anchor stores have been gone. Not safe at night.

I've been going to this Mall since I was a baby and I've always gone to this Mall consistently throughout my childhood and through my teen hood and adulthood too. One of my favorite Malls to go to. I always love to buy my favorite dresses here, to buy new shirts at, to get lottery tickets from, and to go to Piccadilly to get some takeout food too. Plus The way they have updated this Mall as of recent (typing this October 20 2022) is so impressive. They polished the floors, added more stores, and have welcomed in more small businesses to make profit here too. I also really miss when Burlington and JCPenney were here, along with Macys. Some of the stores have moved out of this Mall and have relocated to other places, but this Mall is still standing and I enjoy it very much. Very nice spot to go to on the weekends with my mom and such. Great place

Went on a rainy day so not a lot of action. Nice places to eat and shop. I tried out The Sleepy Potato for dinner and i was quite impressed. I had the lamb (gyro) potato. Lots of flavor and lots to share!

I live in Cobb and while Cumberland is 10 minutes away from me, I always make the extra drive to Greenbriar! There’s always more to love and many options to choose from! I’d love to collaborate and open a booth, but until then I’m happy shopping! 😁

Wait was crazy for oxtail and salmon egg rolls but everyone else seemed to get food in a reasonable amount of time. It was like 45 or so. Given that, I loved the oxtail egg rolls, but the salmon one were cold

Le nails salon is very unprofessional. The quality of their products are very cheap. Their station are filthy and unsanitary. I got fungus in my finger nails. I confronted the owner and she was very rude and argumentative. I wish I can give the nail salon a 0 rate. It’s that bad. But Kevin that does my pedicure is amazing I’m going to miss him.

Got to see a store with authentic african statues, face masks, pictures, and artifacts. The mall was clean and had plenty of different stores. One thing I did notice was the different make-up artists and booths. That's a good thing especially when your on your lunch break and need your lashes or make up done. Not to leave out the many eye wear and jewelry stores to choose from. Price ranges varies for what you want. There also a custom T shirt making kiosk. The food court is a little light. We do need more eateries. Stop by the mall. And get your shopping needs met.

I visited Greenbriar for the first time last week to eat at the original Chick-fil-A location. While at the mall, I also tried the deep-fried Oreo cookies from Rolls of Flame at the food court and they were great! I also bought a nice shirt at the Georgio’s men’s clothing store across from the food court. I was one of the only white people in the mall and everybody who I came in contact with was very nice to me.

Best Santa experience my little has had so far. We visited Santa here this year and we loved it!!! We will definitely be back next year. Santa was so nice and friendly to my little one and the pictures turned out beautifully. The mall itself is nice and lots of things to do and see and of course lots of nice shops to shop from. We mainly went to see Santa and we were not disappointed 🥰😊

I was pleasantly surprised. The Fulton County tax office was completely renovated very efficient. The attitude of the employees and shoppers was one of renewal. Good job Greenbriar.

Fulton County Tax Commisioner's office has relocated to a few doors down from the old smaller office. More space has made this a win, win! Everything has been upgraded. Now if the employees had better knowledge on how to accommodate customers, and what documents are needed to perform certain tasks, that would be excellent.

I'm born and raised in Atlanta so this mall holds a lot of memories for me but I give it two stars because I haven't seen any progress over the years and the progress that we did have such as the Magic Theaters which is now an abandoned building, Fallas and Burlington which were two of the best stores there, IHOP, Baskin Robbins, the seafood restaurant that was there have all been run out of business, and when I say run out of business that means we have a community who will not support the good things that we are given. With that being said I no longer have much faith that this mall will progress. Over the years there has been talk of renovation for this mall and other additions but that remains to be seen.

Been going here all my life. Different varieties of stores. I went for Rainbow Clothing Store for my kids uniform and they was stock with every color shirt and bottoms. Different sizes. I recommend this store for uniform.

