AS SOMEONE SAID: Zip Code should not determine the customer service level at a company like Kroger. Look at these bathrooms 2 hours after opening. I was there for 35 minutes and still nobody touched it. The store inside looks like a store from my home country in Eastern Europe 30 years ago! We r in the richest country on earth...🙃🙃🙃🤣👽

Thank you Kroger Deli🥰♥️ I ordered 100 pieces of fried chicken, picked it chicken up Sunday, May 21, 2023 the fried chicken was cooked to perfection, very tasty and pretty. Within 30 minutes it was eaten up. The Staff was very helpful and had Great Customer Service💯 Kroger, 2685 Metropolitan Pkwy, Atlanta, Georgia 30315.

Okay, they close there deli area as early as 6pm and then they stand behind the counter and ignore customers. Listen I get it if you want to close your hot bar down but if someone needs a pound or two of sliced deli meat then every attempt should be made to serve that customer!!!!! It's getting ridiculous! You KROGER don't care about your customers....

This is an old Kroger it needs to be torn down and rebuilt. I love Kroger but not this one at all. Poorly stocked and frequently out of items. There are a few regular employees who are nice and helpful. Management could be replaced in my experiences with them. They have never been friendly, but if I worked there maybe I would be as bitter as they seem to be. There are nice, big , new Krogers that are not too far, but not really convenient if you use public transportation. This is only a few blocks from my place,it's the only reason I go there.

I used to love this Kroger but an incident last year has changed my mind. My cart locked up before I got past the silver poles where you exit. I was approached by a security guard that informed me the cart locked because I stole something. He asks for my receipt and then takes everything I bought out to count it and guess he counted 10 receipt says 10. This is unacceptable. Suppose I had 30 items. I called the home office who have not contacted me. So I will shop elsewhere I'm too old to go thru this in my own neighbor.

This is a review that I need to do to let the Corporate Office and Management at Kroger at Metropolitan Pkwy know what is going on in their establishment. I am a customer standing in the check out ringing up my grocery and I had a situation and I couldn't get an associate to help me. I left the grocery on the self check out counter and walk out of the store. This is why customers shop online. I didn't get an apology from the associate they were acting like they was not concern about me nor the other customers. This should have never happen to any customers who help pay their salary. I feel if you don't want to work stay at home to get your attitude together. These associates need to be reprimanded. They need to go back through training to work on their customer service skills. This is why I gave the store one star. I am a Google local guide. Any place I go to shop whether online or in person I give a review. Be blessed throughout 2024.

Sent my daughter into the store after having a minor surgery to use our EBT card, like shes always has for the pass three years. This night I was in a lot of pain and sent her to the store for a couple of items. They denied her use of the card because her name wasnt on it, even though she had the PIN and have used to the card for years. I went to the store to ask why they were not empathetic about the situation and the manager didnt care didnt want to speak to me and just said write a letter. Very unprofessional and didnt care. Will never shop here again.

This Kroger is by far to worse Kroger in the Southside area!! Unprofessional staff rude and condescending!! No respect or consideration of people time and money that they spend in this location !! I hate this store with a passion and would advise ppl to go to a different location. I will be reporting this location to cooperate first thing tomorrow!!

The fruit is always fresh, they always have the water that I buy in stock when no other locations have them and I really think it’s cute how many Valentine’s Day balloons they have in the store. It’s really cute.

Stopped at the sandwich shop at 2PM to purchase a sandwich. The manager Donna had the audacity to tell the customer that he should’ve came early to purchase a sandwich because they opened at 12pm. It’s understandable that they were short staffed but the lady who was making sandwiches had all of the ingredients still in front of the customer. The customer asked what time do they stop making sandwiches. A simple question she told the employee. Don’t argue with him. The only reason I gave a 3 star is because of Erica excellent customer service who wasn’t feeling well but still outstanding service. Thank You Erica

I didn’t have a great experience here today. There was only one checkout attendant, so the lines were very long at self-checkout. One of my products scanned the wrong barcode, and the attendant light starts flashing. I’m waiting for a few minutes, watching the line get longer behind me, looking around to see if an attendant is coming to help, and the customer behind me says “Yeah, you have to walk over to go get him.” …What? The whole purpose of the flashing light is for the attendant to look around and come over to help! It was really busy and a bunch of people needed help, it was frustrating to have to go ask for help when there’s a notification going off that the lane needs assistance. To top all that off, no receipt comes out at the end and when I walk back over to the attendant to ask if he can refill the receipt paper, he says “I’m sorry, that printer is broken.” So now I have to walk past security with a cart full of groceries and nothing to show for it except a pending $ amount on my banking app. Not nearly enough staff there to assist the shoppers during peak hours, I’ve shopped here before and will continue to do so because it’s the closest store to me but it’s not something I look forward to.

