Very efficient parking in downtown Atlanta. I prepaid $12 online ahead of time to save money. Parking cost $17 if you pay to park same day. Parking is good until 9pm. We visited the Coca-Cola Museum AND the GA Aquarium on the same day, so we just parked here at Lanier Parking (located at the aquarium) and made our way to both places (next door to each other). Once inside the parking structure, there are directions clearly marked towards elevators, which side of the Aquarium you want to go, or if you want to go to the street. I would suggest taking a quick photo of your parking section to remember what floor and area you're parked for when you return. When you go to leave, you scan your parking ticket first (one you received from ticket booth driving in), then you scan your prepaid parking pass (you can scan directly from your phone). Hope this helps someone 👍 We will be parking here next time we're in the ATL!

This parking garage by the Aquarium is way better than the other garage across the street from the children's museum. Everything is smooth and the first level was guided by the aquarium staff. And we were able to pay it at the aquarium as we were leaving. You can pay the ticket in advance online and also on the app.

We are aquarium members, here’s a hack: the regular elevators are always very busy, use the Ballroom elevators. Nobody is using them, just follow the signs, I included some pictures. On ground level (when you exit) walk inside the car entrance, they’re tucked away on the right

Asked for a stamp inside Aquarium in order to pay the $12 instead of $17 . They told me to pay at machine and it shouldn’t be an issue. Paid at machine before elevator and it didn’t scan my Aquarium pass, kept requesting assistance , nobody came. Went to exit and brought it to a young lady and guy’s attention. The guy used the walkie talkie and asked the supervisor. He told me to pull over to the side as other cars exited. Supervisor asked him what was the last 4 of my card. I even showed the guy, the $17 charge on card. I waited 20 minutes and no supervisor ever came. I even asked the guy again and seemed like he had even forgotten why I was parked on the side. $5 dollars is $5 dollars but have better staffing with better knowledge. I had to leave and didnt get any money back

The parking was moderately priced. It was packed the night we went so we had to park a few floors up. Luckily the elevators took us to our destination quickly. Now exiting the aquarium was exhausting. The elevators were slow, since so many people were trying to leave. We had to take the stairs and it was a few flights to get to our floor. Then a bit of a walk to our car. We made it out. Then the wait to pay for parking and exit the area. Typical issues with that many people in one place. Our car was safe. I felt safe being in that garage. It was well lit and plenty of employees to guide everyone.

The machines weren't working and wouldn't "approve" any of my cards, which all had sufficient funds. Finally the attendant said to just go to the exit and tell the attendant there what was going on and they would let me out. I tried paying twice on my debit card, twice on one credit card, and once on another credit card. All came up as "not approved". Surprise surprise, when looking at all my card statements, I was charge FIVE TIMES for parking. $60 in total, when I should have only paid $12. I tried to email them, call them, left feedback on their website. It's been six months and I've never heard back from them. Try to avoid parking here if you can!

Overall, it’s decent parking. The self pay machines are not consistently placed but not too big of a deal. Bonus tip, if you’re looking for a great picture backdrop of the city the top of the deck when not busy is the spot.

Nice parking deck, but very busy on the weekends and also it cost me $17 to park for the day. But it is secure and has direct access to Georgia Aquarium, and also you can park here and go to World of Coca Cola and the Civil Rights Museum etc.

Had a fantastic time. The mask mandate had no effect on my enjoyment. I loved the fact it wasn't over crowded and you actually could stand there and watch the fish without people wanting you to move, rush you or even bump into you. Totally recommend going!!!

Their machine said that there was a card reading error so I swiped my card around four times before it said that it was approved. I got home and it charged me four times so I ended up paying $80 instead of $20. I've called them multiple times and left voicemails; I still haven't heard back. If it says card reading error just leave the station without your ticket and explain to the attendant

Will never park in Atlanta again. The so called “security” that you are paying 5 bucks for doesn’t protect you from people taking your money in the parking lot and then asking to take more of your money at the exit. Clearly a huge scam. Lol they only let us out because I threatened to call the cops.

Daily parking is $20 which to me is high but isn't really bad I guess for the area. Its covered and pretty safe area to park in and it's connected to the aquarium and a short distance to the Coca-Cola museum.

With prepaid parking, it took 30 minutes for us to finally park, take two elevators and a set of stairs to walk a mile to the front entrance, then to reverse it to get back to our cars. NO THANK YOU. Love the Aquarium, but your prepaid parking deck sucks!

Elevators were so slow and backed up. I saw many people with large strollers just giving up and carrying them down the fire steps. This slowed things down even further! Would have been cheaper and easier to park in the $15 lot across the street.