Brought a broken fan Wednesday brought the fan back to the store Thursday and they refuse to give me my money back, because I didn’t have a receipt but the manger knew who I was then wanted to hand be a store credit you cannot make people responsible for a manufacture issue. I am really disappointed. In the customer experience I received and the policy really is jack up when I spend my money, I expect to have all my pieces to my item in the box. And it did not happen.

Greenbriar Mall was one of the 1st malls in Georgia. It was well managed and maintained. Over the years, due to poor management, Greenbriar Mall is the WORST... Trash on the exterior of the mall and no decent apparel shops. The exterior needs painting.I predict this mall will be closing in the near future. People do not feel safe with the clientle that it attracts now a days... Sad

First of all, how dare they say it's clean. I've been to this mall nearly 30x a year and baby the parking lot is FILTHY, infested with Chick-fil-A and wing and burger factory containers and chicken bones, alwayss. Used cups and diapers everywhere. I can't even enter/exit the mall without smelling 1000 cigarettes burning. Makes me think they don't have a designated smoking area. Yes, come here if you want a nice pair of shoes or if you wanna get ya make up done cause that's why I used to go, or a henna. Unfortunately they do NOT offer WIFI in 2022, at least until the last time I went a few months ago. The food court cool though so you can find something good to eat and at least the cleaning crew be around to wipe off tables. Y'all need to remove those aggressive kids who be tryna sell candy throughout the mall and get mad if you don't want to buy any. Geeesh. Affordable prices 🤷🏽

Neighborhood was sketchy and the people in the food court were unproductive and unprofessional. One girl stood there and ignored us while she had a conversation with her friend about how someone had her f- up. I just laughed shook my head and walked off. It's a hood swap meet. I wouldn't call it a mall at all. If you're a man who enjoys looking at females that walk around in their panties this is a great place to go.

I always have a good day at Greenbriar Mall. I love the great sales that's always available especially these days with back to school and all. The associates are always friendly 😁 and very helpful. I also love their variety. I definitely appreciate going to a place where there's great people when it's time to spend a little time shopping for my daughter.

Nice mall even though high crime area. Police precinct built into the mall but Don't fear nothing violent going on so just be aware of your surroundings stay vigilant, don't forget where you at and act accordingly and you"ll fair just fine.

I called mall manager to ask if I could park my semi truck in the parking lot for a couple of hours. She said she couldn’t tell me yes because they might tow or boot me. I understand they don’t want their parking lot to turn into a truck stop but maybe they could have a few spots in the way back for trucks and only allow them to park there with a 3-4 hour limits.

Was surprised how clean it was and that merchants are holding on to remain open. Great place if you need to buy kids' uniforms several stores carry them ,you can get your sons haircut ,daughters hair done all in one place.

Clean and all, but needs more alluring stores. I saw on the news the Chik Fil A was closing so I guess the place will be dry and ghost land. I wish it were different because the place has a lot of potential.

I love this mall because it’s like malls when malls were cool. They have some chain stores, but they also have sooo many unique local stores. The place is dated but in a nostalgic way. We make it a destination every time we visit ATL.

I made a quick stop at the food court, but unfortunately, my truck was towed even though it doesn't have a trailer and has the same road rights as a regular SUV. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here; it's not worth it.

Sometimes, when I am in the area and have some money to spare, I stop at my favorite spots in the Greenbriar Mall. It used to be much better when I was a teenager. I don’t go there as often as I used to. My favorite places are the jewelry stores, the cookie place, and the food court. My niece works at the makeup bar. I also get my tag, drop off mail, and let my grandchild play at the small park inside the mall.

I actually like this mall…don’t let the location fool you. A few stores to get some nice fits and the black owned bookstore is one of my faves❤️

I keep having hopes for this mall, but it seems like the mall employees, security and police simply do not care about the high crime. I would even say that they are in on it. Unless you want your car broken into or stolen with absolutely ZERO help from authorities, DON"T GO HERE! My car was broekn into with 3 COPS in the parking lot! And NONE of their "security cameras" work! Until a drastic and i mean DRASTIC change happens, STAY AWAY!

