This is a delicious spot for anyone looking for arepas, healthy food, tasty food, or allergen-free food! They make gluten-free, vegan, and normal arepas with delicious sauces. We saw them at the Peachtree farmers market and just had to stop by to try it out. And boy are we glad we did! The spot is super cute and they explained everything super well for us! Don’t be alarmed by the size of the arepa, we couldn’t even finish our one as they are super stuffed. Highly recommend for anyone!!

Amazing! Y’all betta come get some! I’m a private chef and never had an arepa before. I’m planning to put it on my clients menu so I decided to come and check them out. I ordered the chicken Arepa with voodoo sauce, added jalapeños and avocado. I left, feeling satisfied and full, but not bloated. It was a very good meal, Thnx Scott and McCall

Refreshing to go to a restaurant where items are already gluten-free! The staff were so kind and helpful, and accommodating to customers who had additional food allergies. The food was delicious, and I’ll definitely be back!

I work at Publix at Peachtree Battle. Today the owner of Karma Farm Walked by me and greeted me personally and kindly. He explained that because of masks i did not recognize him. I certainly felt i knew him, yet I did not know how. In my mind, as I liked at him, he stood in front of me, relaxed, with a warm and positive vibe. My experience at his restaurant is very much the same. I have truly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and kind people standing in front of me. Any meal i try i enjoy, because when i select a dish someone will warn me if there is any spice in the dish beforehand. It’s fresh and delicious. Your fabulous food selection is right there in front of you to see and choose. Granted, this is not QT with a million drinks to choose from. These are carefully hand made and hand cooked, all personally cared for morsels carefully laid out . I think i once even tried the Salmon 🍣, even though I knew spice had been incorporated into it. . I drank the charcoal drink. I drank the drink because a little description stated how charcoal did something positive for our systems. Usually you’ll see a little rid bit about the heat benefits of something in a drink or a food written on a card, kind of like how they do that at Trader Joe’s. Parking is excellent. Bring an umbrella to walk a little bit , not much, just a little bit, when it rains. Definitely bring an umbrella. Perfect parking in the back of the building. It’s covered and you do r pay for your parking time. Thank god.Phew. I know i’ll keep returning and enjoying bringing people with me. The seating is well done as well. Indoor and outdoor. No pressure if anyone is nervous about covid-19. Really not too high a cost, either. People are personable and helpful, Hope you enjoy. You don’t have to be vegan or vegetarian to eat there. b

So we forgot to take a pic before digging in, buuuuut…that’s how good these arepas looked and smelled and they tasted even better! These were one of the best arepas I’ve ever had. The Voodoo, Sriracha Sauce and the dairy free Ranch were Ah-May-Zing! Customer service top tier! We will definitely be back!

Are you looking for Gluten Free?- This is the place you have been looking for!! Stopped back in after 7 or 8 months- my wife was hoping to get the Mac n cheese truffle(Which is coming back this Monday!) This place is STILL fantastic! I ordered the spicy chicken breast over a bed of spinach, with avocado(takes down the heat) and tumarac macaroni. WOW - I'm not big into eating healthy- but I would eat this every day! You would have no idea this was all gf, dairy free- this place is really amazing!

4.5 stars. Food was outstanding. Well seasoned, plentiful, and good presentation. It’s hard to find “clean food” prepared outside your home that makes you want to buy a to-go meal but this spot is the truth! Vegan or not you will not be disappointed!

My husband and I brought our son to KarmaFarm for lunch and we left with full tummies and grateful hearts! Our son has severe food allergies and we were so surprised with how seriously they take that. They care deeply about providing patrons with quality, delicious food that is safe to eat if you have health concerns or preferences. It was such a relief to find a place that our 3-year-old loved and we could enjoy the food with no concerns. The owners were extremely friendly and the environment was modern and clean. The food was so good (and there was such much!) that you practically had to roll us all out of there. We were visiting from out-of-state but will recommend KarmaFarm to anyone traveling near the Atlanta area and will surely stop the next time we come for a visit. Thank you so much for this experience!

Holy moly! This place is amazing! I was out running errands and needed to eat, which when you have celiac makes a quick bite way more challenging. Imagine my delight when I found an entirely gluten free place. I had the oven fried chicken arepa with the voodoo sauce. The chicken is crispy and moist! The sauce has some nice heat with a wonderful smoke! Was it cheap? No! I didn't expect it to be. Gluten free food always costs more! I would eat that voodoo sauce every day if I could!

