I
read
some
reviews
before
going,
and
they
were
indeed
a
mixed
bag.
I
am
always
searching
for
new
places
to
visit,
so
I
gave
it
a
try.
Whether
or
not
you
like
it
is
certainly
going
to
be
left
to
your
personal
taste.
Location:
The
location
isn't
bad
at
all
and
easy
to
get
to.
Parking
is
available
behind
the
restaurant
for
$10
payable
by
cash
or
CashApp.
I
saw
a
lot
of
people
using
Uber/Lyft
or
parking
at
adjacent
properties.
Ambiance:
The
decor
reminded
us
of
an
older
establishment,
but
it
was
nice.
The
chandeliers
and
painted
ceilings
were
a
nice
touch.
The
music
was
louder
in
the
back
of
the
restaurant
near
the
parking
lot
than
in
the
front
near
the
bar.
When
I
walked
up,
people
were
outside
taking
pictures
and
conversing.
I
entered
to
see
people
dancing
and
singing
to
the
music,
smoking
hookahs,
and
taking
pictures.
Service:
Our
waitress
was
nice.
When
I
was
seated
in
her
section,
she
introduced
herself
and
stated
that
it
was
only
her
2nd
day,
she
was
still
learning,
but
would
do
her
best.
If
she
wouldn't
have
told
me
it
was
her
2nd
day,
I
wouldn't
have
known.
She
restated
the
rules
that
had
already
been
communicated
via
text
with
our
confirmation
and
provided
great
service
to
us.
Food:
We
had
plasticware
available
to
us
to
eat
with
at
our
table.
The
pictures
show
the
honey
biscuits,
avocado
toast,
cajun
pasta
with
salmon,
and
catfish
&
grits.
I
had
the
biscuits
and
pasta.
No
complaints
on
either,
other
than
I
would
have
liked
a
bit
more
seasoning.
My
friend
stated
that
she
didn't
think
the
guacamole
on
her
avocado
toast
was
made
in
house,
but
it
was
still
ok.
She
felt
the
sauce
on
her
grits
was
really
rich
as
well.
Drinks:
I
had
the
long
Island,
which
was
made
well.
Kudos
to
the
bartender.
My
friend
ordered
chardonnay,
and
was
a
bit
disappointed
that
it
was
served
to
her
in
a
plastic
cup.
There
were
not
a
ton
of
people
there
when
we
went
(~4pm),
so
the
experience
was
ok.
As
stated
in
the
beginning,
whether
or
not
you
like
it
is
certainly
going
to
be
left
to
your
personal
taste.
I
would
say
give
it
a
try,
at
least
once.
