Peachtree Park Nature Trail

Tourist attraction Park

👍 Very crowded but beautiful park in the downtown heart of Atlanta! Enjoyed hopping on electric scooters with my family and going all around the park and downtown with it! Best time to visit for the views is around sunset! Watching the small fountain show with colors and music in the evening was Hilar... People often mention park, Atlanta, great, closed, beautiful, trail, walk, downtown, time, good,

Phenomenal neighborhood walking path, fitness trail, community garden. Connecting the end of Burke to the end of Darlington Commons, it's a quarter-mile long with twenty workout stations. They covered the walkway in '18 with crushed gray slate, making it a little more natural. Used occasionally, never crowded!

Looks great from the outside. But be advised, google is wrong, they are CLOSED FOR COVID- still. We were disappointed to make the trip only to see it unavailable. - Oct 17, 2020

*CALISTHENIC COMMUNITY * This park is definitely a neighborhood 💎 Very hidden into a neighborhoods dead end, there’s no parking. The trail is very small, but the bar set ups are gorgeous in my eyes! I was so mind blown when I found out about this park, the bars move slightly but nothing too crazy!! It’s worth the drive to get a good session in. It’s near the train tracks so you’ll be hearing it every other few mins during the day, not sure how it is at night! The park is very peaceful, don’t break the peace and enjoy your session/walk!! IG: reachthebar24

This wonderful park in the center of Atlanta was a surprise. Very large, clean park with lots to do with kids. We spent time at the splash pad, walked through the trees along the little Japanese garden with a creek where we found the clean bathrooms. The CNN building, Aquarium and other attractions are all located around the park. We took the MARTA downtown and walked the few blocks from the station so we did not have to worry about parking. Very nice to have such efficient public transportation in Atlanta.

Short walk(around .4 of a mile), but really nice. The trail is a fitness walk, so there is equipment and directions for activities all along the well maintained graveled walkway. For those less athletic, there are lots of benches along the way. The entire trail is shaded, so it's a good choice for a hot day. Overall, this is a lovely little walk.

Looking for a place to have a great picnic and unwind. This park is the place. During the year, the park is filled with activities. If you are visiting the attractions the park is a great place to unwind on your day but, it is also a fantastic place to catch an amazing sunset/sunrise. That is a secret only for locals. The grounds are always well maintained and the park has great history.

This park is massive, very beautiful, has a water fountain with synchronized music playing out of the speakers anchored on poles some times, a child's play area, some sitting, eatery, variety of flowers and trees, lots of green grass space. I don't know much about the names on floor bricks as i spent limited time here but ensure to find more about the history of the park if you can. It is frequently used for events and as a relaxation spot and don't forget to take good pictures of your self here.

Dang, this park is impressive! I really enjoyed it. There is lots of seating, security around enforcing rules. I love the atmosphere - kids and family but also very quiet and peaceful areas. The park is huge and offers great views of downtown Atlanta. Absolutely a must see! Will be back to continue exploring the next time I’m in Atlanta!

Nice walk in an otherwise developed area. Other than an occasional train, you feel like your not in the city.

Heart if Atlanta!! Everything is around you!! Great place to walk around and get good pics of the sky line! Peachtree plaza is near! Tabernacle fir live music!! College football hall of fame!! My sweet Mother even got me a bricking the walkway back in 1996 during the olympics!!

Centennial Olympic Park is the place which captures all the memories from the 1996 Olympic Games at Atlanta, Georgia. It's a great place to chill, enjoy and relax. Located amidst of all the tourist destinations of Atlanta including World of Coco-Cola, CNN, SkyView etc. the Olympic Park is a good place to spend some free time. They also offer a water show in the evenings. The place don't have any major food outlets is the only concern -- there are some Street shops available.

Vast, open area, full of greenery and sights to behold and see. It is really close to an ice skating rink and in the heart of downtown ATL. It is walkable, accessible and overall fun to explore. I recommend this as one of the attractions to visit when you are in Atlanta.