Great little spot. We came in for lunch and where pleasantly surprised. Bowls or arepas are $15-18. They give hearty portions and fill you up . Loved the meat, veggie and vegan options. There’s no wrong choice , everything we had was delicious .

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. Our 11 year old son has a severe peanut allergy and is gluten and dairy free. This is the first restaurant where he could literally eat anything he wanted. Something most people take for granted. There were so many options, every single thing we tried was delicious. The owners vet every ingredient for allergy safety. Organic and local is also important to us; they ticked all our requirement boxes. We brought friends with no food restrictions and they LOVED the food. The design is adorable, they have a llama for a mascot and they are good, kind, generous people. Ample parking as well. We went back a second night in a row before leaving town. You will fall in love with this place. Something for everyone.

I try to visit this place as often as I can for lunch or dinner, as my schedule allows! It is such a wonderful treat to have in the ATL area. As someone who suffers from a severe gluten allergy, being able to eat here without the worry of gluten exposure or cross contamination AND have amazingly delicious food is a huge gift. The prices are reasonable considering all the considerations made for diets (they're dairy, nut, soy, and gluten free) and the menu has several options, including vegan options. Each item I have ordered has blown my socks off. The indoor seating space is a little small, but there is also outdoor seating. I highly recommend this place. I've taken a number of friends here just because I love this place so much. Try it out if you haven't! I really don't think you'll be disappointed. 🙂

Bomb spot to eat and the kindest people!! as someone who can’t have gluten it’s amazing to find a place with great flavors and none of the typical anxiety of eating out and having to trust other people with your health. The owner walked me through the menu and let us try all of the sauces, and we had a great convo about food allergies. You can tell they really care about what they’re doing. some clean eateries can seem like they’re trying to be trendy instead of nutritional, but my meal here was so balanced and tasty and packed with protein. a bowl was enough to last me for 2 meals. I’ll be back many times over! Thank you! P.S. - get the Voodoo sauce, thank me later

Incredible. I have a severe dairy allergy and I don’t write reviews. The owners son has severe allergies and they took great care of me and the arepas are incredible. Our friend group came for bar taco and are so happy we didn’t go and went here instead. This is so much better than bar taco. And they truly are great all around.

Yucca arepas, where have you been my whole life? I never realized that there were other arepas beside corn. From my first visit to KarmaFarm I was hooked. The yucca makes a soft, doughy package for all the awesome fillings Karma Farm offers. The oven-baked chicken is my go-to. The brisket and ‘shroomer dude are also really good. Part of what makes them so good are the homemade sauces. I am not normally a creature of habit, but I always get the vegan mac and cheese side, although I am tempted by the many other options. During the pandemic I’ve been getting their chocolate chip cookies to help me through the week. Although if you happen to be there on a day when they have mini vegan caramel cupcakes, get those! I have a number of food allergies, and am used to just getting by in restaurants. It’s so wonderful to come here and be able to eat such flavorful food without worry. They are experts in helping people to eat safely with delicious, healthy food. And with making you feel like an extended part of their family.

KarmaFarm is our absolute favorite place to go. We drive over 45 minutes to come here and it is worth it every time. You will not find a kinder group of people and the food is incredible! My wife has celiacs and it is so difficult to find gluten free restaurants in Atlanta, which is what caught our interest originally. The food is the best in the city, gluten free or not. Every time we come in, it's like visiting family every time we go. Even the fur babies love getting to visit. You will not be sorry making this your go-to place. It's worth every bit of the time, money and effort for us to visit.

Wholesome and enriching food that you feel good about eating and fueling your body with. Vegan and vegetarian options along side traditional meats, all dairy and nut free recipes. Tasty option after yoga or a trip to the farmers market. And a friendly staff who makes you feel as if you went to your moms on the weekend from college and she’s made you a home cooked health meal that warms the soul.

Amazing. First time at this place yesterday and I loved everything about it. I walked in and was greeted by a family run business who serves some of the best vegan food in Atlanta. Ask about their story about “why” they created this restaurant - truly an inspiration. And the arepas on Wednesday are delicious. Thank you!!