Always an awful experience. Rude attendants. Half the time the elevates do not work and when they do, they are very slow. The scanners do not work half the time either. Honestly makes going to the aquarium feel so chaotic.

We parked there and we paid with creditcard there. The aquarium ticket scan for the discount didn't work. Also the machine are our ticket. The help service at the machine did not work so we had to walk through all the parking to find the person working there, which was on the phone playing. In the end they made us pay full price and didnt care about the discount. Super das treatment pf clients

Money hungry company. I parked in their garage downtown 192 Peachtree St Ne Center Atlanta ga and after paying I must have dropped my card; by the time I realized it was missing; I checked my cashapp card & noticed it was used 33minutes later after I paid mines: so someone had already used it to pay their parking. It confirmed that I lost it & I immediately contacted Lanier Parking 404 881...# and spoke with Lakeisa. She assured me but nonchalantly spoke simultaneously getting my info & claim that she will hv security check camera & call me back. I noticed tag #’s are printed on the receipt & they shld be able to find the guilty party as well. Nevertheless, no response from them so I emailed them.. still nothing. They could care less, just care about the parking bill being paid no matter who pays it & their machine doesn’t require a pin number to be entered when paying which made it that much easier for the card to be approved....Another Ga money hungry scams!!!!SMH

Poor parking option in the area. Very small parking spots and often charge extra for "event parking" when there is no event happening. Look elsewhere

Great parking garage conveniently located near the World of Coca-Cola and the Georgia Aquarium. Lots of levels so tons of parking even on busy days, and it validates with a ticket to either of those attractions.

Avoid this parking deck! Overcrowded elevator, or u can walk up and down 7 flights of stairs. They want you to take the ticket after you park and pay at the pay station kiosk, but they don't work! We tried and tried and wasted 20 mins. You can just pay as you leave the gate, don't waste your time at the kiosk.

Many of the parking spots were blocked off and proper signage wasn’t posted to make parking easier. We had to drive literally in circles to find a spot due to the parking attendants not allowing parking in certain OPEN areas.

Very disappointed in this system as a whole! Our visit to the aquarium was great - but upon exit from the parking garage, we were asked to pay $10 to exit. The system was malfunctioning horribly and the change dispenser in the ticket verification machine was so slow and glitchy, that once our change had been dispensed, the leaver arm lever had lowered again. Of course this was MAYBE 15 minutes after 9PM when the garage “closes” so no one is available to assist us or help with opening the lever. No one in the office, no one on to answer the phones. So, after circling the parking garage multiple times to try to find any personnel or staff member working, we approached the gate again and picked the “lost ticket” option and was asked to pay $15 extra just to exit the parking deck!!! So disappointed in this. WILL NOT use Lanier parking again - regardless of ease of access to facilities. Plus the place is full of trash and has tiny parking spots. Not worth the congestion in and out or the scam out of money.

There was a long line of cars as we waited to enter. We ended driving all the way up to the top then back down before we found a few spots left on level 4. By the time we left our car, the parking garage was full. We did like how close it was to all of the attractions we were visiting. Just add in plenty of extra time for parking if you use this garage during peak times!

Nice to have a large parking garage attached to the Aquarium. But, only one elevator was working on a very busy day. More than 100 people in line to use the only functioning elevator for the parking garage. It was a mess.

Whoever designed this did not think through traffic implications… smh. 2 entrance lanes merge into 1 and then 2 more entrance lanes get added before there are any parking spots available. There are professionals who design garages for a living - do not try to reinvent the wheel. And you don’t get the aquarium parking discount unless you pay in advance. The ticket machines can’t process barcodes on phones (archaic)

Very big. Not well marked. Hard to leave the aquarium by the closest route, and hard to find my car, b.c. of inadequate signage. Should use sea animals to mark where the visitor is & where they're going.

This COVID thing has people doing strange things. The lower levels of the garage were "social distance" parking, ie: a cone every other parking space. But the upper levels were not ! Did COVID stop at the 4th floor? Just unrealistic. I'm not worried about my car getting sick, if "I'm" concerned, I'll put my mask on. And the signage is very confusing. But luckily, I won't be going back for some time. Good luck !

Best parking garage around Pemberton Place! Checked the prices online and this was the cheapest parking in the area. Very close to the Georgia Aquarium, Coca-Cola museum, and National Civil Rights museum. When I visited it was very full though. Had to drive to the top floor. Has a nice elevator but is somewhat slow. Great views of the downtown from the roof.
