I
didn’t
have
a
great
experience
here
today.
There
was
only
one
checkout
attendant,
so
the
lines
were
very
long
at
self-checkout.
One
of
my
products
scanned
the
wrong
barcode,
and
the
attendant
light
starts
flashing.
I’m
waiting
for
a
few
minutes,
watching
the
line
get
longer
behind
me,
looking
around
to
see
if
an
attendant
is
coming
to
help,
and
the
customer
behind
me
says
“Yeah,
you
have
to
walk
over
to
go
get
him.”
…What?
The
whole
purpose
of
the
flashing
light
is
for
the
attendant
to
look
around
and
come
over
to
help!
It
was
really
busy
and
a
bunch
of
people
needed
help,
it
was
frustrating
to
have
to
go
ask
for
help
when
there’s
a
notification
going
off
that
the
lane
needs
assistance.
To
top
all
that
off,
no
receipt
comes
out
at
the
end
and
when
I
walk
back
over
to
the
attendant
to
ask
if
he
can
refill
the
receipt
paper,
he
says
“I’m
sorry,
that
printer
is
broken.”
So
now
I
have
to
walk
past
security
with
a
cart
full
of
groceries
and
nothing
to
show
for
it
except
a
pending
$
amount
on
my
banking
app.
Not
nearly
enough
staff
there
to
assist
the
shoppers
during
peak
hours,
I’ve
shopped
here
before
and
will
continue
to
do
so
because
it’s
the
closest
store
to
me
but
it’s
not
something
I
look
forward
to.