KarmaFarm is just the BEST! So many selections! Real food without gluten, dairy, and eggs. Every dish is packed with flavor and served fresh. Just zoom in and look closely at this AvoKeto Bowl with shredded chicken, avocado, roasted purple cabbage, rice and toasted sesame nosoy sauce! Such a generous serving. So tasty! I braved the horrendous Atlanta traffic and stopped in today. I’ve missed you McCall and Scott! My delicious lunch and fresh grapefruit/ginger juice was amazing! AND having a hug and chat was so worth the drive. Loved seeing all of your customers coming in to order! If you’re in Atlanta, KarmaFarm is a must stop. Pull up an orange stool and enjoy a new all favorite location to eat! Be sure to tell McCall and Scott I sent you. They are both the sweetest, hardworking, honest and most genuine people. They will help you choose the best dish for you! Eat in or get it to go. 🦙

We have been all over the USA twice together and this place is def our fav restaurant ever! They have the best gluten free meatloaf! The gravy was to die for. The cinnamon swirl muffin was insanely good. We even went back for more and got arepas! Their arepas are corn free and gluten free! My girlfriend got the sloppy joe and I got the crunchy hot chicken arepa. Both were off the friggin charts! Oh...and the gluten free vegan donuts were da bomb dot com! Where else can you find gluten free AND vegan food that tastes so good?!!! My fav thing about this restaurant is that they are family owned and operated. The owner and his daughter took our order. They were so kind, warm, and friendly. The interior and theme were also unique and stylish. I friggin love this place. We will be back next time when we drive thru Atlanta!

This is a place worth returning to eat at. Having Celiac disease makes traveling and eating out safely quite difficult. I also have a high sensitivity to gluten (my dog has to be gluten free) soI often suffer on trips. My husband looks for places that st least indicate Gluten-free options. Well, this find is a gem. Absolutely no issues after eating here. Full but not the heavy feeling after eating a sandwich and the most deceptive gluten-free macaroni. We will be back. (P.s. owners amd staff being knowledgeable and friendly are just a bonus!)

I was so excited about trying this place, but unfortunately, I didn’t get the opportunity to. The woman behind the counter wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise. I found her to be quite rude and condescending as she was explaining the menu, which I told her that I had already looked at online to familiarize myself with. Im already familiar with vegan cuisine, which I’ve been eating and preparing since the 1980s. I feel like there’s a lot of cultural appropriation going on here and that’s not cool either but be that as it may, someone needs cultural/ethnic sensitivity training to go along with the food. The decor and space is nice and bright, a little awkwardly shaped but they seem to be making best of the space. Note to self: any time AAVE is being used in the menu and advertising, caveat emptor.

Best bowls in Atlanta. And everything else on the menu is A++++, too. Incredible, clean, healthy, good for your soul dishes. Portion sizes are extraordinarily generous. You eat here and leave, feeling reenergized and clean. This is hands down one of our best food establishments here in city. Owners are phenomenal people. Great vegan options for you, too.

This place is so good! The fried chicken, sweet potatoes, and brownies are amazing!! Their food is high quality and I love the fact that they use organic ingredients & are gluten and dairy free. I can't wait to try the arepas.

Absolutely loved it here. Amazing variety of foods that taste amazing and it’s all gluten free. There are a lot of vegan choices from veggie burgers on homemade gluten free bread to BBQ cauliflower. The service is excellent and was a joy to be here. There is also free WiFi!

Really cool restaurant, great food, and great service. Right as we walked in we were greeted by a nice lady who I assume was the owner and she asked if it was our first time at the restaurant. Since it was she proceeded to explain how the menu and ordering works and also told us all about the food and ingredients they use. I went with the Fried Chicken Arepa sandwich and a side of spicy noodles. The Arepa was interesting but really good, however if you're looking for a traditional fried chicken sandwich you'll be disappointed. It was more like baked chicken with some breading adding on the outside, but still good nonetheless and pretty filling. The spicy noodles were pretty good as well, they had just the right amount of heat without overdoing it. I also got a free cookie from checking in on Yelp and that was really good as well, especially considering it had no gluten, only dairy. The whole place had a cool, welcoming, friendly vibe. I'm really looking forward to going back again and trying some of the other things on the menu.

Scott's vision for good food is coming to fruition at Phat Yuca. The cassava arepa is a nice breath of fresh air in the ATL food scene. I can't say I have had something that unique. We will be back to make sure everything else tastes just as good!