This is not the Mall for me. Don't get me wrong, I don't dislike it, it's just not for me. But if you're 35 and younger, this is your Mall. All the stores and shops will put a smile on your face. I will shop their for my children who are from 33 to 23, 6 children in all, 3 girls and 3 boys. And every parent knows they are very picky at that age when it comes to clothes or should I say "gear"! I'm just too old for this Mall now.

Fulton County Tag Office was a breeze. You can go inside at this time. I was asked purpose of my visit upon entering and then handed a ticket. Seats were safety distanced; no sooner than I sat down, it may as well been a hot seat because my number was called before I settled in. The staff was very friendly and the security personnel as well. The process went quick and smoothly.

This is a huge mall to shop. Everyone should try this mall here in Georgia. I live for food. The food courts can be a bit crowded at times, but delicious selections to choose from. A great place to shop.

It's a very good model if you know what you're looking for I go in there to go to the Post office and sometimes so bad Nike shoe but if they don't have Nike shoes I get Jordan shoes and if I don't get Jordan shoes I just go to Walmart and give you some Walmart shoes and the Dollar tree is awesome they always got everything for $1.25 now

A lot has changed since I used to frequent this mall. But the atmosphere is pretty much decent to me. There is a lot of things surrounding the mall that add to its worth.

  • 4/5 Doomie G. 1 year ago on Google
Fairly decent mall with a few large chains scattered among smaller businesses. Food offerings are limited, but varietized. I am a particular fan of the mall's architecture as it is unique & striking. Even if it is dated. Worth a stop if you're in the area.

  • 5/5 Alicia M. 10 months ago on Google
I must admit even though I leave pretty close to the mall I rarely go there but my visit was great. Walking the mall provides good exercise and this mall has a lot of Black owned venues. You make get some great history lessons if you talk with the older business owners.

I drove up from Macon to visit my cousin. I stopped by the mall. I got there about 6:45 pm. I was afraid to get out of my car because of these huge birds in the parking lot. I waited about 15 minutes to allow them to pass my car. I jumped out of my car and ran straight to the door. Needless to say the mall closed at 7:00 pm. I wasn't aware that the mall close early. 😳

I walked through here after getting my tag/registration. What a boring mall.... Not many interesting stores, or options for the grown and sexy. This is for the young teeny boppy crowd.

Been going here since a child. Sad how the department stores shut down over the years, but still supportive of my community. Smelled like reefer soon as I walked in the door! If you are uneasy about this area, just shop early in the day.

  • 4/5 Teddi B. 2 years ago on Google
My visit was with the DMV (Department Motor Vehicle) . Easy experience, 15 minutes visit as compared to last year's 4 hours visit. A young man (employee) was very helpful assisting my disabled husband. My husband left the tag in his car which he needed to replace. The young man met me at the door to get it so my husband would not have to walk the distance. There is still kindness for the elderly.

It's Greenbriar Mall for crying out loud... What can we say, some of us still get fly kicks from out of there and I'm grateful that it is where it is and that we don't have to go to the other side of the world or the town to get fresh some of us just want to be fresh and I get them all no matter how old how small or how I'm popular or how popular is sometimes just the best place to go to get fresh and who don't love the food court

  • 1/5 Reese D. 1 year ago on Google
$375 boot on truck. They waited until I went into the gym. Kept driving around my truck checking. Instead of advising not to park there. They are money hungry and inconsidered. They do not care about you going into stores as an actual customer.

  • 4/5 Betty W. 1 year ago on Google
It's been a while since I've been there, so I was surprised that it was clean. There no longer bands of kids hanging around. I actually felt safe in the mall, will come back again to shop.

  • 2/5 Louise J. 11 months ago on Google
Stores in the mall are not for me. Nice place to walk in during the day if the hooka smell wasn't so strong. Needs better ventilation.