This kroger is just okay. I bought something the other day and was really looking forward to eating it until I realized it expired June of last year. Last year. Please check the expiration dates on all your products. Also just because this location isn't in a place like Alpharetta or Buckhead doesn't mean your customers are uncultured and don't deserve to have more/different selections of food and products. Really annoying

The management team decided that it makes sense to close an entire critical section of the store well before closing time, without advertising to let anyone know. After driving 30 minutes to get to this kroger last night, to buy a specific lotion that was medically necessary to treat a skin condition, I left empty handed, angry, and still in pain. It's rude, disrespectful and short sighted to close the entire toiletry, lotion, personal needs section early. And there's no decent justification for it. I will never be going back to this kroger. It's like they think the people in this community can't handle access to Moisturizer after 10pm, or don't deserve to have the same resources available to them, as are made available to everyone else. It shows what they think of the people who shop at their store.

Instead of closing the store to do renovations they just build a wall around the mess and expose customers to whatever this is.

They need to restock shelves better and hire more cashiers. Try not to leave items behind, if you do you will have hell to go through to get them back. Print you receipt and go thru your items with a fine tooth comb. If it's missing, dont call, they will lie to you and tell you, that you didnt buy it or it's not there. Be careful with this store a lot of homeless people are lingering around there with mental challenges. Be safe and aware of your surroundings.Good luck.

This is the worst Kroger I’ve ever been to. I’ve found molded items, many expired items, complained about their rules for the poor/bad side of town, etc. We have lived in the area almost 10 years with no real improvement. We go to the newer, bigger, better Kroger on Glenwood exclusively. I started my official boycott of this store a little over a year ago. This location needs better employees, management, and a much needed renovation.

This location had some of the nicest Staffing employees I've ever met at a grocery store. They were incredibly kind and extremely helpful for finding specific kosher foods. Also, I love vanilla Coke Zero but it is so difficult to find in this location seem to have an abundance in stock. I really appreciate managers that order specialty items especially specialty sodas with a variety of flavors. Thank you guys for thinking about people like us

I visited Kroger around 3pm on Sunday, Jan., 1st. I was shopping for ingredients for a meatloaf and scallop salad. Many of the ingredients I needed were out. An employee went to the back of the store looking for Thyme, but told me they were out. Seafood section was also out of Scallops. One employee gave me attitude and I didn’t even say anything. Kroger was also out of several other ingredients I needed. I left my cart; something I’ve never done before and I walked out. I’ll take my $500 a month grocery shopping to Walmart until I locate another grocery store. None of my neighbors shop at this Kroger. This area needs a better grocery store. By the way, this is not the first time this store was out of items I needed, but I couldn’t deal with the disappointment today.

Hugh is the most unprofessional sassy manager I've ever seen. Everytime I come in he's staring at me and rolling his eyes. I asked him why he stares at me and he threatened to fight me. I'd stay out of this ghetto establishment if you can.

Kroger needs to make sure the labels and on the self and signs are up to date, correct and are put on the right items. Today I have three different items that came from three departments and the prices ring up different from the labels and sign. Let the cashier at the self checkout know about the difference instead of her getting someone to check the prices out she told me that she could not do anything the price is what is it but I kept insisting on her getting someone to check the prices out and the self checkout cashier finally went to her manager in the red vest and the manager in the red vest said the same thing but no one went to verify if the labels was wrong, if the the sign was incorrect or in the wrong place they did nothing. I can see if one item was wrong but three in three different departments. It is so funny another customer took a picture of an item she was getting with her phone and told me just in case it is discrepancy in the price. If my phone have died I will have done the same thing. If I could give Kroger a 1/4 of a star I would also bad customer service!!!!