We visited this place for the first time this weekend! We are GF and dairy free and I wanted to try something new. This is hands down the best arepa I have ever had. A very different spin using yuca instead of corn. I got the oven fried chicken with the ranch and spicy sauce with pickles and sprouts and it was so delicious! I had rhe mushroom / kale side and that was really yummy too! My son had the gf / vegan mac and cheese and probably the best I have had. We sat outside and enjoyed the music while we people watched people going to bartaco next door 😂 Seriously a good spot for people watching hahaha! This is definitely becoming a regular spot for us!

Searching online for a place to eat and I stumbled upon KarmaFarm. Wow what a pleasant surprise! The food was delicious and I ate every single bite. The staff greeted and chatted with me as if I'd been coming there for years. This is one of Atlanta's best kept secrets, but I have a feeling it won't be a secret for very long. Two thumbs way up!

  • 5/5 Claudia J. 2 years ago on Google
We went to this gluten and dairy free place today for the first time. Very tasty and the mac and cheese was sooo good. I also had the beef meatloaf and broccoli and loved it all! The owners were very friendly with great customer service! I also love that for every meal sold they donate one to a child in need through No Kid Hungry Atlanta. How awesome is that?!!! Will definitely be back when I'm craving mac and cheese and brownies😁

First of all - HUGE props to Phat Yuca for such a one-of-a-kind food experience. Lately Atlanta feels very lacking in *unique* and actually *good* new dining options so Phat Yuca is refreshing to see 💜 My friend and I had the vegan and non-vegan BertyMac Arepa and it was SO FLAVORFUL. The texture, the spice, the dough .... wow wow wow. Will definitely be ordering again. Would love to see more locations pop up! And to the owner... PLEASE consider joining GrubHub or UberEats! I would order so much more often if you did. My only regret is not knowing about this place sooner.

For gluten free, vegan options, it made it easy to pick food from. Limited selection. Their chickpea mashed potatoes was hummus... definitely should have a tortilla chip as an option for that. Great service, with free parking. Just nothing with the food to stand out, to give it 5 stars.

Fantastic place to eat! The food is scrumptious and the people are great! Make the time to drop in - especially if you have food allergies or intolerance. Everything is GF and dairy free. Doesn’t get better than that! Plus! When you eat here you help a child in need. A one of a kind business indeed.

Knowledgeable owners and staff about allergies. Definitely celiac friendly. Vegan friendly and egg, soy, nut, gluten, and milk allergy issues aren't even a concern here. The food was delicious and the whole crew there was friendly and helpful.

Karma Farm has a lovely and modern atmosphere. The staff and owners were very generous. I liked the fact that the food was very innovative and different; however, it was kinda bland. There were inconsistencies within the taste. The herbs were overpowering and the seasonings underwhelming. The place has promise once they get their herb and seasoning blend correctly.

  • 5/5 Aleska Jerez S. 3 years ago on Google
Do you ever clap after tasting food, because it's soo soo good? Karma farm was the best choice for my plant based diet and my carnivore partner. Everything is fresh and delicious. I can vouch for the vegan meatloaf, vegan mac and cheese, and avocado salad, they were all filling and extremely tasty. Partner had regular meatloaf and same sides and fell in love with the food. Nut free, dairy free, and gluten free will please any sort of allergy and/or intolerance. One of my new favorites. Also the staff/owners are very welcoming and offered a sincere hospitality service. Love it!!!

Stop questioning where to eat AND GO HERE! Your search is over! This is my FAVORITE place to eat in the north east! Such amazing delicious healthy food! We had the meatloaf with mashed chickpea, maple syrup brussel sprouts, and potatoe salad. Then, we had the 2 yuca-made arepas with a sloppy mojo and a hot crunchy chicken. And THEN we got vegan gluten-free cinnamon swirl muffin and 2 pumpkin spice donuts!

This restaurant was AMAZING! This is a true Mom and Pop eatery and their dedication insuring everyone get eat no matter what dietary restrictions they might have is the icing on the cake! The owners are the most lovely people, they insured that they explained every item (certified GF, but free and most vegan) in detail. Now the food was AMAZING!! I'm sorry but this is not a 4-5 star place. Food was cold, tasted old and just bad. My wife is vegetarian and trust me we know how "healthy" food should taste. I know they are trying but please don' t charge people $30-$40 bucks on a food that has been sitting on display, is cold and tastes old. Disappointed. At least the guy serving the food was nice, and thats why I am giving 2 stars.

  • 5/5 Jessica M. 3 years ago on Google
Oh my goodness the food is amazing!!! I stopped by here earlier as I had the day off and had been wanting to try it for awhile (I am vegetarian and gluten free). The only reason I hadn’t been yet is just because it’s a little inconvenient for me to get to. Well it was 1000% worth any hassle it might take to get there. Do yourself a favor, especially if you have dietary restrictions, and go there!! They are super nice and helpful and I would have been happy if the food were just pretty good. As a veg and gf eater, you get used to things just being okay. But seriously the quality of the food blew me away!!! I rarely ever write reviews but I just felt like I had to. My favorite things specifically are the vegetarian meatloaf, potato salad, cabbage, and cinnamon donut and cake. I will absolutely be making the effort to come back again :)

Personal touch by the owners adds to the good service here. This is a newer location and parking is a bit tricky, as is even seeing the place while driving. The food is really good and good for you. “No gluten in the entire building” so my gluten sensitive wife loved the place. They have more than vegan options, so if meat is something you eat then you can find it here. It’s a bit expensive but a unique and worthwhile place to try.

Karma Farm is amazing! The ingredients are truly organice farm sourced. Also as a Venezuelan that have had a lot of arepas in my life i gotta say that the Yuca Arepas from Karma Farm are PHENOMENAL!! Nicely done! It is what you expect of a true Yuca Arepa to be. If you are ever in Atlanta and you are looking for a different arepa than the regular Venezuelan/Colombian Arepa then you have to try this ones! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

OVERRATED PLACE.... I don’t know how people think this place is amazing. You really don’t know what vegan , organic and healthy food taste . I got an Arepa with avocado and tomatoes inside and two sides( potato salad and green beans). I could barely finish the arepa. It was gooey. Very disappointing. The green beans was hard and no taste. I wanted to try the chocolate chip cookie , it was hard and tasteless as well. I have been eating organic and vegan food for the past 7 years and honestly this food was the worst so far. The worst was yet to come: $30 dollars for my waisted time lunch. Not going back.

Karma Farms is my favorite place to eat in town. As a person who recently started to eat meat after several years, I know I can always go to Karma to have some humanly produced meat and if I don’t want meant they always have a ton of vegan alternatives. Their food is always flavorful, nothing here is plain and their yuca arepas are just to die for! The bonus: the owners and staff make you feel like you are having a meal with family. This is a business that truly cares about the community as a whole. Super recommended!!

I had the vegan meatloaf, spicy sweet potatoes and turmeric mac with cornbread on the side and struggled to find flavor. The cornbread taste the best, but in my opinion was overpriced for the small size. Not sure I will frequent.

Quiet, clean locale. Delicious food! The owners are so very kind and directly involved with every aspect of their business. Food allergies are no joke to them: both they and their son have serious restrictions. The food is as delicious as it is both comforting and nutritious. I only wish I lived closer so I could visit every week!

Saw this place while walking from Bun Mi next door and figured I would try it out. The place is actually quite cozy, and the owners were very nice. The atmosphere screamed amazing in every way. But I was very upset when I got home and actually tried the food. It was the most tasteless vegan food I had ever had in my entire. I contemplated making this review as I understand this is a new restaurant and starting is difficult for most business, but I would suggest that they reevaluate their menu a little and focus on making sure the food is just as amazing as the store front. If the prices are going to say great food the food should live up to its expectations.

Karma Farm is the best gluten free option in GEORGIA. If you are gluten free or vegan you have to try this spot! The food is incredibly clean and you feel super charged after eating here. The sweet potatoes are a MUST and their dessert items (brownie/cowboy bar) are gluten free and better than prepackaged options you can find in the grocery stores. You can dine in or grab to go. Atlanta’s hidden gem.

One word:AMAZING!!! I felt like I was at a vegan Thanksgiving feast. This place is more than just a good “vegan joint”. It’s just an amazing restaurant in general. The sauces were amazing and the food was so good I got sad when I felt myself getting full. Can’t wait to go back over and over again! What an extraordinary experience. Don’t deprive yourself; eat here soon!

Service and food was absolutely incredible, they encouraged us to sample a bunch of their menu items to make sure we were ordering exactly what we liked! As someone who is gluten/dairy free, it was incredibly comforting knowing I didn’t have to compromise!
